Neil has the ability to manipulate the elements like water fire, air and earth but only when he has his spear with him, it's a relic that has been passed down for generations and has proven to be almost indestructible and incredibly powerful if used correctly but only few people can actually use the spear, if am ordinary person tried to they'd either go insane or they'd simply go up in flames if they even dared to touch it. His father says that the spear was first crested by Ryujin which is where he gets his hero name from.

Not much is known about the Harbinger because he's incredibly good at keeping his identity hidden, but what is known about him is that he's one of the best when it comes to persuasion and manipulation which allows him to find others to fight for him but when he does have to fight he uses different things like acid or deadly smoke bombs which are often his favourite. You'll know whenever he's close since a cloud of smoke seems to follow him everywhere and you'll hear the faint ringing of a small brass bell.
