//no and look, I don't wanna talk about it okay? I'm not coming home yet. And why are you acting weird? It sounds like Tord is texting me, wait...is this Tord? What are you awake this early?//

// tom please, she needs you here, I could tell. She's had a bad time here like around 4 in the morning and I hadn't slept yet because I wanna make sure she's fine.//

//Matt's Pov//

I can't believe Tom just said that! He's so mean! I'm an idiot! I know! But it doesn't mean I'm completely useless! I love Y/n too! I'm not just gonna let her almost die in the hallway! I had to do something! That's it! I'm not gonna let anyone push me around anymore because I'm dumb! It's time to show that I'm good at at least something! Starting off by standing up for myself.

I send the message.

//you know that's not what I meant! I'm sorry! I was just worried that's all! Look, I'm coming over right now okay?//

I then hear a grown come from behind me. I look behind me from my desk to see Y/n about to get up a little. I turned back to my laptop that I was using and texted back.

Matt
//no need to come back. She's up now. I could take care of her now. See you in the morning tom//

As I was about to close my laptop, I heard a message pop up. I looked at it and of course it tom.

Tim
//Matt can you just listen please?!//

I shut my laptop and turned around. "Y/n! Your up!" I got up and ran to Y/n and jumped on my bed to give her a tight hug. I ended up tackling her back down. We ended up in that position where we were on top of each other and blush a lot but This was different. "I was so worried you were gonna die!!" We both then got up and I was sitting cross legged and so was she.

"I'm sorry that had to happen Matt" she said quietly. "I had a really nightmare, I guess that's why I stopped drinking too" is all she said.

"No! Don't be sorry! It wasn't your fault! Are you okay now?" I asked.

"Yeah, that was the worst panic attack I've ever had" she explained.

"What was you dream about?" I asked. She looked a little scared at my question. She signed.

"I guess I have a confession to make huh? Matt, what I'm about to tell you is going to probably scar you as it scarred me, literally though"

What dose she mean by that?

She began to lift her shirt up to show her stomach. What I saw frightened me. There was a scare on the side of her stomach along with some other scratches . It looked healed but it was big and the other ones were small. I put my head up to my mouth in shock. "W-what happened?!"

"My dad happened..."

My eyes widen threw most of her story. I couldn't tell when this horror story was going to end. I've noticed how her voice was cracking threw most of the story. I realized she was about to cry but was keeping it in. "T-then he did this..." She then lifted her sleeves up to show her arms. I didn't see anything at first glance but when I looked closer I saw a lot of scars.They were all over her arms.

"Did.." I paused "did you do This?.." I questioned with a worried look.

"No actually..." She says "not all of it at least..." Is all she said.

"What do you mean?" I asked. I hope this isn't going where I think it's going.

"Wait here..." Is all she said. She then got up from where she was sitting and lift the room.

'I wonder what she's doing' is all I thought. Shortly she came back but with different clothing. She was wearing shorts and a tank top. She then walked closer but slowly. I began to make out the sight of her legs and upper arms. They were scared with red lines going where ever direction they wanted. Y/n was now standing in the middle of my room, slowly sobbing and tears going down her face. I got up went to her. I gave her a tight hug and said " Y/n, your gonna make me cry" I say in a calming voice.

"I-I'm sorry...I'm sorry I'm putting all this on you even though you don't deserve it.." She sobbed out.

"Y/n I'm gonna help you be happy again! I promise!" I yell a bit.

"Heh, thanks Matt" is all she responds with. "Matt?" She called out.

"Hmm?"

"You smell weird" she said with a small chuckle. It's nice to hear her laugh again, even slightly. I then let go of her.

"Well I'm not gonna give you hugs anymore!" I pouted.

"Matt! I'm sorry! Please! You smell nice!" She yelled a bit.

"Fine! I forgive you" I say, playfully. I then let out a yawn with it. "I'm sleepy...I'm gonna go to bed"

"Yeah same" is all she says

"Are you gonna be okay?"

"Yes, Matt I'm sure.."

"Okay, see you in the morning Y/n"

"See you in the morning" she while walking out. I then took a sign of relief and got into bed.

// Y/n pov //

As I walked out of Matt's room and shut the door, I felt my heart drop.

I can't believe I told MATT About this... Why did I tell him? Out of all the friends I have, I told Matt. I'm so surprised he understood though. I thought he would cry cuz he felt bad for me, but he didn't? I have a feeling things are going to be different... I've gotta tell the guys about this... One day.

I then realized something...I can not sleep alone for today. I should ask to sleep with him.I then turn to Matt's room again. I opened the door. "Uhh hey Matt? Can I sleep with you for tonight? I can not sleep alone right now" I asked. There was no response. I then heard snoring. I sign and decided to leave him alone.

"Where do I go now?" I say to myself.

I am now standing in front of Edd's door and there's no way I'm going in tords room. He has a inappropriate poster on his wall. I knocked on his door. I hear a grown come from inside.
I then hear footsteps. "Matt, I told you there is no-" he opened the door to see me. "Monsters....um Y/n? Can I help you with something?" He asked very tiredly.

"I can't sleep, is it alright if I sleep with you?" I asked.

"Uhh sure?" Is all he says. I then walk in his room and jump in bed and I fell asleep. I'm pretty sure I left him by the door way confused.
