Can someone tell me who the artist of this fanart is?

It's probably my favorite piece of fanart out there and you're going to be seeing a lot of it. But I really would like to know the artist.

You see I want to see more of their work because it's amazing, so I Googled "Rainbow Quartz Fanart" to try to find this to find a Deviant art or Tumblr or something.

Then I couldn't find it.

Then I got distracted by how gay I am fit Rainbow Quartz.
