I broke the clean streak, and my recovery to a better mental health is back to square 1, and it's EXHAUSTING.

So much people think that their insults won't affect me... But bruh, even if I tell you that "it doesn't affect me", I'm still human so obvs it ruins a big part of my self-confidence, and self esteem.

I'm trying to get back up again, but it's veryyy veryyy hard, and idk how to help myself anymore

My coping mechanisms before, doesn't work for me now... Like how???

I seem so happy though, but then my "other" personality ruins my whole being, and makes me act like a selfish brat.
