Prayers and besties ~Chapter Thirteen~

(A/N I may have fucked it up. I'll fix the first paragraph to be in italics later. Sorry!)

Travis sat in a circle. He was with his friends. He's in the dorms of the private school for Catholics. They were playing truth or dare with big smiles on their faces. The girls giggled while asking Travis truth or dare. Travis thinks for a second before answering. "Truth." The girls whisper to each other before coming to a decision. "Do you have a crush on anyone?" Travis nods his head. The girls squealed hurting the boy's ears. A girl took Travis's turn to ask his best friend, Pat. Pat answered them quickly. "Dare." The girl smirked looking at Travis directly. "I dare you to do seven minutes in heaven with Travis." Travis immediately rejected this getting up.

Pat looks at Travis rolling his eyes. "Dude we'll just keep this in our friend group. No one has to know." Travis sighs looking at his feet. They all made an oath before Pat dragged Travis into the closet. The tight space made them be too close for comfort. "We don't have to do this Pa-" "Well I want to." Pat leans close kissing Travis on the lips. Travis froze as Pat grabs his waist pulling him closer. Travis eventually kissed back wrapping his arms around Pat's neck. They started making out with three minutes to spare.

Pat moves his kisses down to Travis's neck. Travis felt his cheeks warm up as his best friend was kissing his neck. Then Travis's mind started racing with thoughts. 'This is wrong! Stop him! Father won't approve! This is not what best friends should do!' Travis held back a certain noise of pleasure. Pat found the sweet spot. The girl yells at them. "Time's up!" They exit the closet. Travis a blushing mess and Pat smirking with pride. The girls squealed gaining attention of the nearby security guard. He entered the room looking at the boys. He sees all the signs to know what's going down.

In the walkie talkie he stares down Travis and Pat. Travis starts shaking. Pat notices this and hugs him. He glares down the security guard. "Sir! We got sinners!" The girls were opening the windows. "Guys go!" Travis and Pat exit through the window. In the walkie talkie he stares down Travis and Pat. Travis starts shaking. Pat notices this and hugs him. He glares down the security guard. "Sir! Travis wakes up tears falling down his cheeks. Sal was next to him with a worried look. Travis hugs Sal tightly sobbing into his bare shoulder. Sal was shirtless because he was about to change until Travis started crying in his sleep. Sal starts shushing Travis rocking back and forth. "Wanna tell me your dream Travy?" Travis hesitated for a while before spilling out everything. He pulls away from Sal wiping away his own tears. Sal gets up heading towards his closet to get clothes for Travis. Travis got up stretching his body. He knelt down putting his hands together to pray. "Dear god, please forgive my awful sins. Take care of my parents. Watch over everyone as well." Travis starts putting his thing across his index finger as a cross. "In the name of the father, the son, and the holy spirit." Sal turns looking at him with clothes drapped over his arm. "Amen"

Sal watches as Travis gets up letting out a sigh. "Travy. Here's your clothes." Travis walks towards him grabbing the clothes. "Thank you Sally." Sal nods his head grabbing his own clothes. They both change in front if eachother. Well. Sal promised Travis that he'd look away. They both finish changing. They put on their shoes heading out the apartment. Larry joins them on their walk to school. Travis was holding Larry's hand looking at the ground. Larry looks at the blonde. "Are you okay Love?" Travis looks up at Larry putting up a smile. "I'm fine Larry." Sal knew the truth and chose not to speak. Larry just nods his head. They enter the school hearing classmates gossip.

Larry decides to poke Travis again about it since Travis was holding back tears. "Travis... What's wrong?" Travis lets go of his boyfriend's hand. Sal watches them kinda sympathetic for the two. "Nothing is wr-" Larry faces Travis. "You're lying." Travis faces Larry but with a sour face. "I'm not lying! Just leave it be!" He yells tears slowly falling down his face. Larry huffs staring at Travis in the eyes. "I can't if you keep lying Travis!" By now everyone is watching the two. Travis's built up anger shows itself to Larry. "Can't you see I'm trying Larry! I can't do that if you keep bothering me about it!"

Larry spots the anger in Travis's voice. His words made Larry get angry too. "Good communication helps Travis! I can help you through this if you just open up!" Travis's tears fall faster as flashbacks appear in his head.

"Travis! You need to talk to me when you're feeling troubled." Pat looks at him with a worried expression. "Pat... You already know what's troubling me." Pat shakes his head. "It's better to get it off your chest."

"Just stop it Larry! I don't care about opening up to you! I care about you more than myself! Why can't you just leave my problems for me to deal with?" He yells with his voice letting out sobs in each word. He is pretty beaten down. Sal decides he needs to intervene. "Larry just leave him alone. What he needs is comforting." Larry looks at him clearly angry. "Since when do you bud into our arguments?" Travis wipes away his tears. "Larry..." Larry looks back at Travis. "I don't think I can do this anymore..." Sal's eyes went wide and so did Larry's. "Travis please don't."

Travis hugs Larry kissing him on the cheek a goodbye kiss. "We should end this before it ends up worse." Larry looks at the ground. "Travis I was just-" Travis punches him in the stomach out of instinct. He backs away then rushes to the men's room locking the door. Sal helps Larry out. "I should've just stayed out of it..." Sal sighs looking at his best friend. "Not really dude. What you should've done was comfort him before asking." Larry nods his head holding his stomach. Meanwhile, Travis was crying with his back against the door. His face was red and so were his eyes. He was trembling looking at his fist. He curses himself. Calling himself a fuck up. Though three words left his mouth.

"I'm sorry, Larry..."
