At the Gates

Storm's POV

I wait with Tazuna at the gate since Kakashi thought it was a good idea if I keep an eye on him.

"Hey brat, what rank are you?" Tazuna asks me.

"Excuse me?" I ask.

"Ninja rank." Tazuna corrects himself.

"Genin." I reply as we wait.

"Then why are you watching me?" Tazuna asks angry.

"That's Kakashi-Sensei's fault. If you have a problem with it then go to him." I say to him.

"You don't like handling problems up front do you?" Kakashi asks walking down the street with the others.

"No I don't." I say to him. "Besides you guys are late." I say to him.

"We're never late, your simply early." Kakashi says to me.

"That's my excuse, not yours." I say to him.

We walk out of the gates.

"YEAH, I'M A TRAVELER, BELIEVE IT." Naruto yells way to enthusiastic for me.

"Your way to enthusiastic." I say while walking past him.

"I'm just excited." Naruto says to me with a grin.

"Uh huh." I say to him.

"You know brunettes are supposed to have just as much energy as blonde right?" Kakashi asks sweat dropping.

I raise an eyebrow. "Did you say something? I wasn't listening." 

"Smartass." Sakura mutters.

"Yes I am a smartass and I don't even try." I say to her.

After a few minutes Sakura asks about the Land of Waves while I feel something off. I look up to see a shadow passing quickly and turn into a puddle in front of us.

I reach down to my kunai holster as we walk and 'Kakashi' gets torn up.

"KAKASHI-SENSEI." Sakura yells afraid.

I turn on my heel and I stand with two kunai in my hands, blocking a chain coming at me. "I knew something was off." I mutter and I land a kick to the guy's jaw and he flies up but his chain links to the other guy and the try winding it around me.

I watch and at last second I drop to the ground and their chains tangle. I stand up and throw my kunai at the chain and it sticks to a tree.

"Are you guys gonna stand around watching me? Protect the Bridge Builder you morons." I say to them annoyed.

"Right." Sakura says and stand in front of him and Sasuke stands in front of her as Naruto stands there frozen.

I scowl as they let the chains go and go after the bridge builder while cutting Naruto in the process.

I pull out a few Shuriken and I melt into the shadows and I jump from tree to tree throwing shuriken at the guys.

"I know this, this is Storm's move." Sakura mutters while guarding Tazuna.

"Yeah, its what helped me and Naruto during the bell test." Sasuke says to her.

Once the guys are breathing heavy enough to pass out, I jump down in front of the others and I stare the two attackers in the eye.

"Its the girl." One of the guys mutter.

 I glance at the tree shadows and I nod slightly but unnoticeably to everyone but one.

Kakashi takes the guys out and ties them up.

"Good job Storm, Sasuke, and Sakura. Naruto I didn't think you'd freeze up like that. And Storm, it was good that you took charge in a situation like that and defended your comrades, the making of a leader." Kakashi says to us.

"Your lucky I knew you were gonna do that. I already felt something off." I say to him as I bend down in front of the attackers, I scowl as I see they had poison in their claws.

"Your not hurt are you scaredy cat?" Sasuke mocks Naruto.

"Why you little" Naruto says getting angry.

"Naruto, these guy's had poison in their claws, don't move to much or it will spread." I say to him.

"Crap." Naruto mutters as he freezes mid air.

I stand up and look at Kakashi. "Well?" I ask him.

"What do you mean? Your doing good right now." Kakashi says with a closed eyed smile.

"Uh huh, well your the Jonin here." I say to him.

"Sensei, we have to get Naruto back to the village to be treated." Sakura says to Kakashi.

"Yeah, I suppose so." Kakashi looks at me.

I scowl at him. "Do you really think we can go back now? The poison would spread through Naruto by the time we got back and he's be almost dead. Besides Naruto isn't gonna wanna go back." I say to Kakashi. 

Naruto stabs his hand. "I'm tired of being useless, I will complete this mission and protect Tazuna with this kunai, I vow it." Naruto says through gritted teeth.

"My team is full of morons." I say looking at Naruto with the kunai in his hand. I sigh and walk over. "You would have died either way, your gonna die if you lose more blood you know." I say to him and Naruto freaks out while I pull out bandages. 

I wrap his hand and me and Kakashi see something weird and I finish wrapping his hand.

I stand up straight and I put my bandages away. "Stop being a moron and don't get yourself killed." I say hitting him on the head. "And Tazuna, we would appreciate if you elaborate why this is at least a B rank to A rank mission." I say facing him.

Kakashi nods impressed. "Good job Storm with figuring that out." Kakashi says to me and Sasuke and Sakura scowl at me.

"Scowling won't do anything besides I thought the prodigy was better than this." I smirk as I see him about to fume. 

"Your getting under my skin." Sasuke mutters to me.

"I know."

We aboard a boat and Tazuna talks then tries guilt trips.

"I hate my kind side, I was already gonna help." I mutter while placing my chin on my hand as I look at the water.

Kakashi gives me a closed eyed smile. "The defiant is kind."

I scowl at him. "Do you have a problem with my kindness?" I ask him.

"Alright Tsundere, no need to snap." Kakashi says to me with a closed eyed smile.

I roll my eyes and look back at the water. "Uh huh."

We get to land and we walk for a minute before Naruto throws a kunai at a white rabbit.

I look at the rabbit for a second. "Its summer though." I mumble and I look behind me and I instantly pull a kunai out.

Kakashi looks where I'm looking. "DUCK." He yells and pulls everyone down but me.

I scowl as the blade comes and I block it with my kunai. "Why this is a piece of shit. Mother of Kami I'm gonna" I cut myself off as my anger starts to show and I push against the blade and it flies back.

"How did she?" Sakura asks.

"I've been training her one on one. She's almost Jonin level in strength." Kakashi says to her.

I see a guy in cow prints. "Kakashi, is this who I think he is?" I ask.

Everyone stands up.

"Yeah, Zabuza Momochi the demon of the hidden mist and one of the seven ninja swordsmen." Kakashi says looking at him.

"Kakashi Hatake of the Sharigan eye and a brat who was able to deflect my blade." Zabuza says then looks down on me.

"Is he looking down on me?" I ask as a shadow covers my eyes.

Kakashi glances at me. "Storm."

"Where?" Zabuza asks looking around.

"That's my name, DUMBASS." I yell as I punch him through a few tree's and I land on the ground next to Kakashi.

"Your name should be Tsundere." Zabuza mutters.

"Want me to help?" Kakashi asks sweat dropping.

I glance at my teammates, then at Zabuza, then at Kakashi and then at Zabuza, I then pin point another chakra and I glance at it.

"I'll stay in the shadows." I say to him.

Kakashi nods and distracts everyone as he pulls up his headband and during that I melt into the shadows. I jump from branch silently and carefully.

I pull out some kunai and shuriken as Kakashi and Zabuza fight. I throw shuriken every few branches and kunai every other branch. I then mess it up and do it at the same time then opposite of before and then back to the original, that how it goes until Kakashi gets stuck in a water dome.

"Where did the brat go?" Zabuza asks finally noticing I'm gone.

I smirk and I stop on a branch. "Do you think you can catch a shadow?" I ask and I continue jumping from branch to branch.

"Your in the tree's." Zabuza says to me as he looks around.

"Storm, Kakashi-Sensei is caught. Do you really think this is the time to mock our enemy?" Sakura asks.

"I'll mock who I want Sakura." I say while mocking her. I jump down in front of my teammates. "Anyways, cow prints, your annoying me by just being here and your pissing me off because you have my Sensei trapped." I say to him as I stare him in the face.

"Get out of here and take the bridge builder to his village." Kakashi says to us.

"Those who break the rules are scum but those who abandon their friends and comrades are worse than scum right Kakashi-Sensei?" I ask him. "I'm not abandoning my comrade/teacher, that's just stupid. Use your head Kakashi-Sensei, once he finishes you off, he's gonna come after us and since we're Genin protecting a bridge builder, we have no chance. The solution is getting you out of there." I say to him.

"Don't talk to Sensei like that." Sakura says to me.

"He's just gonna come after us if we flee, so we have no choice but to stay." Sasuke says to Kakashi.

"Oh Sasuke-Kun your always so right." Sakura says fawning over him.

"Didn't I just say that?" I ask. "This is why I have fan-girls and fan-boys, they are pains in the ass." I say and I run at the real Zabuza after I duck under the clone and kick it. I smirk at Zabuza and I block his fist and I kick him in the side and he jumps up and I kick the water dome, letting some oxygen in and Kakashi looks at me surprised. I smirk.

"Your a brat." Zabuza says to me.

"You have one hand in the dome and the other I'm blocking, you can try kicking me but since I'm smaller and have a free hand I can easily dodge and twist your arm making you let go of the water dome, so you really have no choice but to just throw insults. And if your clones come to get me I can easily move out of the way and they'll hit you, ending with you letting Kakashi-Sensei go. Either way, your gonna let my Sensei go." I say with a dark aura around me.

Kakashi shakes his head slightly and looks at me proudly. "I said leave, yet you come to save me. Your a Leaf Shinobi alright." 

I scowl at him. "If you didn't get caught we could have been at Tazuna's right now. Watch where your going next time." I say to him.

Zabuza smirks and head butts me and I stumble backward slightly but I don't let go.

"Ow, that fucking hurts ya know." I say to him as I rub my forehead.

"You didn't pass out?" Zabuza asks surprised.

"No." I hit him in the chest with a punch and I send chakra through. blocking some chakra points around his heart.

Zabuza coughs. "What did you do?" Zabuza mutters.

I glare at him. "Let my Sensei go or feel the wrath of a pissed Kunoichi." I say to him.

"No." Zabuza says to me.

I smirk. "Secret weapon time. Hey Sakura I have something to tell you." I say to her.

"What is it?" Sakura asks.

"Zabuza thinks your a flat chest." I say to her and I see her get pissed and I smirk at Zabuza. "Pissed Kunoichi."

Zabuza sweat drops. "You really are a brat."

"A smart brat. Nothing hurts worse than a punch from Sakura when you piss her off." I say to him and Kakashi just sweat drops.

"Your avoiding the problem again." Kakashi says to me.

"I'm stalling. Those two idiots better hurry up, my head is pounding now and its annoying me and it feels like my teeth have pulses." I say to him.

"STORM." Sakura yells.

I nod slightly and I jump back as I let go of Zabuza and just as I do a giant shuriken gets throw at Zabuza, Zabuza catches it and a shadow shuriken makes Zabuza jump up, but the shadow shuriken turned into ME, no it turned into Naruto, sorry for bursting the bubble. Naruto throws a kunai at Zabuza and he lets go of the water dome.

I land on the water.

"Well?" Sasuke asks me with a smirk.

I scowl at him. "Thanks." I mutter.

"I'm sorry, I didn't hear that. Can you say it again?" Sasuke asks me with a smirk.

I growl. "I said thanks." I say louder than before.

Sasuke smirks again. "Your welcome."

Kakashi watches me amused.

I just hmfp and turn away from Sasuke annoyed.

"She has pride and dignity." Sakura says watching me.

I look at Kakashi to see him copying Zabuza and I jump back next to the others and I pull them up out of the way.

"Idiots, that's a big ass Jutsu, don't just stand there and watch." I say to them.

I stand a few feet in front of them and two water dragons come up out of the water and fight and the turn into giant waves. I get a face full of water but the others behind me stay dry.

I spit out the water and Kakashi gives me an apologetic look before turning back to Zabuza.

Naruto laughs at my drenched figure. "You look like a drowned rat."

I scowl at him and I take my jacket off and I wring out my hair and jacket. "Great, I'm soaked to the bone." I put my jacket back on.

"If you keep moving you'll warm up." Sakura says to me.

"And frizz up my hair." I say to her and she nods.

Kakashi just about kills Zabuza but needles get thrown into Zabuza's next and Zabuza goes limp.

I look up to see a boy around my age. 

The boy starts talking and I mock him, he glances at me and I turn away like I was doing nothing and he goes back to talking and I go back to mocking him. This happens a few times before the boy takes Zabuza's body away.

Naruto gets upset and punches the ground saying something stupid.

I hit him upside the head and he gets a face full of dirt. "Idiot, you want to become Hokage right? Then stop throwing a fit and get up and finish this mission." I say to him.

Kakashi talks then passes out. My head pounds harder as we walk to Tazuna's.

"Damn headache's." I mutter.

We get to Tazuna's and a lady immediately treats to Kakashi.
