(I know this song is from the 2000's, but it got stuck in my head as I was writing out chapter parts)

Kit and Jude were sitting on the couch, reading as Kit had an idea for him and Jude for date night. Her feet was in his lap as he played with her toes, which were painted a pretty candle apple red color.

"I just got an idea for date night baby." Kit said as Jude looked up from her book.

"Yes?"

"Well, how about I surprise you?"

"And where is this surprise?"

"I'm not telling you."

"I don't like this unfortunate surprise already."

"It has a couple of surprises in store for you."

"Aww... How sweet. What is it?" Jude glared at him.

"I can't tell you." Kit said as he got up and grabbed the keys.

"Well, I'm already dressed or do I have to change?" Jude asked him.

"No baby, you look great."

"Good."

Kit and Jude got in the car and he turned on the radio as a song came on with the acoustic as Jude started liking it.

"I really like this song." Jude said as she started getting tired.

Kit looked over at her as he smiled as he hoped she would like their date.

About forty five minutes later, Kit pulled into the driveway of an old abandoned house as he just looked at the love of his life asleep as he took out the picnic basket out of the back.

"Jude baby, we're here." Kit said as he woke her up as she looked at him weirdly.

"Where are we?" Jude asked him.

"On our date."

"In the middle of nowhere." Jude said

"Kind of."

"What?"

"I wanted us to be able to have fun without people staring at us."

"We still do and I honestly don't care if people stare at us."

"Well, I do and I thought this would be fun."

"How old is this place?"

"I heard from the owners that it was built in 1912 from a farm couple who raised children and pets who were abandoned on their doorstep."

"Oh no! This is like the time that mother brought her daughter to Briarcliff, thinking I was running a children's orphanage."

"Well, this couple nursed children and pets back to health as they died unfortunately because of how bad the diseases were."

"If people don't know how to raise a child or have a pet, don't leave them on people's doorstep." Jude said as she wished for a child, but hated the fact a child would be put in this situation.

"I know baby." Kit said

"I don't like weird, creepy places." Jude said as Kit looked at her.

"Babe, you ran Briarcliff or as everyone calls it, a snake pit and a hell hole from absolute and utter hell." Kit said as he did not hesitate.

"I know babe, but what if I get creeped out?"

"You have me to hold onto, but nothing is going to get you. I thought we would explore the house, plus I thought we would have a picnic after."

"I love the picnic idea."

"C'mon baby, I will hold you tight."

"You always do baby."

Kit and Jude walked up to the house and Jude felt like she going to get sick, because her stomach was doing somersaults.

"Why exactly are we doing this?" Jude asked

"So, we can overcome any fears we may have." Kit said as he held her close as they entered the house.

"This is how most couples are murdered." Jude said under her breath.

"Well, we will be leaving soon." Kit said

"I just want to leave now."

"I know baby, but we need to do this."

"Do you not trust me?" Jude asked suddenly.

"What are you talking about Jude?" Kit asked her.

"Do you not trust me enough and this is the reason why were here. For some damn trust exercise to see if I leave you here or you leave me here over greed or jealousy." Jude said as she started crying as Kit wrapped his arms around her and kissed her head.

"No, no baby. I'm not going to leave you here at all. I'm not him baby, you're my everything darling." Kit said as Jude cried harder.

"He promised me the world and he left me there to rot and I was just trying to protect y' all from becoming that evil man's human experiments and you're my everything too baby." Jude said as she lifted her head up.

"He's gone baby." Kit said

"That man hurt Shelley and the patients that disappeared right along with her."

"Arden was a vindictive and dictative bastard Jude. Him and the Monsignor put you in that damn cell and took your rosary beads away." Kit said

"Mary Eunice did too." Jude said as she always thought of her like a daughter.

"Baby, the devil consumed her soul." Kit said

"I know that." Jude said

"Let's try to leave our past behind us, all it does is hurt us." Kit said

"You're right, thank you for taking me here. This is the place I needed to forget that place and we have Pepper as our own daughter." Jude said as she was happy that she finally had someone to take care of like a daughter with Kit, who was like a father-figure to Pepper.

"We still have to keep our promise to Pepper about her sleepover." Kit said

"I know. We have already planned it."

"Am I still not invited?" Kit asked her.

"Nope, girls only."

"Well, when we get married. We're going to have our very own sleepovers." Kit said

"And eight months later. I will be bringing a baby into this world." Jude said as Kit smiled.

"Well, if that's what you want baby, then we will get pregnant." Kit said as he kissed her as it became a little bit more with his hand between her thighs as she wore a dress.

"Honey, that's not a good idea right now." Jude said

"I know."

"I wish I could personally pay Eve a visit and thank her for blessing me with this curse."

"Are you cramping or got a headache?" Kit asked

"Yes, but I have been having the weirdest cravings. There almost like pregnancy cravings, except I can drink while on my period and not when I'm pregnant."

"Well, when we get home. We can eat, you can shower, get ready for bed and I will be your doctor." Kit said as Jude smiled.

"Good, now let's go have our picnic." Jude said as they went out the back door to a large spacious backyard.

"Would you like a glass of wine?" Kit asked her.

"Of course." Jude said as Kit set down the picnic basket on a table and opened to get the bottle of wine out.

"I have all kinds of stuff in here." Kit said

"Get the fruit and chocolate out. The rest can be for dinner tonight."

"Okay baby." Kit said as he got out the fruit and chocolate, along with the chocolate, wine and glasses as he opened it.

"I love you baby." Jude said

"I love you too darlin'." Kit said as Jude kissed him.

They sat and talked, while they ate as they both started getting tired.

They made the forty five minute drive back to their house as Jude went up and showered as Kit set out her clothes as Jude came through her room with a towel around her.

"Umm sister." Kit said as Jude giggled

"What is it Mr. Walker?" Jude playfully asked him.

"You're naked." Kit said

"I know, but you're in my room." Jude said as she put on her comfortable clothes as she went into the bathroom.

"Do you need anything baby?" Kit asked her.

"Not right this moment darling, but it's just that time of the month, where I'm cranky, a little bitchy and just don't feel like myself." Jude said

"Well, it does not bother me that you have your period, I love you either way." Kit said as Jude smiled as she opened the bathroom door.

"I hate that you have to see me like this."

"I don't mind it at all baby." Kit said as Jude rubbed her stomach.

"I wish these damn cramps would go away." Jude said as she relaxed.

"I have chicken and vegetable noodle soup downstairs boiling on the stove for you."

"Aww baby. Thank you." Jude said as she got settled into bed.

"I will be right back." Kit said as he went downstairs to the kitchen.

He went into the kitchen and set her up a tray with her soup, crackers, glass of water, a couple of aspirins, a few roses from their date, a bottle of ginger ale and a sweet little note as he set her napkins and spoon it and very easily picked it up and carried it all the way upstairs to her.

"Thank you baby." Jude said

"You're welcome baby. Here these will make you feel better." Kit said as he put the two aspirins in her hand as Jude freaked a little inside.

"The last time someone said that baby, I almost was left to rot in a hole. I don't know what I would do if it not have had been for you getting me out of there" Jude said as she took a drink of the ginger ale.

"I'm just glad to have you out of there and I'm happy too, because we both deserve happiness and I love you Judy Ruth Martin." Kit said as Jude laughed.

"How do you know my middle name?" Jude asked him.

"It was in your patient file." Kit said as Jude looked at him.

"Baby, do you still have that file?" Jude asked him.

"No, I burned it. Baby, you're not some damn number to me and your name sure as hell ain't Betty Drake." Kit said as he wanted to knock the living daylights out of the Monsignor Howard for giving her another name and making her a patient there at that snake pit.

"I hated that damn name and I could never thank you enough for everything you have done for me." Jude said

"I know baby and I just want me, you and Pepper to be happy and safe wherever we go. Plus, I'm going to marry the most beautiful and radiant woman I have ever met and have a couple of babies and just be happy." Kit said as Jude smiled at the thought of him being her husband one day and having a baby with him.

"I can't wait to marry you Kit Walker and have babies with you!" Jude exclaimed as she hugged him as she felt safe in his arms.

"I can't wait either baby and I am just ready to spend eternity with you." Kit said as Jude kissed him.

Jude ate the rest of her supper, took her aspirins and cleaned up before bed.

Kit went to the kitchen to wash the dishes and went back into Jude's room as she smiled and held out her arms.

"Will you sleep in here with me tonight?" Jude asked him.

"Yes baby and I was planning on that anyway." Kit said as he laid beside her.

"You take care great care of me baby." Jude said as he kissed her forehead.

"I love taking care of you, whether you are having your time of the month or just plain sick." Kit said as Jude slowly started closing her eyes.

"Well, I'm glad. Usually I don't talk about these things with men." Jude said

"Well, I would go buy you anything you needed." Kit said

"Okay, I will let you know."

"Good night baby." Kit said as he kissed her temple.

"Good night sweetheart." Jude said as she kissed his chest as he laid down his head and softly stroked her hair.

"I love you." Kit said to her.

"Because it's you and me." Jude sang

"And nothing to prove." Kit sang back as Jude smiled.

"I love you too baby." Jude said

They drifted off to sleep as they held onto each other as they had the song stuck in their heads. They were finally able to let go of their past and move on into the future.

Author's Note: Yay! Another chapter done today!! It's been a long day for me, with school almost out this semester next month and the holidays approaching us. I just want to give another big shout out to NxnsxgnorsDxmon for this idea!! I really had no idea what to do with this chapter, but I seen as it played out in my head.
