So, I'm about to pretty much ghost you guys. I start my freshman year of high school tomorrow and I'm really examining all of my friendships because most of them aren't working out.

I guess to make up for such a short update, I'll give you some random Tsaatr stuff?

Okay so I suck at naming stuff. At first I was like "The Stars And All The Rest is too wordy" then I was like "oh Tsaatr" but now I'm like "The Lust That Hides The Love is too wordy and tlthtl has no vowels"

Also after much consideration about Alex's hair color, it's black with green tips 👍

I still can't figure out what Yellen's hairstyle is. Sometimes I think it's a Bob and sometimes I think it's an updo. I mean I know what Peri's hairstyle is

But good human Yellow Pearl art is hard to find.

That's another thing, if you guys find any good human au artists, could you send me a link? Especially for Rainbow Quartz and Yellow Pearl, because there's none.  Also ships. If you find any good human ship art, I'll take it. Especially Pearlidot because there's virtually none because nobody ships it.

Which brings me to the reason I have Pearlidot instead of Lapidot. It's true that I write the chapters fast, but it's also true that I think about how the story is affected as a whole. Every character has their character arc that includes all three books, and I realized that Lapis's could never work if she was dating Peridot, so I wrote Lapidot out. But Peridot's arc needed her to have someone to open up to, and I knew that person had to be Pearl. Amethyst's story was too complicated to add a romantic interest, so I switched things around.

This doesn't mean that I don't ship Pearlmethyst and Lapidot, it just means that these characters are different from the characters in the show. Sometimes I feel like the people who are mad at me for this need to remember that, like the people who forget that the characters of Hamilton are not the real founding fathers. Artistic liberties have been taken.
