Sola

Just looking at Ayo's eyes grew wide when I said all of that was cute. Judging from how I notice her everyday, she just needs someone to understand her and those fucked up friends of hers aren't doing much.

She is easy to read and the look of "not belonging" always showed on her face but also there was something about her. I watched as she left to meet her friends and saw the glares they gave me but ignored it, she deserved better.

Ayo

Finally, we had finished our tests and it never hit me how Ire wrote his test but attending assembly this morning answered my question.
"The following students should come out now." The Vice Principal called and unfortunately I saw Ire.
"They were caught cheating during the examination and passing papers to one another, so Mr. Agbaje should come and serve them their punishments". The Biology teacher came out and have them six strokes of cane for each boy, I just don't know what has gotten into my brother today. And they were to wait after school to rewrite their papers.

It was also reminded about the Founder's day celebration this Friday which was getting Tolu so happy. I actually thought things over and realized that being alone is actually a good thing and I'm not to be dependent on anyone. We all decided on wearing Peach or Gold and I was excited.

Biology class was getting very slow as our teacher was also rewriting my brother's new exam paper. I was so disappointed in him, why would he do this?

"Hey." Sola whispered to me as he sat beside me.

"Hi." I smiled.

"Someone's excited." And he smiled back.

"What, I can't be excited to see you?" I asked.

"Wow, I feel so honored." He raised his head higher and I shook my head and laughed.

"How's your arm by the way and the other one." He asked nervously.

"Good good." I answered. "But that's not what I want to talk about." I sighed.
"I'm just really scared of my brother these days with the way he's behaving, sneaking out and treating me." I felt tears coming down.

"Treating you?!" Oops, I said too much.

"No no, it's not what..." I started.

"Then what is it? He cut you yes or no?" I swallowed hard, I didn't know how to lie and he was raising his voice as we were in the lab.

"Shh." I said. He looked really angry." I'll tell you everything later.. please". I tried to say. He nodded his head and turned his face away from me while I just sighed.

"Hey guys." I said as I got to Tolu's table. I was trying to hide how nervous I was as I was going to talk to Sola but I could run away, right?.. no.

I got a lot of replies and we started talking. "So how's Sola like?" Lara asked me.

"Why are you asking?" I answered.

"Just asking cause I'm not sure who you like between both of them and you have been avoiding Fola ever since he confessed his feelings." She said and looked down at her nails which she painted clear.

"So everyone here knew and I didn't?" I asked. They laughed and I felt weird.

"It's really obvious though." Jade said.

"Ohh." That's the only thing I could say and yes I was avoiding Fola but I don't like Sola like that. I looked across his table talking to this girl in Arts, I think Olamide.

"Actually I don't like Sola like that, he's just really nice and for Fola, I don't know sef." I admitted and continued their food. He wasn't on the table so it was more convenient for me. I looked over at Micheal and he just looked back at me.

"Yo baby girl." Jide greeted me as I saw walked up to him. I wanted to talk to him about Ire. I rolled my eyes. "Hello".
"So what brings you to our block." And yes I was in the SS3 block, everyone dreads it for some reason but I don't blame them cause there are a lot of crazy people in their set.

"About Ire." I answered.

"Oh." He scratched his head. "Don't want to talk about it."

"Why?" He did not respond as he was looking at something or someone behind me. Tade.

"Guy how far." He greeted Jide and smirked at me while I almost puked in my mouth. He is handsome and all but I don't roll with guys who have no respect for girls.

"Ayo, just go." He said, looking stern and I felt uncomfortable.

"Who's she." He asked. Jide didn't reply as I got up and left.

"Come back here." Tade commanded.

"Ayo, leave.!" Jide said in the same tone. I didn't think twice before leaving. Something was going on.

Mom fortunately didn't find out about the retake test and I told myself that I was going to comfort Ire tonight.

I gathered all my confidence and knocked on the door. It was open so I barged in.

"What?" He asked sternly.

"How was your test?" I asked sarcastically.

"None of your business." He answered.

"What happened?"

"When did you become the boss of me?" He asked

"And when did you become this stupid." I froze at my response and smirked wickedly.

"I'll tell you then." He came closer to me and pinned me to the wall, I was shaking. He put his hand underneath my top and I became numb, he traced my stomach and put him lips close to my ear. I could not breathe anymore.
"Ire." I pleaded slowly as touched my cut.

"I think you haven't forgotten about his." He pressed it. "Ask me any more questions and you will regret it." And he pushed me to the group, leaving me in tears. What has happened to my brother.

Sola
I was scared as Ayo mentioned her brother was treating her, I'm definitely sure that Ire did that to her but why. I have seen the guy a lot of times and it looked like he was a good boy.. right..or maybe I'm wrong.

"Sola, don't forget your medicine." Dotun reminded me.

I might still be gone anyways.... I thought as I went to get them from my special case. I still didn't know if I would undergo surgery especially what happened to me after the incident that made me hold until God more than ever. Sometimes I know he sees me and can heal me but the situation around me makes me seem to loose hope. I sighed.

Ayo...what are you hiding?
