Nico

I wake in my bed next to Will and sigh

We have school

Blah

I look at him and shake him awake

He just rolls over and pulls me down with him

I giggle "Babe we have to get up" I say and he opens his eyes

"Alright let me get dress"  He says and goes for his duffel bag

"We have yet to put our clothes in the dresser" I said and he laughs

"True and we should do that since we will be here all year" He said I laugh and start to get dress

I have gotten to the point I feel comfortable changing around Will I know he loves me very much and thinks I am beautiful

I got my Binder and clothes on and was putting my shoes on when there was a knock

I look at Will and he was dressed wearing a black and yellow flannel and white shirt underneath and blue jeans. I blush and said come in

Annabeth walks in "you guys ready?" She asked handing us a bagel

I stand up and grab my jacket and bag and Will is next me

"Yep lets go" I said

I walk outside and see another car in the driveway and I see Jerome leaning against it 

I nudge Leo and he looks up at me and I point to Jerome

He looks over and turns red and runs over to him

I look at Will who looked amused "Should we talk to Percy about allowing Jerome to stay here? So he doesn't drive here every morning to get Leo" Will said and I laugh

"Percy already talked to him. Jerome wants to stay with his family but they live nearby and I have a a feeling he gonna be over so much he gonna practically live here" I said and Will chuckles

Leo waves us over and we walk over

"Jerome offered to split the load he said you guys hitch a ride with us" Leo said and Jerome nodded

I glance over to Percy who overheard and grinned

"That's great actually less crowded" He said I shrugged and looked back over

"Sure, sounds great" I said Jerome smiles and gets in and Leo gets in the passenger seat

Will and I hopped in the back and buckle up and the car starts and we pull out 

Jerome looked at us through the rearview mirror "Are you two together?" He asked nicely

"Yea we are" Will smiled and squeezed my hand

Leo pops off "so I guess this is the qeer car" he smirked

We all started laughing

Jerome leaned over and kissed Leo cheek and I was able to snap a picture as it happened

Memories

I sent it to Leo and he looks at it and blushed flipping me off

Bet you its his screen saver now

We pull up to the school and get out and we meet up with the group and head in

"Im gonna take Jerome to the office to get his schedule. See you guys at Lunch!" Leo said and ran off

I look at the others and Thalia jumps up

"Crap I have morning detention" she said and ran off

I start laughing and kids who never seen me even smile stare at me surprised

I notice them and flip them off and they run off

Will raises an eyebrow at me and I smile innocently

He chuckles and grabs my hand and we walk to Math

Mrs. Dodds looks up as we walk in and sneers at our hands and plasters a fake smile

"Nicol-" she starts and Will cuts her off

"I've called the school yesterday and Nico's name is legally Nico di Angelo on everyone's roll call and I have every right to report you for dead naming him" Will snaps and she flinched at his gaze and he smirks

"Nico and Will have your seats" She growls

I grin and we sit down next to each other and chat until the rest of class arrives

"Roll call" she says and Will and I listen carefully

"Nico di Angelo" she says distasteful

I smirk "here" I said and she growls continuing

Will kisses my cheek happily and we wait start are bell work

Class was great and when the bell rings we pack up and Mrs.Dodds grabs my arm

"I would like to speak to you" she said

Will looks at her warily and pulls out his phone clicks something and walks over

"Alone" she snaps at him and he rolls his eyes kissing my cheek slipping his phone in my jacket pocket

"See you later" He says and walks out

Trigger warning

She sits down and glares at me "I have had enough of your shenanigans Nicolette" She said I glare at her

"I have an A in this class and I am the quietest kid in class. Your just pissy because I go by a different gender then the one assigned at birth" I said she slams her hands on the desk and leans close and we are glaring at another

"No matter what you do. No matter what surgeries or bullshit you do you are a female  Nicolette di Angelo and that boy toy of yours is not gonna be interested in a fake male" she said and smirks at me

My eyes burn but I hold my ground "that's his decision not yours!" I knock everything off her desk and march out with her yelling at me

I slam the door and lean against the wall and I feel a warm hand on my face and I meet blue eyes

"What happened?" Will asks and I try to speak but a sob escapes and he pulls me close

He pulls his phone out of my pocket and clicks it and puts it in his pocket and just held me

I calm down and take a shaky breath "why did you give me your phone" I ask wiping my eyes

He opened it. He recorded our conversation

"I don't trust her." He said and he played it back

It got everything from hearing him leave the room to her yelling at me to hearing me destroy her desk to me in the hall

Listening to it all made tears prick my eyes and he stopped it and hug me

"She is so fired" He mumbles in my ear and pulled away

"Tell Ms.Hestia I will be late this hour but you head to class and explain to her why you where held back held you back. I'm going to the principal with this." He said and kisses me

"By the way don't listen to her I love you with all my heart to me your perfect" He said to me

I smile a bit and kiss him and head to class luckily its my Greek Mythology class and I have Ms.Hestia as my teacher

I walk in and she looks up and smiles

"Hi Nico, everything alright?" She asks and I tell her everything quietly

You see Ms.Hestia is also my counselor and she already knew my previous issues with Mrs.Dodds but had no proof

She frowns but sighs "your boyfriend is going to the Principal?" She asks and I nod

"Mr.Chiron is gonna fire her now. He been wanting to but he had to have proof. Now he has it" She said and I nod and she tells me we will talk later and I sit down next to Piper

She was passing out work but the door open and I look up to see Mr.Chiron

Will pokes his head in smirks at me

"Nico di Angelo please" Mr.Chiron asks for and Ms.Hestia nods at me to go on.

I get up and follow them and we head to his office and as I walk in Mrs.Dodds is in the office

She looks at me smirking like she had an idea but glared at Will

I sit next to her and Will stands behind me

"It has come to my conclusion that there is an issue in class" He said raising an eyebrow

Mrs.Dodds sighs and tries to play innocent

"Mr.di Angelo is a great student but he fails to behave a class and causes such a issue for the other children" and I swear I hear Will mumble bullshit over me

Chiron raises an eyebrow and waves Will over who sits the phone on the desk and plays the recording

He stands on the other side of me away from Mrs.Dodds as the other recording plays

Her ugly face paled and when it ends she stands up

"You fucking brat!" She yells and tries to slap me
 
And hand catches her wrist and I see Will leaning over me holding her wrist glaring at her

"You lay a hand on him and Ill will charge you for assault" Hid voice deathly calm it send shivers down my spine

Chiron calls security "Michelle Dodds you are no longer a teacher here at Camp Half Blood High you can pick your things up afterschool" He says and security drags her away as she screams at us

I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding and Will kisses my cheek

"Mr.di Angelo I apologize on behalf of the school you where treated this way. Please let us know if we can do anything" He says and I nod at him

"Thank you" I whisper and he tells us to go back to class

Will holds my hand quietly and we return to class and Ms.Hestia smiles at us and we sat down

I couldn't focus on the assignment with my head buzzing like crazy with thoughts

The bell rings and I groan but Will looks at me "Hey at least after next period is lunch. Percy is letting borrow the car and we are going to lunch" He said and I smile

He grabs my paper "hey im not finish" I said and he smirked holding it up...it was completed

"Yes you are" He said

He must have done it for me when I wasn't looking

"Have ever told you how amazing you are" I say and he chuckles

"Not as amazing as you" he smiles at me and we head to english

"No matter what you do. No matter what surgeries or bullshit you do you are a female  Nicolette di Angelo and that boy toy of yours is not gonna be interested in a fake male"

Her voice echoes through my head and I gulp

I look ul at Will and he looks back down at me and smiles

She is wrong about him

I know it
