After the press conference when the skipper returns back to the team hotel , he is welcomed by a bunch of young angry men who once upon a time used to be his kiddos and look up to him fondly and used to respect and admire him as their elder brother but now the situation is different. The team room which was once filled with laughter and joy but now there is only silence, they are sitting here mere  out of formality. In actuality, the team is divided into three sets of groups, one who is Team Ro, other is Team Vi and the last are those who refused to take any sides , who just wish things were better, things could be better just like it used to be in the good olden days, when the whole team was together, when they had their Mahi Bhai with them, When ICT was not just a team , it was family.

Just as the skipper enters the team room, the bunch of angry young men who were glaring at each other stop doing their previous work ( note- Glaring). But start taunting the skipper.

" Nice acting there *Jad*. It looked quite realistic . For a moment you really had me believing that you definitely miss your so-called besties . I would have really believed your words if I had not known how much you hate them for reasons better known to you . But yes I really enjoyed the show you put out there. It was fun to watch your acting, " snickered Harry.

(Author: Yes, shocked right why Harry is talking like this with our Jaddu and Jaddu is the captain who hates……..ik none even have guessed this in their wildest dreams…dramatic much, isn't it)

" The man who didn't let us remember them for a moment was talking so highly of them  , you really had us there . We couldn't digest it but have to agree with Hardik on this that  you are indeed a very  good actor " said KL.

Jaddu just keep watching this silently and he sees Ash was about to retort back with something, so he said " don't Ash, let them be…by hating me or being angry on me....is the only thing they do together apart from playing on the field nowadays...for the world ICT is flourishing new heights but we know how cracked ICT is from inside that any day one big Storm is enough to blow away this remaining bit too . This team is not as strong as it used to be. It's just individuals who play together , acting as a strong team but in reality it's all hanging by a single thread. One wrong pull can break them apart to leave us with nothing "

Seeing Ash listen to Jad and didn't retort to the youngsters, Rish said "  Common Ash..let out your frustrations....why are you stopping him Skip"

Seeing Ash glare at Rish, Ishan added " yess please...hum bhi dekhna hai ICT ke new soulmates kese apne partner ko defend karte h"

Yuzi : " What yaar guys kitna time bola h maine none can have a camadrie like Roh---...oops we aren't allowed to take their names na... otherwise our dear skipper will get offended, won't he??

Dev : Yeh...he will Yuzi bhaiya I don't understand how can someone ha–

"Stop it guys"

"Times up"

"Bahut ho gaya"

Three people spoke simultaneously seeing the youngsters were crossing a line again , as this has been the trend since the past three  years but  increased to a significant extent since the last 13 months, due to the disappearance of a certain someone.

"Once again , together didn't they , Bhai aap logo ka timing mast hai" uttered someone to lighten up the mood.

"Bilkul Sahi kha Surya bhau aapne, Bhaiya's ka timing mast h " added Shreyas.
(Guess who these three are?)

" Exactly if they hadn't interrupted I would have done that " added Mayank.

"+1 Mayu, guys at least grow up I understand your point but stop —"

"Don't Jass please don't start your lecture again" Harry said.

Seeing Mayank was about to come in Jassi's defense, Rahul added " and you too please Don't"

And Harry , Rahul  left the room.

"Kab sab thik hoga " Shrey said sitting on the bean bag

" Boht jald , don't let the hope within you die, Shrey, have faith. One day everything will improve." Surya said consoling Shrey.

" When will that one day come Surya Bhai, tin saal ho gaye hai ,though Mahi Bhai was proved innocent , but we never get to tell this to him." Kuldeep said sobbingly.

"Don't worry Kul, ek din Sab thik hoga , we need to hold onto our hope, please kiddo" Sonu said taking him in an embrace and soon Shrey , Sky , Jassi, Dk , Mayank all joined the hug and after a while they left the team room.

While Ruturaj, the debutant who is supposed to make his debut with the current series, was looking on , quite afraid with how things had escalated.

"Don't be afraid Ruthu, you will get adjusted here real soon." Jaddu said , sensing his hesitation, having known the boy since quite a long time . He added " okay it's getting late, you go to your room now."  And he too left the team room , while Jaddu proceeded to calm down Ash , who was walking to and fro in his room.

Just as Jad entered his room , a frustrated Ash nearly yelled at him saying " Why do you stop me everytime, they always come and  say anything to you , whatever they wish too and rant out and you always stop me from retorting back, just because you are scared that this team will crumble down but Jad you can't always let them walk over you. It's high time they need to understand the reality, I know their Love for  their bhaiya's is justified but only to  an extent...they can't always keep  targeting you , making you feel guilty, when you don't have any fault, it's high time they need to understand that yes even we all are suffering up"

"First calm down Ash, have water . (Handling a water bottle and making him sit on the bed) Ash they aren't wrong , whatever they are saying is true, so  Why can't they blame me  Ash ....i was the one who decided to be the Villain of their life....i made sure they don't say those names again in the team room....i didn't let them—"

" Stop right there. No you aren't. Stop blaming yourself."

" Why I shouldn't you know isliye toh woh bhi chala gaya , tang aake"

" This are two different things , you can't and you shouldn't justify his leaving, his disappearance—"

" Guys please stop you two Jaddu chal mere sath tu " Sonu came and took Jaddu from there while Ash was left alone to ponder with his thoughts.

After a while everyone have  retired to their room but a certain someone was wide awake sitting near window staring out of nights Horizon thinking 'how once he liked night's silence and darkness but now living in darkness for more than 3 years it's beginning to haunt him, it's no longer provide him the  solace as it used to be , inturn it is just suffocating, too much to bear. There was a time  they used to pray for some peaceful and quiet moments with the whole team being in complete chaos, now there was just silence. A silence which instead of providing peace haunts them  . Long gone are the happy days, don't know whose bad sight caught this team . There were no more Rohirat's fights... Or Hardik's whining about the crazy things  or Yuzi's craze to make reel videos. Even the chirpy Rish and Ish were silent and most of the time kept themselves busy with one thing or the other. I get it they miss their elder brother's who were no less than idols to them but still their behaviour is not justified .

Why did you leave  suddenly, Vi, why did you leave us Vi , and not long after he also left us , tum dono ne aesa kiu kiye, I understand Virat... tumhare liye Bhai aur Ro ke bina rehna mushkil ho gaya tha. But at least usne ne toh hamara suffering dekhi tha and still he disappeared without a trace , he didn't give a damn about us or our feelings and emotions, how can you be so heartless Mr—-.'

Somewhere else :

After the small baby girl went out... Anushka turned towards Virat and said " why do you do this always"

Virat being confused asked " what did i do nush"

" Really Virat...ek toh first you should stop telling old tales to kids.....i don't want you to tell girls about the people they aren't going to meet anytime" said Nush.

" But Nush...those people aren't any strangers they are our family...our girls have the right to know about them---" Virat was saying when Anushka cut him off.

"Were"

" What  were ? " asked a confused Virat...

" We were family.... family which is broken now because of you.... because of your one mistake we aren't part of that family now... We have lost them....it's been 3 years we have heard anything about them....leave about their whereabouts....we don't even know how they are doing.... You know I never told you this but when we got back together after break in 2014 Ro gave me a warning to not break your heart again or else I won't like the consequences.... even Mahi bhai was standing there but he didn't say anything to stop Ro...like they had some common agreement that they were looking out for you in their ways....that day I knew you had some people who will not think twice before standing up to protect you...but i didn't knew when your this people turned into my family too.....for world Ro was your friend and deputy but the day i married you he became my brother for life ....we didn't just shared surnames but our liking were also similar...and Mahi bhai he was your savior but he accepted me and made me his sister like he knew me from ages... & Sakshi and Ritsy had known eachother even before Ro made his relationship public....but they never made me feel like an outsider during our hangout.... hangouts which used to happen according to my schedule... even if meaning they had to cancel their own plans to meet-up...and then our babies Zi and Sammy...i never got the chance to spend more time with them...Sammy toh was just 6 months last i saw ....it's been 3 years how grown she would be...and our Ziva the diva she was supposed to be leader of this girls gang but now she might not even know she has two more sisters somewhere....you know why because you thought you could handle everything on your own...and look where it got us....away from our country and home...here in an unknown country hiding from people....why because Mr Virat Kohli wanted to be mahaan and when mahan bane ke jagah ye villian Bane toh like coward he thought running away would be better and me being your dumb wife decided to follow you... " Nush ranted cryingly

Angrily wiping away her tears she added " you know why I'm saying this all to you..."

She looked up only to see Virat was just staring down to his feet...she knew he was living' in guilt everyday but she had enough...she was angry on him and even with herself for not stopping Virat back then...but still she couldn't control anger because she had to lie to her girls this time because of Virat. She knows her Vi , her Bubs too is suffering every day, the guilt of not including Ro in his plans is killing him everyday, just because he wanted to protect them , at the end all he did was ending up hurting the people who matter so much to him , who were his family, who always stood by his side, no matter what.

When Virat didn't say anything she started again " because you had to tell stories about people whom we lost and whom we left back in India...you tell stories and leave for work next day but it's us who spent whole day with girls and answer their all questions like why aren't their sister visiting them or when are we going to visit them or will their uncle's will love or like them or they were naughty that's why no one visit them...we always have to tell them lie from our teeth you know why because we cannot tell them truth...so i request you like how i accepted your decision to leave  our country....you will accept my decision of not telling the girls anything any more"

" Nush you know why I decided to leave....i couldn't stay there anymore after Ro and bhai...it was like living' in hell without them....yes I know that was cowardly move but how could I face all junior who were against me or with me saying their Mahi bhai was always innocent and i didn't trust him and my best friend who trusted him...even i fought with him.... That one wrong decision cost me my most trusted people… leaving everything felt the easiest way out ..." Said Virat breaking down.

" Yeah itna easiest way out tha...ki you didn't even thought to talk it with me once...when even i had lost those two important people and even i was suffering and yet you left me suffer when you disappeared without saying anything...tujhe bolke kya use hai ....jab maine bhi wahi kiya team ke sath....even I'm coward…*i don't know how much they might be hating me now, will I ever be successful in my endeavor*" Said another person entering their room, muttering the last two lines to himself, the guilt was killing him too.

" But I agree with Nush...we shouldn't give any false hope to the girls about their extended family because I don't know if we will ever find Bhai and Ro and miraculously agar mil bhi jaye toh I'm not so sure they will forgive or forget what happened....and rahi baat team ki toh....i don't think they will either forgive us for abandoning them like that ..." Added that person looking at his friends sobbing into each other.

" Okay I won't tell girls any more past stories but still I believe they should know about their extended family whether they meet or not....they have the right to know about the families which are  miles away...." Said Virat staring at their new family photo.

He went towards it and opened that frame to show another photo which was taken just before a month it all went down the hill.

He was just admiring his once happy family photo leaving his wife and another person in the room gasping.

" Vi when did you?" Both asked perplexed simultaneously.

A/n: a little late but finally this chapter is done. Do comment, it motivates us to write more. Adieu until we meet next , I doubt which is gonna be anytime soon, owing to my finals and entrance but I will try to be sooner. But when I come back, I want to read a lot of comments here.

PS: This is the longest chapter written in the story ….I can't believe

PPS: If there are at least ,50+ comments we will try squeezing next chapter whenever earliest possible but if we don't get enough response, i may have to discontinue this... because it's unfair on me as I write whenever I get time from studies...so if there is no response then it's just pity that I'm wasting my time.
