Nico's POV
"Can I go now?" I ask, crossing my arms over my chest.
"First, you're not intimidating when you're laying down," Will says, checking his charts. "Second, yeah, you can go."
I smile, but secretly I'm upset. I enjoyed spending time with Will, he made me feel like a normal person instead of an outcast.
"But," Will said. I knew there was a catch. "I will be sitting with you at the meals to make sure you eat. You are severely underweight."
I groan. "I'm fine."
Will walks over and grabs my hand, his blue eyes staring at me with such intensity. "No, you're not. You don't understand what will happen if you don't take care of yourself."
I blush, pulling my hand away.
"I've talked to Jason and Percy," Will continues. "You'll be training with them when I'm not available. We need to make sure you don't do anything to hurt yourself."
I roll my eyes, trying to hide how flustered I am. I can't believe I'm being put with Percy. He and Annabeth came in once, but Annabeth did all of the talking.
I'm snapped out of my thoughts by a knock on the door.
"Is Nico ready?" Jason asks, peeking his head in.
"Uh, um," Will stuttered, caught off guard. "Yeah. He's good to go."
"Thanks, Will. I'll see you at dinner," I say, closing the door behind me as I walk into the hallway.
"So, how was your stay?" Jason asks with a little too much enthusiasm.
"Fine," I say, running my hands through my hair. "Except I got a cluster headache. Will came in."
Jason was one of the only people who knew about my cluster headaches.
"Oh, no," Jason says. "What did you tell him?"
"I told him I was fine and he left me alone," I mumble.
"Wow," Jason starts. "He must not be a good healer then."
I laugh. "No. He knew something was wrong, but I told him I could handle it. I guess he believed me because he just sat outside my door."
Jason stops outside of my cabin, scratching his head. "Maybe you should tell him. He might be able to give you something for it."
I shake my head.
"You know what?" Jason says rather loudly. "We should have a party."
"Why? For what?" I ask, suddenly worried.
"Just for no reason. Let's just throw a party for whatever reason," he says, walking towards the Aphrodite cabin. "C'mon. We can start planning. You can invite Will to help you."
I stop walking towards him. "No. I'm fine."
Jason grins and grabs my wrist, running towards the infirmary once again. "You're inviting Mr. Solace to the party and to help you plan it with me and Piper," Jason says, running to the Aphrodite cabin.
I sigh, knowing I lost.
"Will?" I call from the doorway.
"Nico?" Will asks, almost running into me. "What's wrong?"
See? He only thinks of you as a patient, I think to myself.
"Um, Jason wanted me to ask you if you could help us plan a party," I mumble quietly while looking at the ground.
"A party? For what?" Will asks, taking off his rubber gloves.
"Jason said just because we can," I say, glancing up at Will.
"Okay," Will says. "We'll start planning at dinner."
"Okay," I answer, walking backwards to the door. I fumble with the doorknob while maintaining eye contact with Will.
"Gods," I mumble, turning around to open the door.
"I'll see you at dinner," Will calls from inside.
As I walk back to my cabin, I can't help but smile and blush.
A/N: Hey guys!! Thanks so much for 265 views!! That means a lot to me. Also, I found a song that I think is perfect for Solangelo. I kinda wrote a one shot (sorta) and I was wondering if you guys wanted me to start posting one shots in a different book. Let me know, okay? By the way, I'm going to post more often and hopefully long parts. Thanks again!!
