"Distance to the target." Kaka-Baka says through the ear piece.

"Five meters." Me and Sakura say and I we glare at each other from across the clearing.

"5 meters." Sasuke says.

"..."

"Naruto?" Kaka-Baka asks.

"Sorry 5 meters." Naruto says.

"Your slow Naruto." Kaka-Baka says to him.

I walk up to the cat and I bend down. "Good kitty I'm not gonna hurt you." I say quietly and the cat comes up and sniffs me then starts purring and rubbing itself against me. I pet it head and I pick it up.  "Lost pet Tora captured." I say through the ear piece.

"YEAH." Naruto yells through the ear piece.

I stumble backwards and I land on my butt with the cat still on me. "Naruto shut up please." I say through the ear piece as I try getting my hearing back to normal.

"Yes Ma'am." He says and shuts up.

I walk with the others back to the Hokage office and I hand Tora to her owner.

"OH MY BABY MY PRECIOUS BABY." The women yells as she squeezes the life out of Tora.

I wince and look away from her. "The poor cat." I mutter.

"That cat deserves what its owner is doing." Naruto exclaims.

I hit him upside the head and he falls on the ground face first. "Whoops my hand slipped." I say sarcastically.

Sakura snickers and Sasuke looks at Naruto with a smirk.

Gramps tells us of more missions and Naruto yells saying he wants a better mission and I just stare out the window until Gramps chuckles.

"Fine I will give you guys a C Rank mission its a simple escort mission." Gramps says to us with a smile.

I tilt my head confused.

"Who, who are we guarding is it a Lord or a Princess?" Naruto asks with excitement.

"Something tells me I don't want to know." I say and me and Sakura glare at each other then turn away with a huff.

"Come in Tazuna." Gramps says to the door.

A old guy around his fiftys walks in swaying a bit back and forth drunk and he stares at me and Naruto. "Who's the kid with the stupid expression on his face, and the girl with a streak in her hair, they look stupid am I gonna be safe with them?" They guys says drunkly.

I sigh and I walk over to him and I smack him upside the head and he glares at me. "Don't call me stupid you ignorant jerk." I say and I walk back to my position and Sakura glares at me and I glare back making Kaka-Baka and Iruka-Sensei sweat drop.

"We will be at the gate in a hour then we leave." Kaka-Baka says to Gramps. And we leave. "You two will be good on this trip no fighting or calling names." Kaka-Baka says to me and Sakura.

"But she always starts it." Me and Sakura say and point to each other. We glare and turn away.

"Be nice, remember we have to protect and escort the bridge builder." Kaka-Baka says with a closed eyed smile.

"I can already tell something is gonna go wrong." I mutter and I walk to my apartment and I grab my book bag with my clothes, weapons, scrolls and food in it and I walk to the gate and I sit on the ground and Sasuke comes with Sakura bothering him about something.

"Your on time Sora." Sasuke says to me.

"I don't feel like having a banshee scream in my ear for being late. And actually I was here early." I say to him.

"That's not fair we were supposed to get here before you, you cheated some how." Sakura whines.

"Not my fault I already had my bag packed and I don't live with anyone." I shrug and stand up and Naruto runs over and Kaka-Baka and Tazuna get here a few minutes later.

"I'M A TRAVELER NOW, BELIVE IT." Naruto yells as soon as he steps out of the gate.

"Dobe, shut up." Sasuke says to him with a smirk.

I roll my eyes and I walk ahead if everyone boredly. "You guys are slow." I say walking backwards to face them.

"Your a Kimiki clan member you of course would think that since your clan specializes in Tai Jutsu and speed." Kaka-Baka says to me.

"Is that so." I spot a puddle. "Hmm meh." I shrug and I continue facing the group when I see Kaka-Baka get torn up in chains.

"1 down." A guy says.

"Seriously. Your idiots." I run at the guys and I kick them in the back and they stumble forward and turn around to glare at me. "Attacking my team, are we?" I ask them and I punch them in the face sending them flying backwards. I feel a hand on my shoulder and I turn around to see one of the guys. I kick him and he fly's into a tree and I send a few kunai to pin him to it and I turn around to see Naruto get hurt, Sakura protecting Tazuna, Sasuke saving Naruto, Tazuna looking like a scared chicken.

Kaka-Baka comes back talks for a bit and then we keep walking.

We sit on a boat and we ride over quietly with me and Kaka-Baka reading our books.

We get to the shore and start walking when Naruto starts throwing kunai everywhere and then something comes my way and I step to the side and I dodge the giant sword coming my way.

"Well well if it isn't Kakashi the copy cat ninja. The man who copied over a thousand Jutsu." Some guy with cow prints says.

"Zabuza Momochi. One of the Seven Swordsman of the mist." Kaka-Baka says putting his book away.

"Oi cow prints are you gonna try and kill my teams client?" I ask jump on the branch above him.

"Sora get away from him, he's an S Rank rouge ninja." Kaka-Baka says to me.

"S Rank my ass." I kick the guy from behind and he fly's into a tree. "I asked a question and I want an answer."

"Just like her mother." Kaka-Baka says and sighs.

"Brat what's your name." Zabuza says looking at me with a glare.

"Answer my question first. Are you here to kill the bridge builder or not?" I ask again impatient.

"Yes I am. Now what's your name?" Zabuza says looking at my silver streak. "Your a Kimiki aren't you?" He asks.

I punch him into another tree. "Sora Kimiki." I say to him and we fight a Tai Jutsu battle as the others watch me keep my ground against him.

"Why are you fighting me, why not your Sensei?" Zabuza says throwing a punch at me.

I dodge and kick him into a rock. "Because, no one is as skilled at Tai Jutsu but me, Guy and Lee, Kaka-Baka is good but he never hit me." I say and I dodge a kick and I use him as a spring board and I land on a branch and he comes at me with a punch and I step to the side and he falls off the branch but he grabs a hold of my foot and takes me down with him.

"Got you." He says and pins me to the ground.

I kick him in the stomach sending him flying back and I stand up. "Seriously not even a scratch on me. I thought this was finally gonna be a challenge." I complain.

"SORA." Sakura yells at me. "Get over it." She glares at me.

I huff and I dodge a few punches and I jump over Zabuza and I kick him in the back and he fly's face first into a tree. "S Rank huh? Your not much of a challenge." My eyes turn a dark sky blue since I'm mad and he looks at them.

"Weren't your eyes a lighter blue, why are they dark now?" Zabuza asks coming at me with a punch.

I grab his fist and I twist him around and I drop him. "I'm mad that's why." I say to him and he grabs my foot and throws me to a tree and I land on a brach on my feet.

"I see. So what did you used to be called. 'Cause you seem strong." Zabuza says to me and comes at me with his sword.

"Uh damn. First you don't need to know and second a sword for a Tai Jutsu fight?" I block his sword with my katana and I push him back and he falls to the ground and creates a crater.

"Sora what did you do?" Sakura yells at me.

"He started it." I jump on his back and I hear a groan and I jump off. "He's alive." I say to them.

"Sensei she's crazy, she took on an S Rank Rouge. What are we gonna do about her?" Sakura whines.

"Good job Sora but I can take it from here." Kaka-Baka says to me.

"Finally, Cow prints was getting boring." I say and I stand in between Sasuke and Naruto and I stand in front of Tazuna with my Katana ready.

Kaka-Baka battles Zabuza and Kaka-Baka gets stuck in a water dome.

"And there goes my chance for a break. Come on Kaka-Baka I didn't know you would be this impossible." I run around the water clone and I kick it and a few more and they disperse into water and I run towards Zabuza as Naruto and Sasuke get ready for their plan and I stand in front of Zabuza blocking his view and then I dodge the giant shuriken and Zabuza mimicks me. "Don't, mimick me." I say to Zabuza.

A shadow shuriken comes our way and I move to the side and Zabuza watches me carefully. Zabuza jumps over the second shuriken and the shuriken poofs into Naruto and he throws a kunai at Zabuza's arm and Zabuza pulls his arm away from the water dome and Kaka-Baka gets release and I pull Naruto back to shore with me and we go back to guarding Tazuna while Zabuza and Kaka-Baka fight.

After a while of fighting needles get thrown in Zabuza's neck and Kaka-Baka confirms he's dead then the kid who did it takes Zabuza away Naruto becomes all depressed.

I smack Naruto upside the head. "Stop it Naruto you have to accept people your age can be stronger than you. If you want to be Hokage some day you have to get over it and keep moving and keep growing and getting stronger." I say to him.

"I can't believe I'm saying this but Sora is right Naruto." Sakura says to him.

Kaka-Baka passes out and I sigh. "Sasuke, Naruto you guys carry Kaka-Baka, me and Sakura will guard Tazuna." I tell them.

They nod and pick up Kaka-Baka and we walk to Tazuna's house and we set Kaka-Baka in a room and I walk outside and to the docks and I sit down.

"YOUR ALL GONNA DIE, GATO IS GONNA KILL YOU." Some kid with a fisherman hat on and green overalls with a white shirt yells from Tazuna's.

"SHUT UP KID." I yell at the house and I go back to looking at the water.

"So what's with you?" Sakura asks sitting down next to me.

"You have parents right?" I ask her while staring at the water.

"Yeah what kind of question is that?" She asks then something comes to her mind. "Don't you have parents?" She asks me.

"Never knew them. They died during the nine tails attack while protecting the village. I was sent somewhere else for 13 years and I have lived alone since I was 7 when I ran away from a orphanage. I made my own money to keep rent on my apartment and I went to school. I learned a lot I got bullied and I did track. Then one day a while ago I went to sleep and woke up here in this world. Weird right, but that's all I know." I shrug and I get tackled in a hug.

"Sora." Naruto and Sakura say as they hug me and I hear a 'hn' from Sasuke.

"Is something wrong?" I ask them obliviously.

"Idiot." Sasuke says then hits me on the head.

"Why am I the idiot." I say to him annoyed and Sakura hits me on the head while Naruto just laughs.

"Don't talk to Sasuke like that." Sakura says to me with a bit of jokingness in her voice.

"What the hell you two are you ganging up on me or something?" I ask them.

"Be quiet, your being annoying." Sasuke says to me with a smirk.

"I don't take orders from you duckass." I say to him as I cross my arms over my chest.

"Don't call Sasuke that Cow." Sakura says to me angry.

"Forehead."

"Flat chest."

"Same goes to you billboard brow." I say to her with a smirk.

"Oh yeah." Sakura says and we glare at each other with a smirk.

Naruto stops laughing and backs up and off the docks and onto the normal ground and Sasuke just walks off the docks as mine and Sakura's auras get more dangerous by the second.

"Oi girl with the silver streak and pinky quit it." Tazuna says to us annoyed.

We turn away with a huff and we walk down the docks and we walk back to the house and we sit at the table.

"Man I should really be running around but its so depressing seeing all those homeless children on the streets." I mutter and I hit my head on the table.

"Its been that way ever since Gato came." Tsunami says to me while she cooks the food.

"It reminds me of me when I was a little kid." I mutter and I keep my head on the table in a depressed state. "I really wanna get rid of that jerk." I mutter as a gloomy aura surrounds me.

"We all do." Tazuna says reading his paper.

"Its ok Sora, you can run when we get back to the leaf village." Sakura says sweat dropping at my mood.

My chair tips backward to far and I fall. "What the hell happened." I say rubbing my head as I sit up and I see the kid from earlier. "Ok first off." I bonk him on the head. "That's for yelling and hurting my ears doing so. Second." I bonk him on the head again. "That's for tipping my chair over. And third." I poke him in the forehead with a poker face on. "That's for being a brat who can't accept that we are here to help." I say standing up.

He starts crying and sniffling then starts yelling at me while doing so.

I place my hand on his head with a small smile then I bonk him on it with an annoyed expression. "Even I wasn't this bad and I never had a family." I huff and I pick my chair back up and I sit down.

"YOUR MEAN." The boy yells at me while crying.

I sigh. "Whatever. I'm gonna go train, since Kaka-Baka won't be spying on me and I can focus." I say as I stand up and I walk outside.

"SORA GET BACK IN HERE." Sakura yells.

"No, I can't sit and do nothing, its not in my nature." I say to her and I walk into the forest and I start focusing my chakra and I groan in frustration.

"Why is he just like those damned kids from my old orphanage." I mutter and I get back to focusing my chakra.

"Sora?" I hear behind me.

"Not real." I mutter and I sit down and I continue working on my chakra.

"Sora." I hear again.

"Not real." I repeat and I stand up as my eyes turn a dull sky blue color and I punch a tree with all my strength and I falls over and I hold my fist.

"Sora look at me."

I bite my lip and I make sure my eyes are their normal color and I turn around. "You died, why are you here? Have you come to get your revenge on me or something Jack?" I ask him.

"Good, your finally looking at me. No I did not come to get revenge."

"Then why are you here? You should be else where. You shouldn't be here." I say to him while backing up a bit.

"Your different, where is the Sora who was always pissed? Who would hurt someone for even trying to insult her?" Jack says to me with a smirk.

"LADY WHERE ARE YOU?" The boy from the house yells.

"Gone Jack, that me is gone. I am surrounded by people, Sakura, Naruto, Sasuke, Kaka-Baka, Gramps, Scar Face, Iruka-Sensei. I have friends and people I consider family. Like the boy who is looking for me right now. I don't need my old self because this is who I am. Who I actually am." I say with a smile and he steps back shocked.

"Little."

I stop him with a shush and I walk over to the boy and I poke him in the forehead with a smile. "Hey, looking for me kid?" I ask him.

"What did you mean earlier by saying you weren't as bad as me?" He asks.

"Uh, never mind that, lets get back to the house before Sakura kills me for keeping you out to long." I say as I stand straight and I look behind me to see a smile on a fading Jack, I smile back and I walk back to the house with the boy next to me.

"SORA YOU IDIOT." Sakura yells and hits me on the head.

"I'm the idiot? Well then what are you FOREHEAD." I yell back at her.

"COW." She yells at me.

"BILL BOARD." 

"OH YEAH SORA COW?" Sakura yells glaring at me.

"YEAH PINKY." I yell glaring back.

"They really don't like each other do they?" Tazuna asks.

"They have a rivalry going on between them, Sakura likes me and Sora doesn't so Sakura and her don't like each other since Sora despises fan girls while Sakura thinks she is the worst. But in the end they don't hate each other." Sasuke says to him.

"WHAT DID YOU JUST CALL ME?" Sakura yells at me.

"PINKY." I yell back.

"Ok that's enough you two." Sasuke says annoyed.

"Shut up Duckass." I mutter.

"How dare you call Sasuke-Kun that." Sakura says to me and we glare at each other.

"Why do you keep calling me duckass?" Sasuke asks annoyed.

"Because you hair is shaped like a duck's ass." I explain to him and I sit in my seat and me and Sakura glare at each other from across the table.

"No glaring at the table Sora Cow." Sakura says to me.

"No calling names Sakura." I say to her and we huff and turn away from each other.

"I'm surprised they haven't destroyed anything yet." Kaka-Baka says walking into the room with crutches.

"Baka." I mutter.

"Oh Sora your here." Kaka-Baka says to me with a bored tone.

"Save your enthusiasm for something else." I say sarcastically.

He gives me his closed eyed smile and I roll my eyes.

"So Sakura, Sora, are you two friends yet?" Kaka-Baka asks.

"NO." We yell and we glare at each other then huff and turn away.

Kaka-Baka sweat drops. "Your never gonna admit that you are." He says to us.

I grumble and Sakura reaches over the table and bonks me on the head. "What the hell Sakura." I say to her annoyed as I rub my head.

"Don't talk to Sensei like that." She yells at me.

"Sorry I don't speak goodie two shoes." I say to her with a smirk.

"Sometimes I wonder what your old life was like." Kaka-Baka says to me.

"You don't want to know, you will need therapy for a few years." I say to him with a innocent smile.

"I will take your word for it." Kaka-Baka says to me sitting down next to me.

"I think the only person who can actually survive my old life with out therapy is Scar Face. He looks like a sadist to me." I say to him thoughtfully.

"That's because he is one, he's the head interrogator and torturer." Kaka-Baka says to me, sweat dropping.

"Huh, I didn't know that." I say shrugging. "Wait Kaka-Baka is Zabuza alive, those needles didn't look deadly." I ask him.

"Yes he is, maybe if you paid attention more, you would know that." Sakura says to me annoyed.

"Hmm, well then that's what happened." I shrug and we eat and I walk outside after I help Tsunami with the dishes and I stare at the stars deep in thought. "How did they know." I say quietly.

"ra, Sora, SORA." I hear next to me.

I jump and I pull out a kunai. "What?" I ask seeing Naruto next to me and I put the kunai away.

"How did who know what?" Naruto asks me confused.

"Its nothing, get back inside you need your sleep, Kaka-Baka is training us tomorrow on something." I say to him.

"If you say so, but aren't you coming inside?" Naruto asks me.

"In a little while." I say to him and he nods and walks inside.

I start running around the Land of Waves and I see a huge mansion in the forest and I walk over curious and I hear some talking.

"So the mighty Demon of the mist was defeated, how pathetic."

I run back to the town silently and I continue running around the town and the kids watch me and I stop at a particular kid with shaggy black hair and I white torn shirt and brow shorts.

"Ms. why are you running?" She asks me.

"Sorry am I disturbing you, I can stop, I just like to run. I um specialize in it actually." I say bending down to look at the little girl. "You don't have a family do you?" I ask her cautiously.

"No I don't Ms. why?" She asks me confused and sad.

I stare at her for a second. I sigh and I pick her up and I walk back to Tazuna's and I walk to mine and Sakura's room and I see her brushing her hair. "Sakura." I say quietly and she looks at me in surprise and confusion.

"Why do you have a little girl with you?" She asks me walking over.

"Hello Ms." The girl says politely.

"She's just like me so I couldn't let her stay on the streets." I say as I rummage through my bag and I find a loose white shirt and a black belt and some small ninja sandals and a white bow. "Perfect, now come on lets go ask Tsunami if we can get you a bath then see if you can stay here until we go back to the Leaf Village." I say to her.

"Ms. What's your name?" The little girl asks me.

"Sora Kimiki and that's Sakura Haruno." I say to her. "What's your name?" I ask her.

"I don't have one, my parents got killed and someone took my name away." The girl says to me.

I look at Sakura and she stares at the child worriedly. "Come, lets go ask Tsunami if we can get you a bath." I say as I take the child's hand and I lead her to the living room and I see Tsunami working on her sowing. "Um Tsunami can I ask a favor?" I ask her.

"What favor?" She asks me while setting her sowing down.

"This little girl needs a bath and some food and a family, I was thinking could I get a bath started for her while you get some food for her. I was gonna take her back to the Leaf with me when we head back." I say to her.

"Sora, why did you bring her here?" Tsunami asks curiously.

"Its 'cause she's like me when I was a kid, alone with no one to call family." I say biting my lip as I stare at Tsumai with pleading eyes.

"Alright go give her a bath that's the only answer I need." Tsunami says to me warmly.

"Thank you Tsunami." I say to her and I walk the girl to the bathroom and I start a bath as the girl undresses her self.

I put the girl in the warm water and I pour some water on her head and I scrub out the dirt in her hair while she washes her body.

I pull her out of the water after a few minutes and I her get dry and I put on the loose white shirt that looks more like a dress on her and I put the belt on and I hand her the sandals and we walk to the kitchen just in time for Tsunami to place a plate of food on the table.

"You look cute, here I will brush your hair out." Sakura says and the girl eats while Sakura brushes the girls hair out as I blow dry it and I untie the bow and I put it on the girls head behind her bangs and I tie it under her hair. "And that perfected the outfit." Sakura says nodding in approval.

"Why are you guys being so loud." Naruto says walking down the stairs sleepily.

"Uh oh, um, sorry Naruto, we didn't mean to wake you." I say to him.

He see's the little girl and he runs over and squishes her in a hug. "She's adorable." He says to me.

"Uh Naruto, your killing her." I say and he puts her back on her seat. "And yes she is. Me and Sakura made sure." I say to him with a smirk.

"Wait, Sora she looks like you, a lot actually." Sakura says to me.

"Hmm." I tilt my head the take a closer inspection and she tilts her head to. "She does but she's missing the silver streak in her hair and the all black clothing." I say to her.

"True but you would look good with some white on you Sora." Sakura says to me.

"I need a name." The girl says to us.

"Hmm, how about Umi." I say to her. "It means Sea." I say with a smile.

"Sora and Umi." Sakura says nodding. "What are you gonna do with her Sora?" 

"I will be taking her back home with us when we leave, then I'm gonna teach her a few things then ask the Hokage to put her in the Academy, then I'm keeping her as my little sister." I say to them.

"Umi Kimiki, tell me does she get the silver streak in her hair when she gets adopted into your family." I hear Kaka-Baka say behind me.

"Hello Kaka-Baka how long were you standing there?" I ask turning around to face him.

"Long enough to know the plan of action." He says to me with a closed eyed smile and he reveals Inari, Tazuna and Sasuke behind him.

"Well then Sora, I didn't know you were gonna do that." Sasuke says with a smirk.

"Shut your trap Duckbutt." I say refraining myself from calling him duckass.

"You weren't gonna say that." Sasuke says to me.

"I was gonna call you the other name but Umi is here and she doesn't need to hear those words yet." I say to him and I hit him upside the head since I'm shorter than him and he falls on his face. "That is for mocking me earlier." I say to him.

He grumbles while Naruto laughs and Sakura hits me on the head and we have a glare off.

"You want a piece of me Pinky?" I ask her.

"Cow."

"Bill board brow."

"Please stop." Umi says to us a little upset.

I stop and I stare at her curiously. "Oh right your still a little girl." I put my hand on her head and she smiles at me. "Alright everyone back to bed." I shoo them back to their rooms and I take Umi with me to me and Sakura's room and I pull out my futon and I let Umi sleep in it while I just take my bag and I use it as a pillow and we fall asleep.
