I looked at Michael and he looked back at me. He crawled over to me and I smiled at him. I wrapped my arms around his neck and looked into his eyes. Our lips almost touched when my door was knocked upon.

LaToya: Hello people! Open the door!

Oh shit..

Michael: LaToya's here!

Michael mouthed with a panicked look upon his face.

Suesie: Get dressed!

I whispered.

Suesie: Wait a minute Toya!

LaToya: Hurry up!

Suesie: Girl, I'm sick. You can wait.

I heard LaToya groan. I put on my pajama's and Michael put everything back on and sat in the chair. I had a hard time walking.. I was still hurting..

Michael: Let me get it.

Suesie: Okay.

I said before he gave me one last kiss before he opened the door. He opened it a little and the door flew open.

LaToya: What's up people! Anything new?

I looked at Michael and he just started to chuckle which made me laugh. LaToya looked convoluted and lost.

LaToya: I'm sorry, did I miss something?

I just shook my head.

Suesie: No. Nothing new.

Let's count how many lies I tell her. Let's begin. Lie #1.

LaToya: Well, daddy said that you were sick and that Michael would 'take care of you'.

LaToya said grinning and shrugging her eyebrows. My smile faded.

LaToya: Did he take good care of you? Or was he a physical nurse?

My eyes widened. Michael went into the other room.

Michael: I'll be in here if you need me.

Suesie: Okay.. LaToya what the hell-.

Michael: I'm sorry, but I thought I heard something..

He said directing that comment towards me.

Suesie: No, I'm sorry. Goodbye.

That does not count. That was Jackson code for 'Don't cuss Suzanne!'. Michael nodded and left.

LaToya: Soo?

Suesie: What?

LaToya: What happened?

Suesie: What do you mean, what happened?

LaToya: I know something went down because everyone downstairs in school heard this banging sound. It was faint but we heard it.

Oh shit..

Suesie: Why is it always Michael & I? Why not find someone else to accuse?

LaToya: Because you & Michael were the only ones out of school!

Suesie: So..

LaToya stood there in silence for a while. Then she looked around the room.. Her eyes quickly widened.

LaToya: YOU-! YOU-!

Suesie: What? What?

LaToya's expression changed.

LaToya: Stand up.

Suesie: Okay but what will that prove?

LaToya: Stand up..

LaToya said sternly. I did that as fast as I could. I saw her eyes widen once I stood up.

Suesie: Now what?

LaToya: Walk.

Suesie: What?

LaToya: DID YOU HEAR ME? I SAID WALK!

LaToya yelled at me.

Suesie: Toya, calm down.

LaToya: I will when you walk.

She said getting tears in her eyes.

Suesie: Alright..

I said and slowly started to walk. LaToya started to cry and stopped me.

LaToya: Stop right there! How could you?

Suesie: What did I do?

LaToya: Don't play dumb. You did it!

Suesie: No I didn't!

Lie #2.

LaToya: Yes, you did! The smell is all over the room!

Suesie: I don't smell anything, what are you talking about?

Lie #3.

LaToya: The smell of sweat!

Suesie: It gets hot in here!

Lie #4.

LaToya: No! You listen to me! You are supposed to be my friend!

Suesie: But I am!

Lie #5.

I said then left the room. I went outside of my dorm for a while and just stood there crying. I didn't mean for any of this to happen. Suddenly, a figure appeared before me.

Chris: Suzanne? Why are you crying?

Suesie: Nothing.. I just had a bad day.

Christopher smiled.

Chris: Do you want to come to my dorm and talk about it?

Suesie: No.. I'm okay right here.

Chris: I have tea, it'll cheer you right up.

Suesie: I don't know..

Chris: Please? Just for a little while?

Suesie: I guess. Just to take my mind off of a few things.

I completely forgot about the warnings and dreams. I forgot that he was not a person to trust. I forgot that he had a mental issue. I forgot that he killed Hellen and that I was next....
He guided me inside of his dorm and when the door closed, that was the end of the line.

----Michael & LaToya----

Michael: LaToya, what was that?

LaToya: Congratulations. You did it.

Michael: Did what?

LaToya: You took my friend's heart and stole it. You made her so blind that she couldn't see the danger.

Michael: I didn't take it, she gave it to me. And I gave mine to her.

LaToya: You have to be really stupid to think for a second that-.

Michael: Think what LaToya? You think that she's going to leave me? You think that I'm going to leave her? Well here's something for you, I'm NOT LEAVING HER.

Michael said cutting LaToya off.

LaToya: You are really getting on my damn nerves.

Michael raised his hand in a pointing position to speak but LaToya cut him off.

LaToya: And don't you tell me that I'm a damn lady and that I shouldn't cuss! Because quite frankly my dear brother, I don't give a DAMN! You are the younger sibling and you listen to me. You will not hurt her. You will not break her heart. And you will not annoy her, because if you do.. That's your ass in a snakes pit. Now momma and Pop are going to find out about this and they won't be happy. Now either you tell them, or I will.

Michael stood there fuming with rage.

Michael: I will tell them with Suzanne.

Michael said through gritted teeth.

LaToya: Good..

Michael: Where is Suzanne?

LaToya: She went out for a little to calm down after she apologized for her existence.

Michael's eyes widened. Michael raced out the door with LaToya following close behind.

Michael: And you let her?

Michael screamed.

LaToya: Calm down! He probably took her.

Michael: Of course he did! But where?

LaToya: I don't know.. Knowing him, he could be anywhere with her.

Michael stopped everything for a hint. A sound, a creak, or even a feather. He was determined to find her before it was too late. Michael slowly walked towards Christopher's dorm and heard something faint.

----Aaliyah & Christopher----

I stepped inside of the dorm and sat down. We had tea just like he said. I thanked Christopher for the tea and said that I had to go but he blocked my way.

Chris: Where are you going?

Suesie: Home.. I need to get some rest.

Chris: Girl please.. You don't want to sleep.. I know what you want.

Suesie: No you don't. I'm telling you what I want and need right now. And what I need is sleep.

Christopher grabbed me by my waist and pulled me close to him. I slapped him and Christopher smirked evilly at me.

Chris: So it's that game huh?

He said in a dark voice. I went over by a wall that was far away from him. I prayed that Michael came or someone. Christopher came after me and was in my face trying to kiss me.

Suesie: Christopher stay away! I don't want you! I love Michael!

Chris: You won't love him for long.

Christopher said pushing his body onto mine.

Suesie: Chris! Please! Go away!

Chris: My room, my rules.

Oh shit..

Suesie: Don't you dare touch me you freak!

I said slapping him again. He hit me back and I stumbled to the other wall.

Chris: You will not talk back to me. Get over here.

Suesie: No.

Chris: What did you say to me?

Suesie: I said No! Dammit! You don't own me!

Big mistake. Christopher came charging at me and the last thing I remember is a hand, my face, and a lot of pain. Then everything went black from there. I woke up on a bed but in a different place. I wasn't back at my dorm, I knew that for sure. Where the hell was I? I opened one eye and tried the other but it was swollen shut. I sat up in pain and wanted to cry. Should I scream? Should I plead for help? If I do, will I be slaughtered just like Hellen? Or will my salvation come in with everything I need? These are the questions that swarmed my mind. I need to find out. Good or bad..

Suesie: Hello?

I said at first.

Suesie: Hello! Is anybody else here?

I said louder. I didn't see a soul. At this time, I think it's safe to scream.

Suesie: HELP! SOMEBODY HELP ME! PLEASE!

I screamed the loudest I could and I heard something move.. Like a door.

??: Suzanne?

I faintly heard. I could recognize the voice.

Suesie: Who are you?

The person who was talking had a weak voice and I didn't hear them reply.

Suesie: WHO ARE YOU?

I screamed in panic.

??: You should know me.

Suesie: HOW DO YOU KNOW ME?

I screamed.

??: You are my sweetheart. My baby.

Who the hell?

Suesie: M-mom?

I didn't get a reply after that. I screamed and screamed but they didn't reply.

Then I woke up covered in sweat and screaming. I was in the same place and I hated it here.

Suesie: IS ANYBODY HERE?

??: Suzanne?

Suesie: WHO ARE YOU?

??: It's me, LaToya!

Suesie: Oh my gosh LaToya?

A true bestfriend..

LaToya: Suzanne, I can't believe you're here!

Suesie: It feels so much better now that I know you're around.

LaToya: What are friends for? Now, any idea on how to get out of here?

Suesie: Come into the light!

LaToya slowly approached the light, but before she entered she made me promise her something.

LaToya: One thing.

Suesie: What is it?

LaToya: Don't scream.

Suesie: Don't scream? Don't scre-.. LaToya, depending on what it is. But i'll try not to scream.

LaToya stepped into the light and my heart sank. She had cuts all over her body and her clothes were torn.

LaToya: Well at least you didn't scream.

Suesie: What the hell happened to you?

LaToya: Christopher.. That's what. I was first one to enter his dorm after Michael left to check for more places to look for you. I saw you unconscious on the floor and I was about to scream for Michael but a hand covered my mouth and a knife was held to my throat. Christopher threatened to kill me unless I stayed quiet. I fought at first and this is what I got.

Suesie: I got slapped and almost raped. I refused to be touched by anyone else but Michael. And that is how my face got this way. I am just so glad that you are here with me.

LaToya: I'm not.. But then again, I am.

Suesie: I hear you. So he's after Michael now?

LaToya: I guess. And I'm sorry for making you feel the way you did.

Suesie: It's fine. I guess we may as well make the most of this.
