Nico

Percy pulls up and barely parks the car before I'm jumping out and heading over to where him and his buddies hang out

Carter Black, his Dad runs the big oil ridge his family is pretty wealthy, he has always acted like he was some big shot, he use to swim on the swim team with Percy before he graduated and him and Percy but heads a lot.. his sister Ally Black, is the exact opposite and is always yelling at Carter for how he treats people. Because his Dad and my Dad use to work together he knows who we are and he also knows I'm trans.

But today I don't give a fuck

I saw him laughing with his friends and I hear Percy and Jason behind me but I speed up

"Nico..." I hear Jason start but I ignore him and right as Carter sees me

I punch him square in the face and he falls straight to the ground

"The fuck di Angelo!" He yells and one of his friends grab me and I kick him right where the sun don't shine and the other guy backs up glancing at Jason and Percy who were right there behind me

"You fucking hit my sister!" I shout and his eyes widen in realization and scoffs

"Bitch deserved it" He said and as he tries stand up I punched him in his gut making him double over and bring him to eye level with me

"When she fucking tells you no and to stop messing with her it's means you listen! She has a black eye right now your lucky I haven't cut your dick off for even trying to get with her." I spat anger rolling off me and he glares at me and I notice a crowd gathering around

"I least I have a dick you transgender freak!" He shouts and I hear whispers go around and I roll my eyes and grab his throat and slam him against the wall and he gasps for air as he stares at me at me in fear

"Look who is getting his ass kicked by the transgender freak" I state and I hear Percy woop and a laugh go around from the crowd

"You listen hea-" he tries to say but I kick him in the dick with my knee and he yelps and I'm still holding him by his throat and I make him look at me

"You listen hear, now the whole reason I'm going easy on you is because I'm friends with your sister. But, if I hear that you try forcing any girl to sleep with you or you lay a single finger on them ever again. Especially! My sister! I will make sure they don't find your body. Got it?" I say seriously looking him in his eyes and I saw his terrified expression and he nods

"Understood." He whimpers and I let go of his throat and he gasps falling to his knees holding it and I look at the crowd that formed

"Get lost." I snap and they fled and Carters friends help up and get him away the only people staying behind were Percy and Jason

"Dude...I didn't know you could be so terrifying." Jason said staring at me wide eyed

"You didn't even need us at all." Percy laughed and I rolled my eyes

"I half expected his goons to try to get me but only one tried and I got him." I said anger still rolling off me like crazy

"Let's go before campus security arrives." Jason said glancing around and we head back to the car

I hop in the passenger seat as Percy puts the car in start and starts driving off

I take deep breaths calming myself down and Percy glances at me and turns down a different road and I hear Jason speak up

"What are doing Perce?" He asks and he pulls into the parking lot of a oddly familiar building

"Do you remember when Nico got in trouble as a kid before he moved that we sneak him out and get him ice cream?" Percy asked and I perk up hearing that and look out the window and recognized the building

"Oh yes! I remember dude I can't believe this place is still going." Jason says and we all get out and I look at Percy and laugh

"You always know what I need." I say and he ruffles my hair and we all head inside

We get in line and order our ice creams, I got mint chocolate chip in a waffle cone (don't even comment) and then we sit down

I relax a little eating my ice cream and we all kinda joke around a little bit

"Dude, you were so badass I can't even describe." Percy said and Jason shakes his head scrolling on his phone

"Honestly Carter looked like he was gonna piss his pants." Percy said and I shake my head at him too

"Honestly I kinda just snapped, I barely remember me punching him." I said honestly as I try to think back

I hear Jason start coughing and we look at him and he was staring at his phone

"Well if you wanna remember you can watch the video." He said wide eyed and I grab his phone

"Video?" I ask and I look at his phone and sure enough

Someone fucking recorded the whole thing

I look at the video and I barely recognized myself, I had Carter by his throat looking like a mad man. I look like I was gonna kill him

Probably would have if he tried to go any farther then just hitting Bianca...

Then I realized she would probably see this, but she knew what I was gonna do...wait

"Oh My Gods Will!" I exclaim putting the phone down and Jason and Percy looked at me startled by my outburst

"What about Will?" Jason asked and I shake my head throwing my ice cream in the trash can grabbing my hair

"H-he can't see that video!" I say pacing around at our table

(Luckily no one else was in the room at the ice cream place)

"Why?" Percy asked and I shake my head

"I look insane! Will has seen me act many different ways, sad, annoyed, where I was crying my fucking eyes out. But he hasn't seen me about to kill someone!" I exclaim and Jason gets up and grabs my shoulders

"Nico, breath" He says and I realize I was hyperventilating

I take deep breaths and Jason stands there rubbing my shoulders

"What if he thinks I look so crazy He breaks up with me." I ask and Percy jumps in

"He wouldn't. I think he would understand. If Estelle or Annabeth ever came to me with a black eye like Bianca did I probably would have lost it too." Percy said and Jason nodded

"Same Thalia, or Piper. Will probably would have been the same way if you did too" He said and I nod and lean into his arms and he hugs me tightly

"Let's head home." Percy said ruffling my hair and I sigh and and we head out and get in the car and we head back

As we pull up to the house my stomach flipped and we get out

As I walk in it was quiet except a small noise from the living room

I quietly tip toe to the entrance and my stomach dropped

On the TV they were watching the video on Leo's account from his Instagram

"Understood?" Carters fearful voice rang through the room and me letting go of him and I my crazy looking face faces the crowd

"Get lost" My angry voice snapped and the crowd fled and the camera turns off

"Holy shit" Leo says and I step back away from the door and the floor squeaks and they all snap there head to the entrance

"Nico?" Will said getting up and I run upstairs

"Wait!" He said but I glance back from the top of the stairs and Jason and Percy pulled Will back

"Give him a bit, he just found out there was a video and started freaking out about how he didn't want you to see it, and the minute he gets home he sees you and everyone else watching it." Jason says and I head to the room not hearing anything else

I start hyperventilating again and I take off my binder and I see Wills hoodie on the bed and I throw that on and curl up in the bed

Why was I so reckless! I should have waited till he was alone so no one was around! Now my boyfriend thinks I'm crazy and my sister probably is humiliated! I'm so fucking stu-

My train of thought was cut off but someone jumping on me

Make that 2 someone's..

"Nico are you okay!" I hear from Bianca as I sit up and she looks over my face

"We were so worried" Hazel says grabbing my face from Bianca and I laugh awkwardly

"I'm fine, you saw. He didn't get a hit in." I say quietly and Bianca sighs

I stare at her eye and and she notices and takes my hand

"You defended me. You protected me, your the best brother in the world. But next time I'm protecting you " She says with a laugh and Hazel smiled

"Not only did you protect Bia, you stopped him from harassing any girl again Nico! You were great" she said and they hug me tightly and I take a shaky breath

"Thank you, but I looked like a maniac. Will is probably..." but Hazel cuts me off

"Will is currently arguing with Jason and Percy trying to see you because he is worried sick." She says and I quiet myself

Is he mad?

"Send him up" I sigh, I need to face the music

"On it" Bia says and they both kiss my head and leave

I sit on the edge of the bed quietly waiting and I hear footsteps running up the stairs and I stand up as Will enters the room

"Will I am so sor-" he doesn't let me finish as he is pulling me into kiss

I gasp in surprise but soon give in to my instincts and my eyes flutter close as I relax against his body

He picks me up by my upper thighs turning us around so he can sit on our bed and I straddle him and he puts his hands on my waist

"You were so hot Kitten, I'm so proud of you don't apologize okay?" He says seriously and I nod blushing and he chuckles

"Come on what happen to the badass?" He teases and I roll my eyes

"That badass can only happen when I really mad." I say and he smirks

"So I have to get you mad? Well I will say you are really hot when your pissed off." He says leaning up nibbling on my neck and I tilt it giving him access

"I- I didn't think you would find that hot" I admit and I feel him sigh against my neck and pull away and look at me and he looked serious and worried

"I'll be honest I was conflicted but, I never thought about leaving you. Not once. And when Jason and Percy told me that's what you thought and I had to show you I would never leave you before you could start saying anything" He says softly putting his hand on my cheek and I lean against it

"I thought I looked crazy, and I didn't want you thinking I was like that." I whisper and he looks at me with a small smile

"I thought you looked liked a pissed off little brother protecting your sister" He says and kisses my nose and rest his head against mine

"Thank you." I whisper and he smiles and he leans close

"Plus that firery look was really hot." He whispers and I blushed darkly and bury my head in his shoulder

"Don't start." I mumble shyly and he chuckles and kisses me softly

"Alright love." He smiled and I sigh looking back at the door

"I don't want to go down there." I mumble and he rubs my back

"We can stay up here for awhile. I bought snacks earlier when you were gone for a movie night" Will says and I perk up and he smirks

"I got chocolateeee" He teases and I jump from his lap and he laughs

"Gimme" I demand and he shakes his head smiling

"Give me a kiss" He says and I lean down and kiss him quickly

"Chocolate" I say and he chuckles and gets up and goes to the closet and pulls out a bag filled with snacks and gets on the bed and turns on the TV

"What are you wanting to watch?" He asked as I cuddle up next to him

"Coraline." I say and he sighs shaking his head

"Why. Just why?" He chuckles bringing up Coraline and pushes play

I dig into the chocolate, he got a variety plus chips and popcorn

"I can order pizza?" Will asks and I just nod watching the movie and he shakes his head at me and kisses my head getting up and leaves the room

As I watch Coraline go through the small door I hear a banging on the front door and I frown pausing the movie

Will just left the room, it can't be the pizza

I walk out and I see Will frowning as he hangs up and he looks at me and grabs my hand as we head down stairs and there was banging on the door again seeing everyone at the door

I see Thalia looking through the peephole and growls and kicks the door

"Stay the fuck away bitch!" She shouts and there was a scream and banging on the door

"Who is it?" Annabeth asks as Thalia was clenching her fists and Leo and Jerome peak through the window and Leo backs away dragging Jerome away
 
"It's Persephone." He says and my blood ran cold and Will glances at me as I let go of his hand

I get down and go to the door peaking through the peephole

She looked like an absolute mess her hair was everywhere her make up was smudged and like she has been crying

She is totally drunk

"It's your fault! It's your fault!" She yells and bangs on the door making me back up

"What is she going on about?" Jerome asks and I shake my head

"I have no clue." I whisper and my phone starts ringing and I look at it and frown answering it

"Dad?" I ask confused and he sighs in relief

"Son. Thank the God's, you haven't seen Persephone have you?" He asks and frown

"She is banging on the beach house door. What is going on?" I ask and Piper mouths put it on speaker so I do so everyone can hear him

"Don't answer the door. I'm sending the cops right now." He says and we all look startled

"What happened?" I ask and he sighs seeming stressed

"I ended things with her. Nico do you remember when I bought your phone how I set things up?" He asked and I frown

"Yes?.." I ask curious on what this is leading to

"Well all your photos and videos get sent to my tablet. Well since you turned 16 awhile ago I decided to disconnect your phone  prom it but, I stumble across a certain video...son why didn't you tell me she was beating you?" He asks and I froze and everyone looked at me and my mouth goes dry

"U-um" I start and he cuts me off quickly 

"Look we will talk later but after I yelled at her she left the house and came back hours later intoxicated, she tried to attack me but failed and I lock myself in my room and called the cops, as that happened I heard her in my office and then left the house so I go to check my office....Nico she has my gun." He said and I look up and we all had a panick look

"Leo and Jerome lock the doors. Annabeth and Thalia get the windows." Piper says as she goes to help them with that

"Nico the police are 10 minutes away, please stay on the phone." I hear my Dad say and Will pulls me close to him and I give my phone to Jason and Percy

"Uncle Hades we are taking precautions." Jason says and Percy speaks too

"This is all my fault." I whisper and Will shushes me kissing my head and thats when we hear a shout outside

"Who are you? Are you with them?" We hear her say and Will curses

"The pizza" He says and I run to the window and see a pizza girl looking terrified

I see the gun start to raise and I go to the front door

"Nico no!" Percy shouts but I'm already out the door and I jump in front of the girl

"Run, and I'm so sorry." I whisper and she runs back to her car and I look up and Persephone is shakily pointing the gun at me

"You!" She says and I put my hands up and look directly at her and I notice everyone outside the door not sure what to do and Will getting closer and closer and Bia grabs his hand to stop him

Persephone goes to look behind her and I shout

"What is problem with me?!" I ask and she snaps her gaze at me and it gets fierce

"You are a no good, waste of space! You are a pretending to be a male little girl!" She says and Persephone grips the gun steadily

I see Percy in a stance to run over and Will fighting against Bianca grip

"If you didn't like me you could have just ignored me. Look I will talk to my Dad to take you back. This can all be over. I'll move out! I'll stay here permanently. You wouldn't have to see me." I say and she gives me this evil look

"Why don't we make that certain." She says and pulls the trigger

It all happens so fast I couldn't move myself

I felt arms wrapped around me standing infront but as soon as that happened we were shoved to the ground

The gun shot rang in my ear and I felt a body on me and I soon heard rustling and sirens in the background

"Nico?" I hear from on top of me and I open my eyes and I see Will

"Oh My Gods are you okay?" I ask and he gets up and I look over him but not a scratch

"Yeah, but who shoved me?" He said looking confused and we look over

My heart stopped as I see Bianca on the ground blood on her with Hazel applying pressure

"Bianca!" I shout as I run to her and drop down next to her

"Nico your okay." She says shakily and places her free hand on my cheek and I grab her hand

A police officer comes over with a first aid kit and started bandaging her wound

But it was right through the top of her chest

"We Persephone in custody and the ambulance is on the way just hold on miss." He says applying pressure but Bianca keeps her eyes on me

"I said next time I would protect you." She whispers and a tear slips down my cheek and I hear Will above me with a shaky voice

"You shouldn't have pushed us. You should have let me get hit. He needs you Bia, it was suppose to be me." He whispers and she shakes her head

"Nico needs you. I couldn't let you do that. It's my job as his big sister to protect him and your job as his boyfriend to love him and be there." She says and her speak was slowing and Hazel shakes her and the officer gently stops her

"H-hazel. You're so strong and beautiful. I'm blessed to have a sister like you." She says and Hazel let's out a sob

Bianca looks at Will "take care of Nico please, I'm counting on you." She says and I feel Will hold me close

She looks at me and I shake my head repeatedly

"Don't, don't you fucking dare, you're gonna be okay. You're gonna finish college, get a great job, get married. Have a future. You can't leave me, not like how mom did" I beg clinging to her hand and she smiles softly as a tear slips down her cheek

"I'll be there Nico, right with Mom. We will watch over you, ti amo mi soldantino." She whispers and I start sobbing

"Ti amo sorella maggiore, Per favore non lasciarmi" I say and she smiles and her eyes slowly close and the ambulance arrives

(I love you big sister, please don't leave me)

"You kids need to move now." The officer says as the paramedics come with the stretcher and I hold her hand as they put her on the stretcher

As Will pulls me away when they lift her and I let her hand go

I see it go limp and her chest stop moving as they get in and I struggle against Wills grip

"No! No No no!" I cry and he holds me close

"Nico I know I'm so sorry." He said but I don't hear him as they close the door to the ambulance as I scream

"Bianca!"
