Bakugo POV:

"Please. You know I never wanted it to be like this! You know I wanted to save you! But- I-.. I couldn't."

"Oh, Bakugo~ You keep repeating yourself, but you know the truth, don't you? Why don't you just accept it already? You killed me. It was all.. your.. fault! Okay?"

"No.. it isn't! I wanted to save you-!"

"Bakugo? No sleep! Get.. up!"

I was suddenly awoken by an immense pressure on my chest. Did he.. jump on me?

"Go now! Mina eat with! Hurry!" He exclaimed, continuing to push on my chest.

"Okay, okay. Calm down, let me get some clean clothes first." I laugh, trying to get him off.

"Hurry, hurry. I wait by door." Red announced, finally hopping off and skipping to the door.

A soft thud echoed as he banged his head against the door. What a weirdo..

Swinging my legs over the side of the bed, I wipe the few sweat beads that had yet to drop off my face. I stand up and head over to the closet, it was quite massive for the six outfits I had.

Deciding that today should have a more casual look, I slipped on a pair of leggings and a tunic. Nothing special, it was just my comfort clothes.

"Okay Red. I'm ready." I say, watching as the goofy little red head jerks his head up and runs over to me.

"Go now!" He yips, latching onto my arm and proceeding to drag me out of the room.

Not that I minded getting my arm yanked multiple times a day, but my shoulder has been getting sore lately. Yet it was Red, I couldn't just tell him to stop..

Of course I was excited to see Mina again, it's been a week and a half since the last time. Her therapy sessions had also gone smoothly, well the four days since she started. Apparently they were helping her a lot, she's gained most of her strength back according to the nurse.

The nurses were great, sure, but I know for a fact if Pink Cheeks was here Mina would have been fine last week. The witch was so much better as a nurse than those castle idiots.

My face was suddenly met with a warm hard surface.

"We here! You okay?" He asks, as I rub my now sore nose.

"Mhm.." I nod, Red opens the door to the dining hall.

Immediately spotting Mina's bright pink hair, I walk past Red and head to her. She looked to be struggling with her fork, and her nurse was standing behind her absent-mindedly.

"Mina?" I say cautiously, making sure not to be too loud.

She stops with her fork, putting it down and giving a small smile.

"Hi, Bakugo." She replied weakly.

"How are you doing?" I ask, taking a seat next to her. As Red was occupied with a small 'fascinating' dot on the door.

"I am.. okay? Yes.. I am okay." Mina struggled to say, her nurse still hadn't given her a second glance.

"How's your classes been? I heard you got to play with ducklings." I smiled, facing her.

"Mhm. The ducklings.. were nice... I liked.. them."

Red suddenly became no longer fascinated with the door, and skipped over to a seat next to me. He leaned far over the table to see Mina.

"Hi, hi!" He waved.

"Bakugo, when did.. Red.. get here? ..Did he.. come back?"

"He did come back, he returned to us Mina."

"Oh good.. about time... I was.. beginning to think.. you'd.. be alone.. forever, Bakugo." She smirked, as my face grew hot.

"I don't know what you're talking about, I won't be alone forever.."

"Because.. Red's here... stupid bitch."

"I don't care if you're still healing, I will beat your ass right now!" I threaten as her snickering comes to a stop.

"Healing? From.. what?" She asks confused, her nurse gives me a look.

"Er- still healing from my last ass kicking to you.. yeah.."

"Lies.. but I'll.. let it pass... For now." She sighs, picking her fork back up.

Soon, everyone had made their way into the dining hall. And they all had their round of questions for Mina before sitting down.

Her nurse, however, had yet to react to anything. She just stood there, in silence. I didn't like her much..

But what surprised me is the fact that she didn't question the absence of Iida or Sero yet.. Maybe she forgot?

Mina had to retire to her room after she finished her breakfast, back to more isolation and slumber. I was happy that she was healing so quickly with therapy. Even if she struggles to eat with a fork..

"Bakugo!" Red chirped, leaning an elbow on the table.

"Mhm?"

"Kaminari been teach me things. Show you later?"

"Uh sure, I'm almost done with my fruit." I say, curious as to what he has to show me.

"Okay I wait."

Hurriedly finishing my breakfast, I push back in my chair and stand up, Red smiling and doing the same.

He beckons me to follow, which I do, and he leads me through the hallways. To be honest, I was surprised that he wasn't dragging me this time.

"Where are you taking me, Red?" I ask, glancing from painting to painting.

"Surprise!" He exclaims with jazz hands.

"Oh really now?" I smirk.

"Mhm! Good surprise!"

"Oh good." I continuing grinning.

Following him out to the garden, we finally sit back dont on a fbech surrounded by flowers.

"Why are we here?" I asked, as Red crouched doesn't l reach something on the floor.

"Okay, okay. Show now!" He squeaked, picking a flower for the ground the looking at me.

"..Red?"

"Bakugo~" He raised an eyebrow, winking.

"What's happening?"

"Shh.." He whispered, putting a finger over my lips.

"Red?" I was silenced. "Herph."

Watching as Red nibbled on his bottom lip, a blush sweeper over my cheeks. Damn, this boy would be the death of me.

Red had slowly gotten closer, eyes still half-lidded. He really needed to stop before I lost my self-control.

Did I do good?" Red says suddenly. "Kaminari tells it 'flurtung.' I do good, yeah?

"Y-yes.." I stutter. "Very good."

"Yay!"

My face continued to glow a vibrant red as we watching b the morning doves eat crumbs. And before long, my hand had slowly made contact with other smooth and warm surface.

It was Red's hand..

Deciding to be bold, I cautiously snatch his hand in my own. Just resting them on the bench as I blocked all eye-contact.

But I did enough his bright smile front eh corner of my eye..

i am about to pass out i am so tired. i apologize for mistakes, if there are a lot i will fix them in the morning. otherwise please excuse them.

anyways, stay healthy you guys. and get plenty of sleep too <3
