Larry's POV:

I was woken up by Sal, sobbing quietly in my shirt. He was still sleeping.

"N-No... Please... N-No m-more...
W-Why...? Travis... " He mumbled in his slumber.

I shook him awake gently.
He shot his head up and looked at me.
His breaths were short and quick.

"Sally... You okay?"

He nods slightly.

"You don't have to lie to me."

"I-I just...."

"Shhhhhh...." I hushed soothing his back. "Its gonna be okay. Things will get better."

As soon as Sally fell back asleep. I gently got out from under him and tip toed to Todd.

"Pssst! Todd..." I whispered while I nudged him.

"Mhhm.. Morning already...?"

"Shh!" I shushed, putting my hand over his mouth. "I need to talk to you alone."

"Okay, let's go to the tree house."

We snuck past Sal and Ashley as quietly as possible and tiptoed through my room and out the door.ft

"In the tree house." I said.

"Your the boss, I guess."

We climbed up the ladder. I was first, Todd was second.

"What did you wanna talk about?"
Todd asked shutting the small door.

I took a heavy breath.

"First, are you planning on going to school?"

"Yes. Go on."

"Promise you won't judge me..."

"Depends on what you did..."

"I-I didn't do anything! Its just that.... I have a crush on Sal..." I mumbled the last bit quietly.

"What did you say? I couldn't quite hear you..." Todd said inching closer to me.

"I think I might like Sal...."

Todd's eyes widened.

"Why do you think I would judge you?  I'm gay too..."

"Thats not the point I'm trying to make! I like.... Ashley too... THIS IS SO CONFUSING!!!"

"Quiet down! If you keep screaming, Your not just going to wake up Sal, you'll wake up the entire apartment complex." Todd said.

I calmed down and sat on one of the chairs.

"Anyways... Sounds to me that you... Are bisexual or pansexual. Most likely bisexual."

"Bisexual Means...?"

"You are attracted to Male and Female genders." Todd said.

"Oh shit... Thanks Todd! But there are more genders out there?"

"Yes, but I'd rather not jump in that rabbit hole today." Todd said. " Hey... Also.... I think you should talk to Lisa about your crush on Sal... I think she'll be a good help."

"Y-You want me to go to my mom with this?!" I said raising my voice. "I can't just walk up to her and be like,'Hi Mom I'm gay!"

"You'll eventually have to tell her." Todd said.

Mom opened the door to My bedroom, the light from the hallway shined in my eyes, waking me.

"Nnn... Five more minutes..."

"Awe, you said that five minutes ago honey." She said turning on the light."Its time to wake up."

"Noo...." I looked at my alarm clock.
"Mom... I'm not even going to school today... Why did you wake me up?"

"Because we need to talk before I go to work."

"Okay I'm up... I'm up..."

"Phil told me something before he left... He said you like the boy you hit."

IM GONNA KILL HIM!

"Well? Do you...?"

I just started to cry. My mom put my head on her lap. She gently pet my head to calm me down.

"We all make mistakes honey... But you need to be honest with you're feelings...."

"Its not that simple Mom!" I sobbed. "I wish it was but... its not..."

"Oh sweetie..." My mother sighed.

I stood up.

"Mom, You know father!" I sniffed."I-If I was h-honest about my feelings, he would beat the gay outta me, LITERALLY!"

"Hun, I ment to Sal."

"What if father found out?!"

"I'll make sure he won't."

"How?!"

"Dont worry about that. I'll find something our honey bear."

"Heh... Thanks Mom.."

I gave her a big hug.

"Apologize to him tomorrow if he's at school. Okay Travis?"

"Okay..."

"You can go back to sleep if you want."

"Nah, I'm good..."

"Alright." She reaches in her pocket and pulls out my phone."In case you need to talk to Philip or Me later."

"Your giving it back to me?" I question.

"Do you want the gosh-darn phone back or what?"

"Ye-Yeah!"

She hands me the phone.

"Your a big boy, you can make yourself lunch when the time comes and do some laundry. Tomorrow your going to school no matter what happens, mister."

"Alright Mama."

She kisses me on the forehead.

"Keep yourself safe, okay?"

I nod.

She left and I got confortable on the couch and turn on the TV.

I settled on South Park. You'd think that me being a Christian boy means that I wouldn't like a show like this. But eh, I actually like a lot of things a 'pure' boy like me, shouldn't like.

Larry's POV (+timeskip):

My mom was finally home from work, and I was gonna tell her about my feelings for Sal.

My mom walks through the door, she was very tired. I could see it in her eyes.

"Hey mom, how was work?"

"Good, but tiring. I'll start dinner in like five minutes."

"Okay mama, but c-can we talk?"

"Of course honey. "

Lisa sits on the couch.

"Where Did Sal go?"

"He went to get Gizmo and Ashley went with him."

"He actually left the basement?"

" Yeah he hid his face with his hoodie and hair."

"Aww my poor baby. Anyway what do you wanna talk about Larbear?

"Uhm... I-Its ah... A topic that uh... I'm not really open a-about..." I muttered. "R-Relationships... And s-shit like that....?"

"Larry, your face is redder than a tomato."

"Uhm...Well uh..."

"Larry, it seems like you wanna tell me but you dont at the same time. You can tell me anything honey."

"I like m-men... b-but I like girls too...I'm bisexual..."

"Oh. Is that what you wanted to tell me? Honey I love you no matter what gender your attracted to."

I know my mother would accept me but it's still awkward talking about this subject.

"Th-Thats not all... " Larry took a deep breath. "I think I might like Sal..."

Lisa's eyes widened.

"Wow... This for really awkward... Do you know that man I've been dating for a couple of months now?"

"Yeah? What about him?"

"Well... We were gonna tell you and Sal sooner but I guess now is the perfect time to tell you..." Lisa paused. "Me and Sal's father are dating..."

What. The. Fuck?!

I was in shock.

This cannot be happening!

Oh my god I have a crush on my stepbrother! What the hell?! Jesus Christ what the fuck!

"Larry? You okay?"

"One moment...."

I picked up a pillow that was on the couch and screamed into it.

"I'll be in the tree house!" I spedwalked to my tree house.

"GOD DAMNIT!" I yelled.

I was so embarrassed. I shouldn't have listened to Todd.

My phone rang. Speak of the devil...

I pick up.

"H-Hello?"

"Hey we got Gizmo, we're heading down to the basement now."

"Okay..."

"Have you been... crying...?"

"What...? No I'm-" Sal yanked the phone out of Todd's hands.

"Larry please don't cry! You'll be okay! We'll be there "

"Haha! Sal! I'm not crying!"

"I don't belive you Imma go up there and give you a big bear hug like you did to me when I was sad earlier!"

"Sal I'm not crying."

"If you say so."

"Can you give the phone back to Todd please?"

"Of course." Sal give it back to Todd.

"Hello."

"Tree house. We need to talk."

"About what?"

"I told Lisa everything..."

"Oh Oof.."

"Dont 'oOf' me! You told me to!"

"Oh well... How did it go?"

"She accepts me for being bisexual... But... She's.. Dating Henry and didn't tell me about it untill I said I liked him..."

"Holy Crap! No wonder Henry came with us!"

"I think all four of us are eating together at one table and they were gonna say something tonight about it."

"Well, see you tomorrow."

"See ya."

I hung up and climbed down the ladder and walked back inside to see Sal sitting on my bed with a furry little burrito in his arms.

"I'm nervous about going back to school without my mask..."

"You'll be okay Sally Face. You'll pull through, like you always do."

"Thanks LarryFace...."
