A few days later

Storm's POV

I walk past the Hot Springs and I hear Naruto yelling, I walk over to see him yelling at Jiraiya.

"Mutt, Loud Mouth." I say to them and they turn to look at me.

"I said stop calling me mutt you brat." Jiraiys says to me.

"Peaking on girls again I asume?" I ask him, slightly annoyed.

"Its research." Jiraiya says to me with a smirk.

"Its called peaking on women for disgusting books." I punch him into the ground.

"Storm?" Naruto asks me. "You know him?"

I scowl at Jiraiya. "This mutt followed me around a few days ago, pissing me off." I say to him. "Anyways Naruto, why are you here?"

"I was training with closest perv and I was trying to get rid of him until he started to teach me how to walk on water. Then we saw him peaking in on ladies." Naruto says to me.

"The walking on water technique. Its similar to walking up a tree, here I'll show you. It isn't that hard." I say to him and I focus chakra to my feet and I walk across the water easily and then back to him. "See?"

"Of course its easy for you. Kakashi-Sensei teaches you one on one." Naruto says to me.

I shrug. "It took me a while just to walk on the water, running is a different story. Anyways, mutt, you teach Naruto as penalty for your bad behavior." I say to him with a smirk.

"Wha? Is this guy strong?" Naruto asks me.

"He's one of the Sanin and he's a Toad Sage, plus he was taught by Gramps himself." I say to Naruto.

"I'm not teaching a kid like him. He's too loud." Jiraiya says to me.

"Naruto, if you please." I say to him and Naruto grins.

"Sexy Jutsu." Naruto poofs into a naked female version of himself and Jiraiya has a nosebleed and goes all Pervy.

"Alright, I'll teach him, just keep that form." Jiraiya says to us.

"Do you swear to teach him?" I ask.

"Yes, yes." Jiraiya says nodding.

Naruto poofs back into himself. "Alright!" He yells.

"Nevermind." Jiraiya says to me.

"You swore to teach him." I say smirking.

Jiraiya scowls at me as he leaves with Naruto.

I walk around town for a bit before I see Shikamaru and Choji.

I walk up next to them like I've been here the whole time.

Choji holds his chip bag out to me and I take a chip while Shikamaru watches amused.

"You know, we should have a show called the daily life of rookie 10." I joke and Shikamaru and Choji laugh.

"And who would it star because I'm sure Naruto will want all the screen time." Shikamaru asks me amused.

"The rookie ten, you two, Ino, Sakura, Sasuke, Naruto, Hinata, Shino, Kiba and me. And we'll have guest stars too, like Kakashi-Sensei, Kurenai-Sensei, Asuma-Sensei, Gramps, Iruka-Sensei, who'll yell at Naruto for us." I say to them with a joking glint in my eye.

"Oh yeah and we'll bring Fan-Girls to the scene and watch Sasuke get mulled and Naruto beat up." Shikamaru says to me.

"Oh yeah and we'll bring in Fan-Boys to see Storm getting mulled by them or at least beating them up." Choji says amused as he eats.

"Speaking of which, I haven't been chased by them lately. I wonder why my punching bags aren't following me." I wonder aloud.

"You put them in the hospital last time." Shikamaru reminds me.

"Oh yeah, their parents hate me by the way." I say to them.

"Storm, I think you need to know something." Shikamaru says placing a hand on my shoulder with a serious face.

"And what would that be?" I ask.

"Your random." Shikamaru says to me and cracks up with Choji.

I nod. "Yes I know, and?" I ask them and they laugh as we walk.

"Now what?" Shikamaru asks after he calms down.

"I don't know. I have nothing to do." I say to him and Choji nods signaling the same thing.

"Dad is training me later." Shikamaru says to us.

"Hmm, hey Shikamaru, Choji, should I work on my Shadow style?" I ask them as I look at the sky.

"Why?" Choji asks me.

"You know how I have a Kekkie Genkai called the Shadow Release? Well I want to see if I can take it a bit further to see if I can find anything out about it." I say to them.

"You might find something out. You should try to take it further and surprise your opponent in the last round." Shikamaru says to me with a shrug.

"Oh funny story, I went to go ask Gramps who I'll be fighting since my opponent part of the picture was blank, turns out I'm fighting a Jonin." I say to them with a sarcastic tone.

"Seriously? Yeah, I suggest you train." Shikamaru says to me with shock in his voice and Choji nods in agreement.

"Alright, see ya." I say and walk down a road that leads to my training grounds as they walk down a road to Shikamaru's house.

I practice my Shadow Style for a while before my chakra gets low, I sit next to a tree, breathing heavy.

"Yeah, if I do this every day for the rest of the month, I should get farther in my Shadow Style. Too bad Kakashi-Sensei is training Sasuke otherwise I'd ask him for advice on how to go about this." I say as I lean back against the tree.

"PERVY SAGE." Naruto yells a bit far off.

I sit upright and I get up, I run over to see Jiraiya looking at girls playing in the river. 

I shake in annoyance and my aura gets deadly. Naruto backs up about a hundred steps while Jiraiya continues to look at the girls. I walk over to Jiraiya and I punch him down to them. "If you so badly want to watch them, then why don't you join them." I say as he falls.

"You brat." Jiraiya says to me once he climbs back up.

I hold a dignified look. "Train Naruto, you swore and him yelling every five minutes isn't a good sign." I say to Jiraiya.

Jiraiya grumbles. "I'm teaching him how to summon, he hasn't gotten it right yet." Jiraiya mutters.

"Try teaching him the walking on water technique first, it might help." I say while walking back to my training grounds.

"Wait, Storm, where are you going?" Naruto asks me.

I look back at him. "I'm going back to training."

"What for, your already strong enough." Naruto asks me.

"Because I'm fighting a Jonin for the last part of the exams, that's why." I walk to my training grounds and I gather chakra for a while before I get back to training with my shadow style.

By the time its Sundown I'm exhausted. 

"I'm tired." I say laying on a branch and my stomach grumbles. "And hungry."

I see sand snaking up the tree and I roll my eyes and sit up.

"Have I done something now?" I ask as sand grabs my ankles and climbs up slowly.

"I want answers." Gaara says in a monotone voice.

I sigh and sit back against the tree. "I guess I have no choice, you've caught me after I finish training for the day." I say to him.

Gaara jumps up on the branch and sits in front of me. "Who are you? How did you know who I was before I even told you?" Gaara asks me in a monotone voice.

I look at the sky, then back at him. "My name is Storm, I don't know why but that's my name. I knew you from when I first saw you, the reason being is because Gramps, the Hokage is one of my teachers and I often saw files of the alliance's with other villages. Now do you have any other questions?" I ask him as he stares at me.

"Who are your parents?" Gaara asks.

I look back at the sky as a breeze sweeps my hair to the right side, my hair rests on my shoulder. "As if I know." I say while staring at the sky as the stars start appearing.

Gaara stares at me with emotionless eyes.

I look at his eyes and I flinch slightly.

Yeah, just like me. Those eyes hold sadness and pain and fear, they don't hold love, or the slightest bit of care.

I look back up at the sky, not wanting to look at a reflection of myself. 

I stand up. "I'm sorry, I have to go, I can't watch the same type of person I am watching me with emotionless eyes." I jump up and sand follows me. I land on the ground and I walk out of my training grounds.

I walk back to my apartment and I unlock the door and walk in, I close and lock the door behind me.

"I need food." I walk to the kitchen and I heat up a frozen dinner. I eat the dinner at the counter and I push the box aside and I put my head on my arms and I fall asleep.

Day of the 3rd Exam

I stand next to Shikamaru.

"So, what did you eat all month? You haven't been home since the day after the prelims." Shikamaru asks me.

"Frozen dinners and sandwiches." I say dropping my head in despair.

"Why don't you ask Mom how to cook then?" Shikamaru asks me.

"After the exams are over, all I did was train this month."

"I can't believe your gonna be fighting a Jonin, that's gonna suck if you lose." Shikamaru says to me.

The door slams open and Naruto runs in and trips next to my feet.

"Your late." I say looking down at Naruto.

"There's bulls coming, everyone needs to evacuate." Naruto says jumping up and panicking.

"The only bull that is coming is the words from your mouth." I say annoyed.

"Now, now Storm, there's children in the stands." Shikamaru says to me.

"I didn't say anything bad." I say to Shikamaru.

"Storm 75 percent of what you say is bad." Shikamaru says to me.

"Yeah, I can't disagree there." I say with a shrug.

Genma and Gramps talk and then my fight goes first.

"Who am I fighting?" I ask and Ebisu walks up to me.

"That would be me." Ebisu says to me.

I look at Gramps to see him nod that he's right.

"Say what?" I ask and everyone watches me amused, aside from Gaara, and the Kazekage.

Ebisu smirks and pushes his glasses up. "What afraid of being beat?" Ebisu taunts me.

"Huh? I'm sorry, I didn't hear you, did you say something?" I ask him and everyone but Gaara, the Kazekage and Ebisu laugh.

A tick mark appears on Ebisu's forehead. "Are you being a smart a?" Ebisu asks me.

"What? Are you ready to give up? Or am I making you mad? How about annoyed? Are you annoyed? Hmm what about, ooh, ooh, I know your both. Do I make you mad and annoyed?" I ask with a smirk.

"What was that? Are you taunting me?" Ebisu asks.

"I'm fighting fire, with fire. What goes around comes around, right? You started taunting me and I'm paying you ten fold." I say to him still smirking.

"Sometimes I wonder why your a ninja when all you do is talk and do nothing else." Ebisu says to me with a smirk.

I mock him and that makes him mad. "Ooo look at that, I made the Jonin angry and I wasn't even using my Jutsu."

This is fun, I should make people mad often.

"I said start." Genma says to us.

"Gladly." Ebisu says to him and pulls out a kunai.

"He's in her territory now." Shikamaru says watching.

I set one foot back and everyone looks at me confused. I smirk and jump up, I twist to where my head is the part gonna hit and I pull out 8 kunai and four shuriken.

"Don't move Ebisu." Sakura yells.

I smirk and do some hand signs. "I wouldn't advise that banshee, I only went easy on you and Naruto when I did this jutsu." I say and finish my hand signs. "Shadow Clone Shuriken and Kunai." I throw them down and my kunai turn into two-thousand and my shuriken into a thousand.

Ebisu dodges most of them while some scratch him.

I land on my hands and I flip back a few paces and stand on my feet in a crouched position.

Everyone watches the fight with interest.

"Is that the best you can do, little girl?" Ebisu taunts.

I punch the ground and it cracks under him and he jumps out of the way. I watch him with my fist still on the ground as he runs around me with a smirk.

"Shadow Clone Jutsu." Ebisu says and clones of him surround me. "Fire Style: Fire Dragon Bullet." They blow fire at me.

I wait till the last second and I jump up and over them while doing hand signs. "Shadow Style: Shadow expansion." I say quietly and the shadow from the wall expands over Ebisu and his clones poof away I step into the shadow and I run around the arena quietly since there is no forest for me to use.

Ebisu tries to pin point me but fails.

"What's she doing?" Naruto asks.

"Looking for an exit?" Neji suggests.

"No, she's not the type to throw a match or give up." Shikamaru says to him.

I watch Ebisu with calm, unwavering eyes.

Ebisu tries following my movements but gets dizzy pretty quick. 

I stop and he falls back with swirly eyes and minor groans.

I walk over and I kick him slightly. "Hey, are you done?" I ask him.

Genma inspects him. "The winner is Storm." He announces.

"Wait, so he didn't land a hit on me the entire time and all I had to do was dodge and make him so dizzy that he would knock himself out?" I ask and Naruto laughs with Shikamaru. "Come on, seriously? It wasn't even that hard." I say crossing my arms and I see Gramps smiling proudly at me.

"Nice job." Genma says to me with a smirk.

I roll my eyes and wave as I walk up the stairs. "Yeah whatever, thanks." I say and I walk to an audience area to wait. I sit down in a seat close to the front.

"Mommy, can I go say hi to her? She's so cool." A girl asks somewhere behind me.

A women laughs and answers. "Sure, but come back." 

"Yay." The girl says and I hear running footsteps getting closer to me.

The girl stops right next to me.

I look at her confused and she laughs. 

"My name is Kuro because of my pitch black hair." The girl says to me with a grin.

Oh my Kami, she's adorable, I won't admit that out loud though.

"I'm Storm." I say to her.

"I know, your so cool, you hardly did anything to beat that Jonin and he looked super strong. I wanna be just like you when I grow up." Kuro says to me with admiration in her eyes.

That takes me by surprise and I fall off my chair. "Say what?" I ask.

"Yeah, I love the way you can talk so freely, no matter who it is and how strong you are for a Genin, your so awesome." Kuro says to me with a wide grin.

My face shows shock and surprise.

This kid, wants to be like me? But, huh? 

I hear people around me laugh in amusement.

I sit back on my chair and I clear my throat as an embarrassed blush covers my cheeks.

Kuro giggles at me. "Your funny."

"I have no idea what to say other than, you shouldn't base yourself on me, why don't you be the best you, you can be? Doesn't that sound better than copying someone?" I ask her.

"But being myself is boring, I want adventure and I want to be someone great." The girl says to me with a grin.

I place a hand on her head with a real smile on my face. "Life is an adventure its self." I say to her and she gives me a closed eyed grin and runs back to her mother.

I watch the fights and Sasuke and Kakashi show off by getting here late. I jump over the side of the side of the railing and I punch Kakashi into the ground, surprising him.

"STORM, YOU IDIOT." Sakura yells from the stand.

I smirk as I see him holding my fist and the ground under him is a mini crater.

"And the point of attacking me is?" Kakashi asks with a closed eyed smile.

"Your late." I say to him with a smirk and I jump back. "Do you know who I fought?" I ask him.

Kakashi laughs nervously. "Who?"

"Ebisu." Naruto says with a grin. "And she kicked his butt with out even trying." Naruto boasts.

Shikamaru smirks.

Kakashi's eyes widen as he looks at me. "What have you been doing this past month?" He asks me.

"Training, what else? I literally have nothing else to do during the day." I say to him.

"Alright name?" Genma asks Sasuke.

"Sasuke Uchiha." 

I jump back up to my seat and Kakashi pales from how high that was. "What, is it to high for you to jump Sensei?" I ask him.

Kakashi walks up with Naruto and Shikamaru.

"Your insane, you know that right?" Shikamaru asks me.

"I'm not insane, I'm just mentally hilarious." I say to him with a shrug.

"MY YOUTHFUL RIVAL AND HIS YOUTHFUL STUDENT."

I groan quietly and I turn around to see Guy bounding over to me and Kakashi.
