~Kazumi P.O.V~

"Kise-kun? " I said nervously. 'What he is doing here?' I thought as I look at Kagami and Kuroko, looking for some help.

"Kazumicchi? What are you doing here?" He said as he went me and hugged me very tightly, well some of him didn't change.

"K-Kise-kun, I guess it's good to see you." I said, smiling nervously. "I'm studying here with Kuroko and Nii-chan. " I said returning the hug nervously but carefully.

"Did Akashicchi knows about this?" He said as he releases me. I flinched as I widen my eyes as I heard his name.

"N-no, actually no one before Kuroko-kun, knows I got home." I said with a frown on my face.

"Well, I'm not that worried for others but I can't help that Akashicchi changed a lot when you're gone, I guess so." He said

"Well, yeah I guess too, It's kinda my fault for leaving all of you without letting you know." I said sadly, part of me knows that everything has changed because of me. "But Kise--" I've been cut off by a flying ball towards Kise.

I turned to see who did it, in surprise it's Kagami, I face palm, with his grin plastered on his face, there's no way on stoping him. "I'm sorry to disturb your little reunion but I know you're not here just to say Hi?" He said arrogantly.

"Taiga, what the heck are you doing? I'm still not done talking to him." I yelled.

"Yeah, Yeah, whatever, just play with me pretty boy." He smirk.

"It can't be help, but I guess I can play a bit." Kise said.

"But you don't have to." I said.

"Don't worry I don't plan to lose one time." He said and play along with Kagami.

"This is bad." I said.

"Yes, it's true." Kuroko said, agreeing with me.

"Why is it?" Riko ask.

"Kise-kun can copy what he sees and makes it his." Kuroko explain as we look at them.

Kise copied Kagami's drive earlier as it went in 'I did that earlier?' Kagami thought as the others look shock. Kagami went to dunk the ball but Kise block quickly 'and faster and stronger.' He added, as he landed on the floor.

"Taiga, are you alright?" I asked.

"Yeah" he said as he stood up with a smug on his face, I rolled my eyes and face Kise.

"Kise-kun, I know it's kinda hard, but please you can't tell anyone about this, about me being here" I plead.

"Kazumi-chan, we're going out know see you later." Riko said, so that the team wouldn't be disturbing, dragging Kagami and the rest out.

"Thanks Riko-chan" I said as she waved it off.

"But Kazumicchi~" he whines.

"Please Kise-kun, don't tell anyone, it's should me the one facing them." I said "especially Momoi and...." I trailed off.

"Akashicchi? Why?" He asked.

"It's complicated Kise-kun, I guess I just can't face them right now." I said shyly as I look down on my feet.

"But Kazumicchi, I can't promise you that" he said "and you know me." He added.

"I guess it can't be help, but thank you Kise-kun." I said as I hug him.

"Not a problem anything for you Kazumicchi." He said as he hug me back and as he strokes my hair. "You know I miss you so much." He said as he release me from the hug.

"I know let's get some ice cream." I suggested.

"But you still have a class right?" He said.

"Yeah, you're right." I said sadly.

"Why don't we hang out later after class." He said.

"Oh okay." I said "I will just tell Taiga and Kazuya-nii later." I said

"Okay." He agreed.

"Let's bring Kuroko-kun with us." I said and turn to Kuroko.

"Yeah let's bring Kurokocchi!" Kise beamed.

"I guess, I could come with Kazumi." He said.

"then that's great, know we're complete." I said happily.

"So what now? Like the old times?" I asked.

"Heck yeah Kazumicchi. " Kise beamed happily.

"Oh you never changed Kise-kun " I giggle at how the way he's acting, acting like a child.

"Kise-kun, please behave you're not a kid any more." Kuroko said as he slurps his vanilla shake.

"When did you?" I asked as he pointing at Kagami, eating a dozen of burgers. "Oh I didn't see that coming, let's go Kise-kun let's buy my favorites" I said grabbing him, leaving the duo behind.

"She looks happy." Kuroko commented.

"But I guess, if she'll see 'him'." Kagami said, emphasizing the word him.
Kuroko frown at what he heard but still didn't show it on his face.

"I bet, Kagami-kun, let's just protect her for now from hurt, I guess." Kuroko said "she looks happy now." He added.

"Yeah I guess so, I don't want her to cry again, I don't want to see her being sad and hurt all the time and try to hide it under her smile and cheerful personality. " kagami said as he takes a bite. "Well it's been a while since she smile like this." He commented as Kuroko nodded.

"Hey guys, what the heck are you doing? Come on." I called them as I grin at them. "Hurry or your ice cream will melt or I'll eat them." I said as I held up the plastic bag, containing the ice creams.

"Alright, alright we're coming." Kagami said. "Hey Kuroko--- " he said as he look beside him, to see Kuroko is no longer with him. "That bastard. " he cussed and look pissed.

I giggle at how he look angry. "Hey Taiga, Kuroko-kun is already here, don't get all worked up or you'll be more uglier than before." I shouted as he snapped.

"What the hell Kazumi!" He said and I began to laugh and shrug.

"Hey why don't we get to a park and play something." I suggested and they all nodded.

"Hey?" I said as I swing my feet, as I look up to see other people playing on the court. 'Ugh! I can't believe it they left me without me or just telling me now it's almost dark.' I freak out in my thought. 'Well I kinda still afraid of the dark.' I thought and saw another group playing, but not in fun way. 'They are unfair.' I pout and get up and went inside.

"Hey, you shouldn't play like that." I yelled angrily.

"And what is that supposed to be missy." I think it's the leader, who said it.

"it's unfair, hurting one of them, it's not basketball." I said.

"Then what do you call it?" He smirk and I felt disgust.

"Yuck." I mumble. "Why don't we play, one vs. five, first to score 10 wins." I said. "You'll leave them alone, if I'll win." I added.

"And if we win?" He said still with that ugly smirk on his face.

"Well, your choice." I smirk widely and he smirk again. 'I will tear that smirk out of your face.' I thought and I went to get the ball.

"Well, we should go first missy." He said and I pass the ball to them.

"Suit yourselves duckface." I said as he dribbles it as I already read his move, as he going to pass it to his buddy, I go between it and steals it, even I'm with my school uniform I can play. I dribble it as I lay up for it and it goes in, as we play Kagami, Kise and Kuroko comes back.

"Oi Kazumi, what the hell are you doing? Oh man, Kazuya is gonna kill me for this." He yelled.

"Don't worry, Taiga, I'll be fine." I shouted back, I snickered 'heh, too slow.' I thought, as I catch up with the one who's dribbling the ball.

I steals it and make it for three points. "Well, I'm already have 5 points." I said.

"You're just lucky." He said as he grab the ball and quickly pass it to the other who is near the ring. "Well, you'll still loose, we're five." he said as they have the first score, I'll let that slip for now.

"I'll tell you something here duckface, even I'm outnumber, I can win this." I said as I smirk at him. I went to get the ball as I dribble it there as I take my stance, and shoot from there, of course it's a high arc, like Midorima's. Well I impressed everyone, look at those shock faces.

"8 and 2 to go." I said "let's finish this." I yelled as I run faster then steals it, then dunk for the last. "I win." I said as I landed perfectly.

Kagami, Kise and Kuroko went in. "It didn't even take me a hour to finish you." I said to them. "Well shoo." I added and they went away angrily.

"Wow, Kazumicchi, I didn't even knew you can do it." Kise said in awe.

"Yeah, Kazumi since when? Like I know your abilities but I didn't think it will go this far." Kagami said

"I guess so, I'm pretty shock too, I didn't know I'm capable to do such thing. I only watch this guys play and all." I said as I pointed Kise and Kuroko.

"well, Kazumi-chan, you're skills are improving." Kuroko said. "It's impressive. " He smile a little and get back to his emotionless face.

"Guys thank you for spending time with me, It's super fun. I hope I can spend the time with you guys again, well to others" I said happily.

"Hmm, not a problem, we had fun too, like guys?" Kise said as they nodded.

"Well let's call it a day, and get some rest, we have a practice match with this guy." I chuckle as I peck Kise's and Kuroko's cheek.

"Alright, see you Kazumicchi." He said and wink at me as I giggle, thank goodness he is still the Kise I knew.

"I'll be going now too, Kazumi, Kagami-kun, I'll see you tomorrow." Kuroko said as he also walk home after Kise left.

"Know, Taiga don't tell Kazuya-nii about this." I said and he nodded "now let's go before that brother of mine will go berserk if I'm late to go home." I said.

"That's a good idea, I don't want to die at this age, I'm still to young to die." He said as I sigh, well he's a little too dramatic.

"Quit being such a drama queen and let's get over it." I rolled my eyes and as I walk home with him, as I thought of Akashi, being in Kyoto.

'I hope he still the Akashi I knew when the time I have to face him.' I thought as I look up the stars and stuffed in my hands inside my pockets.
