The Next Day

Storm's POV

"YOU INCOMPETENT FOOL!" Tsunade yells at me.

"Well I'm sorry that I care more about a wolf pup than a mission. Not everyone is perfect and I can't watch one of my summons pups die." I say back and we continue to argue till I get fed up. "That's it! I've had enough Tsunade, I'm going for a walk to cool my jets, you've pissed me off with this, at least I had worn him down enough, that's as far as I'm probably gonna get against a Rinnegan user." I say and walk out, slamming the door behind me. I walk to my training grounds and I end up beating up a tree with no chakra in my fists and the tree falls onto another tree and leaning there. I breath heavily, partially in anger.

"You done?"

I kick down the tree next to it with a single kick. "For now, next time Tsunade gets mad at, I'll flatten a forest." I say and look to see Shikamaru and Dad, I sit on top of one if the roots of the tree I beat down and I watch the two. "You know, if Shikamaru were to dress like you dad, you guys would look almost the same." I say and they both look at me unamused.

"Storm. You failed your mission for a wolf pup." Dad says to me and I snap a twig in half.

"Great, I'm hearing this from you two as well." I say and get up. "I know I failed my mission, but how was I supposed to watch a wolf of one of my summons, die? Huh? I would rather quit my mission than have him die." I say to him and I do a hand sign and I appear next to a pond. I sit down on the edge and just look at the water.

Why is this so hard?

I hear a rustle in a bush near me and I throw a kunai at it. I hear it get dropped on the ground and I pull out another kunai, holding it against whoever is holding a kunai to my neck.

"I thought we were buddies."

I recognize the voice easily. "Kisame." I say and press the kunai closer to his neck. "What do you want?" I ask him in a low tone.

"I saw your fights with my leader Pain." Kisame says with a smirk

I press harder. "And?" I ask.

"I know your secret that you haven't told anyone but Kakashi. He's your teacher and I understand the bond between a master and his pupil, but you haven't even told your brother?" Kisame asks me with a devilish tone.

I knock the kunai out of his hand and I push Kisame onto the ground, pinning his arms down and holding a kunai to his neck. "Don't judge me, at least I never killed my comrades." I say to him and Kisame scowls at me.

"So your planning on just telling everyone, then disappear? That's worse than killing a comrade, it seems like your just running away." Kisame says and pushes me off him. "I thought you Leaf Shinobi don't run away." Kisame says as we both hold kunai to each others neck.

I scowl at him. "I don't run away." I say and Kisame kicks me in the stomach, making me fly back at a tree, I hit it and throw a kunai at Kisame, making him dodge it quickly, giving me and opening to punch him into a rock, that's when I notice Samahada gone. "Shit." I say and Samahada comes up from the river and bites my hand, I move my arm up and down rapidly but it doesn't let go. "Oh come on, first I have to do research on the Six Paths, which took forever, only to get my chest smashed and every bone in it crushed by Pain, er Nagato, and he uses Jasper against me, then Tsunade yells at me and we end uo having an argument, I got pissed off and then beat down a tree and kicked down another and then I nearly got fed up again and now I'm getting fed up again." I say and punch Samahada off my hand and he flies back into the pond.

"Your getting serious." Kisame says with a smirk.

I punch the ground and it splits under him, Kisame moves out of the way quickly and attempts to hit me from behind, but I turn on my hell and punch him in the gut, making him fly back.

I jump back a few paces, dodging Kisame and Samahada.

I continue dodging, full well knowing people are watching the two of us.

"Why isn't she doing anything?"

I clear my mind and do some hand signs, mimicking Kisame.

"Water Style: Water Bullet." We both say and water shoots out of our mouths, the water hits each other and sprays everywhere. "Shit." We say as we get hit.

"Your copying me." Kisame says to me.

"Correction, I'm mimicking you." I say to him with a smirk.

"You really are the Copy Cat's student." Kisame says and we clash with weapons for a while.

"Storm."

Me and Kisame stop mid clash with my kunai against his neck and his kunai against my neck.

I look over to see Dad. "I'm in the middle of something." I say to him.

"I don't remember you getting another mission." Dad says to me.

I look at him unamused. "This isn't a mission, I was sitting here and I got ambushed by him, so let me finish what I was doing, then you can give me your big lecture on how I should have done something different on my previous mission, ok? Ok. Now go." I say to him and I kick Kisame's legs out from under him, he falls but grabs my arm and drags me down, I hold a kunai to a vital. "You don't want to mess with me right now Kisame." I say and kick him in chin as I jump back.

"Brutal." Kisame says as he gets up, breathing heavy. "Fine, I'm retreating for now." Kisame says and grabs Samahada and turns to leave.

"Kisame, I have one question." I say and he nods for me to go ahead. "Did Sasuke kill Itachi?" I ask and Kisame nods again and then leaves. "Damn it." I say and punch a tree down. "I can't believe he went through with it, that bastard." I say and hit my head against a tree, not even caring if someone is watching. "Damn it, I have too many jobs now." I say and punch down the tree and I walk to the library.

I walk through the library grabbing books on whatever I can find on Mists Seven Swords, the Sharigan, the Mangekyo, anything I missed on the Rinnegan, the war between the Senju and Uchiha, and history books on before the Senju and Uchiha. I sit at a table and start my research.

"Uh Storm?" Someone asks after a while.

I look up to see Sai. "Hello Sai." I say with a smile before I go back to reading.

"What are you doing?" He asks looking at the stack of books around me. "This is a lot of books."

"Research, the next time I fight that Rinnegan user I need to finish reading up on the Rinnegan, and I need to learn the history of this Do-Jutsu and what I gathered was that it originated from the Sharigan, but I know that the Sharigan evolved from the Byakugan. But I don't know how, if I learn where is came from by going as far back as possible from written history, I might find something, I'm not going into my next battle unless I know where the Rinnegan came from." I say and continue reading.

Sai gives me a smile. "I've never seen you this serious, it's almost scary." Sai says and sits across from me and reads a book on human feelings.

I can sense someone smirking and I glance over to see Dad watching me.

"Is it so weird to see me studying? I'm just trying to free myself up from all these jobs." I say and finish reading a book.

I end up staying in the library all night reading, the librarian didn't mind, she knew I'd put back everything I got out.

Once I finish reading, it's morning and I'm hungry. I put the books away and half way through the librarian comes back.

"I suppose your studying for a reason Storm? I hardly ever see you in here." She asks with a kind smile.

She's a middle aged librarian, she knew my Mom and Dad and was a good friend of theirs. She knew my personality when she first saw me and she wasn't afraid.

"Yeah, I have too many missions stacked up, and too many tasks here in the Leaf to do. It's a pain, but I'm slowly finishing these missions, too bad one of them deals with a Rinnegan user." I mutter the last part.

"A Rinnegan user? Your after the Rinnegan user? It could kill you." She says with a bit of panic in her voice.

I smile at her. "I'll be fine, I've fought a lot of rouges, even Itachi with his Mangekyo, I'm probably stronger than Tsunade strength wise, and better at weapons than Orochimaru and a lot smarter than Jiraiya, and they're the Sanin, well two of them are dead, and I didn't kill Orochimaru, and the Rinnegan user killed Jiraiya." I say and we talk for a bit before I leave.

My stomach growls. "I need food." I say and walk to the grocery store and buy a frozen breakfast. "Probably not the best thing to eat, but its easy and I want to avoid a lecture at all costs, good bye healthy eating." I say to myself and I grab a milk carton and pay. I walk home and I put the frozen breakfast in the microwave and I heat it.

"Sensei?" Kuro asks tiredly as she walks in.

I raise an eyebrow at her. "I think you should go shower and then tell the boys to meet at our training grounds, I'm gonna eat breakfast, I was studying all night." I say and she freaks out.

"YOU WERE STUDYING!" She yells shocked.

"Yeah, yeah, now go get ready." I say waving her off and I grab my food from the microwave. I sit at the counter eating as Kuro rushes out the door. I drink my milk and then throw the empty box and carton away. I walk to my bathroom, I shower and brush out my hair and I change into a fishnet long sleeve and dark blue slim-fitting long sleeve shirt that has the Uzumaki crests on the shoulder and a pair of black short shorts with pockets and I put my flack jacket on, leaving it open.

I walk out of my bathroom and I put my ninja gear on. I walk to the door and I put my Ninja sandals on, leaving my hair wet and twisted up in a clip.

I walk to my training grounds to see no one there and I sit on the tree I knocked over.

"How did, what?" Kuro asks as she gets here a while later.

I raise an eyebrow. "You left before me, I got here before you, simple." I say and her mouth gapes.

"That makes no sense, there's no logic in it at all!" Kuro yells at me.

"Sensei, what happened to the two tree's here?" Haru asks me.

"Uhh, I don't know what your talking about Haru." I say cracking a nervous smile.

"These's tree's Sensei, they look like they were beaten down by brute force." Cloud says to me and I laugh nervously.

"Uh, you see, that was just a storm, it knocked over the tree's." I say and they all look at me.

"LIAR!" They yell pointing to me and I sulk.

"Fine, Tsunade ticked me off yesterday and I came here and beat the tree I'm sitting on, down and I kicked the other one down." I say and the boys look at what I did and pale slightly.

"Our Sensei is strong." The two say while Kuro smirks.

I have these the boys work on chakra control while I teach Kuro my Lightning Ball Jutsu although, she's not quite getting it.

"Sensei, this is hard." Kuro says to me.

I sigh and think about how I learned the Rasengan. "Ok, I know where to begin." I say and poof to the store and I grab water balloons and I pay and poof back to Kuro. I fill the water balloons up with water from my water style and I hand one to her while I hold one in my hand.

"What am I supposed to do with this Sensei?" Kuro asks me.

I smirk. "Ok, first step, I have to teach you how to channel your chakra into a ball." I say and she looks at me confused. "Watch what I do." I say and channel my chakra into the ball and I have it go all sorts of ways and the water balloon pops.

"How am I supposed to do that?" Kuro asks.

"Channel your chakra into it and rotate your chakra." I say and I sit down against a tree as she works. I look at the boys to see them trying to do the walk on water technique and I get up.

"Sensei, can you help us with this?" Haru asks.

I nod and walk over. "Channel your chakra to your feet, and keep a good flow going." I say and channel my chakra to my feet and I step on the water. "You have to keep changing the flow to match the waves." I say to them and I walk to the center of the pond.

"Right." The boys say and attempt it but fall through.

They keep attempting and when they finally get the hang of it, I mess the water up and it creates mini waves, making it harder on the boys, but they get to me.

"Good job, keep practicing this technique till it's like second nature to you." I say to them and they nod. I walk back over to my tree and I sit down, watching the three.
