Walking into the office, Lis saw her boss, Wang Junkai. He was normally the quiet and strict boss, everybody in the office knew, but in reality he was a childish person.

Since Lis was new, she didn't know anything about Junkai's rumor of being a strict boss. So she said good morning to him, and surprisingly got a wave and a smile back from him, which caused the other employers to murmur about her presence and the behavior their boss had earlier.

"Lis, can I talk to you alone in my office, in five minutes" Junkai said, after personally going up to her desk. "Yes, sir" she answered smiling, before leaving her desk, to get some coffee ☕️, for her and maybe her boss.

After getting their coffee, she knocked on his door, before getting a faint "come in", from the other side of the door. Opening his door with her elbow, was a lot more struggle than what she thought, so after trying a couple time, she gave up, until he opened the door for her, that caused her to almost spill the coffee over him.

"Oh I'm sorry, boss." She said, kicking the door close. "Take a seat, Lis" he said, gesturing her to sit down.

"So I have heard that you are new, and don't mind the rumor, it's not true" he said, spinning around in his office chair. "What rumor. I don't understand what rumor you are talking about" "I doesn't matter now, but tell me, how are you so far?" "Well...I have only been here for an hour, but until now it's been good. I think so..." "Oh...that's good to hear" "ehh... boss, why did you call me in?" "Oh...ehh...I just...yeah, I just wanted to discuss something with you. Yeah, that's it. Oh, and call me Junkai, you don't need to be formal around me" He was nervous. He was nervous to tell her the truth, and about his real identity.

"Lis, do you remember a chubby boy, when you were in primary school" he said, seriously. "Ahh yeah...there was a chubby kid in my class... what was his name now...xiao...xiao what? " "xiao kai" "ah...yes. Wait, how did you know?" "Because I was that chubby kid." "Oh my... I'm so sorry boss." She said bowing, because of embarrassment.

"Ehh... but boss, why are you bringing that up?" And with that, he began telling her the reason...

"Well, where should I start... It was my last year in primary, when I saw a beautiful girl, sitting beside me. She was one of the popular girls, while I was a nerd, or should I say a victim for the other bullies. I got bullied every day, bullied so much that I actually wanted to change school, but because of her I didn't. I didn't change school, but I changed myself. I trained and sometimes starved myself just to be in form. I also got into the schools football team, as theirs leader, and from that day on, I began being one of the popular one. But as the time slowly went by, we graduated and started in secondary, we were still in the same school, but not in the same class. So I couldn't get the chance to see her often. It was first at our graduation, we met each other again. And after that I began working, until I met her now."

"So...Junkai, what you mean is that, you were Xiao kai, my first crush." She said, beginning to tear up, after knowing what happened.
"Wait what... Lis, so you mean, that you have been having a crush on me all that time." "Yes, xiao kai." "Well then... Lis, would you like to be my girlfriend?" he said, kneeling down, while taking my hands in his. "I..I... Of course" She said, helping him up, before getting kissed by him.
"Come with me, I need to introduce you to everyone in this department" and with that we walked out of his office, hand in hand.

"Can I get everyone's attention. I need to introduce you to a important person. This is my girlfriend, Lis. So please take care of her and don't make her uncomfortable. Thank you!" and with that, everyone in the office, clapped and whistled at us, some congrats us, while other began tearing up.

But most of all, they were happy that their boss, wasn't a strict boss anymore, but a more happy boss. All because of Lis. The new girl in the office.
