I was sitting on the carpet in front of my babbling baby sister. Rose, or Rosie, which was the nickname I had given her. When Scarlett had been in labor in the hospital Romain and I waited. After hours we were finally allowed to go see her, Rose was already laying in her arms. The baby was so incredibly adorable and cute. After Romain held her, both grown ups had turned to me and asked me if I wanted to hold her. Hesitant I had accepted and as soon as I stretched out one of my fingers towards her, she wrapped her little hands around it. With big gorgeous eyes she looked up at me and I couldn't stop from smiling. In that moment I knew that I'd always protect Rosie and would let nothing on this earth hurt her. So now I was laying on my stomach in front of her and watched as she took the arm of her Teddy into her mouth and started to chew around on it. She looked up and I started to laugh. "Well Rosie? Do you think people like our movie?" She babbled again and I giggled again. "I guess that's supposed to mean yes." I tickled her a little, making her laugh with this adorable little baby laugh. She had started to laugh around six months and ever since she was a little sunshine. My little sunshine. Never in my life I had loved someone as much as her and in my eyes she was just perfect. No matter what happened or what I did, this little girl was always smiling and giggling, spreading happiness. "I bet mom will call me in a bit. I wish I could stay here with you and play." I sighed and pressed a kiss onto her head. "Charlotte. I think Scarlett wants to go now." Romain was standing in the doorway and I nodded a little, but I stayed on my stomach in front of Rosie. "Lottie. Come on now. We need to go now." Scarlett was yelling from downstairs and I sighed, but pressed another kiss on Rosie's head and quickly said goodbye to Romain before I ran downstairs. "Coming." As fast as I could I slipped my jacket on and into my shoes before I followed Scarlett into the car. "Are you excited? This is your first Premiere with Marvel." I nodded. "Of course, but I'm really nervous. What if someone doesn't like me and thinks I did bad." I started to ramble and looked down. "This won't happen. You are amazingly talented and you're so good at what you do. Just relax and enjoy yourself." We reached the place where the stylists were waiting for us. It was around two in the afternoon. In around six hours the premiere would start and in around four and half hours we had to be at the red carpet. We both were asked to put on our dresses. I'm Scarletts case a black dress, which was longer on the sides then in the middle and in my case a dark blue dress, with a v neckline and medium length sleeves. It was made from an undergarment made from a solid fabric and one made from lace, which had dark blue stitching and pearls. "You look beautiful." Scarlett said as I got out of the bathroom. "You too." I said and gave her a smile. Someone handed me a white bathrobe and I put it over my dress and sat down next to Scarlett on one of the chairs. Now the stylists started to get us ready. Hair and makeup. In my case not as much as Scarletts, but most definitely more Makeup than I had ever worn, at least not for an event. Of course I had worn Makeup for making the movies before. "Is it weird that I wanna go home to play with Rose?" I asked after the Eyeliner on my right was finished. Scarlett laughed and after her Stylist turned around to pick something up she turned to me. "Well you spend every free minute with her, so not really surprising, but I'm so glad that you two get along." I just smiled back at her, it was true I had spent every possible second with Rose. "She's my sister." I just said. "Please don't say such cute things after my Eyeliner has been finished." I looked over to her and saw tears in her eyes. "Please don't cry." I said, while the stylist turned my head back to the front. "Sorry. I'm emotional when it's about my babies." I laughed and rolled my eyes a little, but didn't say anything else as the Stylist continued to put stuff on my face. After she finally let go of me, I was almost done. Only a few curls and lipgloss. But then it was almost 5pm and with the drive we had a little less than an hour to get ready. The man who had done my makeup showed me a few different options for my lip color, making me completely overwhelmed. So he chose a neutral color. "You look so beautiful." Scarlett said, when I turned around to look at her. I blushed, but smiled at her. "Thanks." She smiled back at me, before turning back around to the stylist, who put on lip liner. "I think you are ready.' One of them said and looking at myself in the mirror I had to agree. I looked really good. My dark brown hair was in a half up half down do with a beautiful hair clip and the rest of my hair fell down over my back. My makeup was simple and mostly in neutral colors, but there was still enough to see a difference. "Alright." Scarlett let her robe fall down onto the chair. I did so as well, before following her outside. We were sitting in the car that drove us to the red carpet and slowly my nerves got worse. For the first time I'd be able to see myself in this movie, I'd see if I did a good job. The car stopped and I could already hear the people. I looked over to Scarlett and she nodded. Together we got out of the car and immediately the flashing lights started blinding me. First we greeted some of the other cast members, who hadn't walked inside and then we started the rest of the red carpet walk. I was really happy that I could stay right next to Scarlett, because no other premiere I had ever been to had been as big as this. Hundreds of reporters, fans and paparazzi were standing there. We walked to one of the interviewers and she started to ask us questions, to be honest she asked Scarlett since I was way too nervous to answer anything. "So Charlotte. Your first movie with Marvel. How are you feeling?" She asked and I looked up. "I'm really, really excited, but I'm also incredibly scared and nervous." The woman laughed and gave me a smile. "I'm sure you did a brilliant job. I mean you looked amazing in the teaser." She answered and laughed. I smiled a little. "Could you tell me a little about your character?" "Uhm sure. I play the youngest Maximoff, she's over ten years younger than her siblings. Her name is Alla Maximoff. Alla is incredibly strong-minded and confident and it was really fun to play her." I answered with a smile. "Alright, thank you so much." Scarlett and I said goodbye and went into the cinema. Inside we sat down on our chairs and waited for the start of the movie. When the movie finally began, I leaned back and started to smile. The first scene with the twins and Alla, for a short moment I was nervous, but the closer we came to the end of the movie the more relaxed and amazed I got. Then finally the big battle in Sokovia came on and I was absolutely thrilled. The effects they used for Allas powers were so amazing. At this moment Alla was running over a big square using her pyrokinesis powers to melt the robots around her. It looked absolutely epic. Then the end credits started rolling and there were statues being shown. Names were shown around them. First Joss Whedon, Kevin Feige and the production group. Then Robert, ChrisH, Mark, ChrisE, Scarlett, Jeremy, Don, Aaron, Lizzie. I was really nervous but then my name came on. Charlotte Johansson. Not Charlotte Young, not Johansson. I stared blankly at the screen, but the credits continued to roll. I turned my head to Scarlett, who was smiling at me. "Did you know about this?" She nodded. "They asked me which name to put and I figured Johansson was better." I beamed at her. I leaned my head against her and as she wrapped her arms around me. "I love you mom." She smiled down at me and pressed a kiss onto my head. "I love you too, my baby." "Do we have to go back over the carpet? I didn't like it. It was scary and made me kinda anxious." She laughed a little, before she pressed another kiss onto my head. "It's going to be okay. But yes we have to sadly. But don't worry I'm staying right next to your side." She pulled me even closer and I enjoyed the warmth she was radiating. "When do you think we'll be home? I miss Rosie." I mumbled. "Well we never planned on staying long at the after party, maybe an hour, but Rosie is hopefully asleep by now." I nodded, but still my first stop after getting into the apartment was the nursery. There was Rosie in her crib and was in deep sleep. Arms and legs stretched out, her breath was going slow. I felt Scarlett coming into the room and felt her putting her arms around me, together we watched the sleeping baby. "You should go to bed." I nodded and followed her out of the room. Of course I pressed another kiss onto Rosie's head. After I had wiped down all my makeup and changed into my Pj's, I sat down on my bed and brushed my hair out, before putting it into a braid. Just as I was putting an elastic in, Scarlett walked in. "Off to bed you go." I lifted my blanket and slipped under it. Scarlett smiled and pressed a kiss onto my hair before pulling the blanket up. "Good night Lottie." I smiled back. "Nighty mom." She got up and turned off the light, before leaving my room. Exhausted, I leaned back in my bed and closed my eyes, completely relaxed and happy. This was my home. Those people were my family and I'd never let someone take this family away from me again.
