DAHYUN POV:

I watched as my sister was hit with a car. It was as if time had slowed down. I watched her body tumble over the car with blood easily following after. I looked to the boys and they were glaring at us in anger, while I cried the most I had ever, even when I was so bullied. 

"IDIOT15 WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO SNSD AND APINK!!!!!" The headmaster said as he ran out of the building.

I kept on crying as I crawled over to Yoona Unni's body. I heard the ambulances coming and I saw as they stopped before and carefully put Yoona Unni's body into a stretcher. All I could think was 

"Does Yoona have a sibling to help her along the way." The nurse asked.

Without another word I crawled into the ambulance. The Headmaster yelled at me to get out, but I knew I was really the only one to help Yoona Unni right now. I saw that the rest of GTwice was doing the same.

"Are you related to her in anyway?" The nurse asked.

"Yes." I said.

"Then stay in." He said.

I watched as GTwice was separated into 15 different ambulance cars. I was still bawling my eyes out and praying that Yoona Unni would be okay. She was bleeding from her head, hand and leg. A piece of glass was sticking out of her leg, where it was bleeding and I just stared at her face.

"Okay, I need you to tell us your relationship with her, even if it is supposed to be a secret." The Nurse said.

"I'm her little sister." I said with no hesitation.

"Do you have the same blood type as her?" The nurse asked me.

"No." I said, "She's B I'm an O."

"Well, do any of your other friends have B?" He asked.

"Yes." I replied.

"Who?" He asked.

"Hwang ChaeYoung and Kwon Sana." I said.

"Good, we might need your blood for others though." The nurse said.

The rest of the car ride was filled with questions. The entire time I looked at Yoona Unni. Wondering, what if I had just got up a little faster. What if I just... What if I just wasn't her sister...

We soon reached the hospital after about 15 minutes of extreme speeding. It was a huge hospital. Me and my sister were taken to an operation room. 

"Okay, Um, what is your name?" The surgeon asked.

"Dahyun." I replied.

"You're O right?" I was asked.

"Yes." I replied.

"Alright, we don't need your blood right now, but we do need you to stay right next to your sister, throughout the entire operation." The doctor said, as he motioned me to wash my hands.

I did as he asked and soon I was all suited up in sanitized.

'Wait, are you perhaps O-?" He asked me.

"Yes, why?" I asked.

"Then get your arm ready, we can give your blood to everyone." The doctor said.

Finally getting my tears to stop, I let out my arm with zero hesitation. The doctor, having to be quick, quickly found my vein and plunged in the needle. It stung, but I held it in.

"Okay, now don't move, your sister's injuries aren't that bad, but she lost a lot of blood." The surgeon said.

I nodded my head as I felt my blood being pulled out. 

The entire operation took over 3 hours. Turns out Yoona Unni not only had a glass shard stuck in her leg, but she also broke 3 ribs and her left arm, great...

"Alright, you used up a lot of blood today, but you did good Dahyun." The surgeon said.

I smiled as I walked out of the operation room with my sister. We quickly went into a large room with all of the members beds prepared.

"Well, since you guys are VIP guests, we thought we'd give you one of our only rooms that has 30 beds in it." The doctor said.

I thanked him and laid in the bed next to Yoona Unni's. When I looked around the room, Sooyeon Unni, Sooyoung Unni, Chorong Unni, Yuri Unni, Hyoyeon Unni, Naeun Unni, Namjoo Unni and Hayoung Unni were all in the room sleeping soundly.

"They'll live right?" Mina said.

"Of course they will." I said, "But where is everyone else?" 

"They're still in operation." Sojung replied.

I sighed. I mean Yoona Unni took 3 hours and yet her injuries were this bad, what about the others...

Suddenly a doctor came came running in.

"Okay, we need at least 3 girls who have blood type A or B." The doctor said frantically.

Mina, Momo and SinB ran out following the doctor frantically.

I sighed. Today was gonna be a horribly long day.

SOOYOUNG POV:

I woke up hazy eyed to see my arm extremely wet and Jungyeon still crying on it. I laughed a little bit as I stroked her head softly, causing her to look up.

"Unni!" She shouted happily.

"Hey, how is my crazy little Girl-Crush sis doing." I said weakly.

"Unni, I'm sorry." Jungyeon said.

"Jungyeon, chill, I'll be fine." I said, "But why were you about to get hit by a car?"

"Unni, not now, right now please let's just talk." Jungyeon said.

"That's okay." I said, as I motioned for her to lay next to me.

She did and I hugged like any older sister would. She just kept crying and I knew that she felt horrible. To be honest, I knew that she was being bullied the second I saw her being dragged away. I just didn't know that the bullies were ready to hit the girls with cars. 

"So, Jungyeon, where are the other members?" I asked.

"Taeyeon Unni, Juhyun Unni, Eunji Unni, Miyoung Unni, Sookyu Unni, and Bomi Unni are all still in operation." Jungyeon said, sniffling.

"They'll live Jungyeon." I said.

Looking at my phone I saw 18 calls from SM. I called right away.

Ceo: Are you okay?

Sooyoung: Yes.

Ceo: Are your sisters okay?

Sooyoung: Yes.

Ceo: Well, I hope this makes you happier, We are going to release that you guys have little sisters so something like this never happens again.

Sooyoung: Really?!

Ceo: Yeah, tell your members, this is a promise.

Sooyoung: Thank you.

The call ended and I had a huge smile on my face. I just got permission to make everyone know that Jungyeon is my younger sister.

"Hey, SPink, we are now allowed to tell the world that our siblings are, well our siblings!" I shouted.

I got a lot of cheers for that, and at that second Sunny came into the room. Everyone in that room sighed in relief. Nayeon walked in looking like a zombie and I knew she was tired. In fact all the GTwice members looked like zombies. I sighed. It was only 5:00 P.M., but I saw that they were ready to pass out, from either shock or just straight up being tired. 

Then it hit. We must have lost so much blood, these girls had to make up for that. Everyone in this room has probably had their blood used, minus the SPink members of course. 

"Girls, get resting." I said.

"We can't, we never know when we have to leave to give blood." Jungyeon said.

And just like that the doctor came in.

"Girls, we need all O's now." The doctor said.

Jungyeon, leaving my arms went along with, Dahyun, Yerin, Eunha and Yewon. Jungyeon gave me a curt nod before leaving the room with the others and as they left, Momo, Mina and SinB came trudging in.

"Where were you guys?" I asked.

My answer came when Seohyun and Tzuyu both came in. Seohyun was sleeping and Tzuyu was staring at her older sister, tear welling up in her eyes. Tzuyu's strong, she probably hasn't cried yet....

"Oh..." So now at least we have Seohyun back!" I said, trying to lighten the mood. 

Everyone gave me a smile, but in their eyes they looked to worried. Now we just have to wait for the others to get here.

TAEYEON POV:

I woke, being dragged in a hospital bed with Jisoo right beside me, along with Jungyeon, Dahyun, Yerin, Eunha and Yewon. Jisoo looked at me with every so bright eyes when she saw that I was awake.

"Unni, you're awake!" Jisoo shouted happily. 

"Yeah..." I said, weakly.

"Well, don't talk, just rest, we're almost at the resting room." Jisoo said.

I nodded my head as I looked up and watched the hospital lights flash by as the bed kept speeding towards the resting room. I felt water drip onto me and I saw that Jisoo was letting a few tears fall. I let one fall too. Who knew that the girls would have to go through this much trouble? Who knew that they were so bullied to the point that this could happen? 

"Jisoo, how bad are my injuries?" I asked, with a slightly stronger voice as we reached the resting room.

"I'll tell you when you lay down." Jisoo said, wiping away a tear. 

I smiled at her as she lifted me up along with the doctor, onto the bed. Laying down and staring up, i heard Jisoo sniffling and well, actually all of GTwice sniffling. 

"So my injuries?" I asked.

"Do you really want to know?" Jisoo asked.

"Yes, Jisoo, I'll be fine no matter what it is." I said.

"Well, your left leg is broken, you fractured your skull and 3 of the small bones in your wrist were misplaced." Jisoo said, trying to keep in her tears.

"Jisoo, just cry it will all be okay, I promise." I said as I brought Jisoo into my sisterly arms and just let her cry. 

Jisoo finally let all the tears she wanted to cry slip from her eyes. I cried along with her, silently promising to myself that I would protect Jisoo to the ends of the universe. Even if I had to crash into a car, again.

Then I realized something quite odd, there were no reporters outside our door. That was really weird especially for me, someone who has reporters follow them anywhere. 

"Jisoo, where are the reporters?" I asked.

"Unni, they're not allowed to enter the hospital until all 15 of you Unnies are secured in here, then you can volunteer for interviews." Jisoo said.

"Oh, that's nice." I said.

We both smiled at each other and we stayed together waiting for the others. To my knowledge only Tiffany, Eunji, Bomi and Sunny had to come back. I started back up at the ceiling thinking about what was gonna happen next. I can only pray that we'll all be able to go home and live the lives we normally lived, but this time as better bonded sisters.

As the type of sisters that will never hesitate to run to each other.
