Mew is currently waiting at the OB doctor's table. Gulf is currently being examined inside the examine room. He wants to go in there but the doctor is not allowing him. There is so many thought already that is running into his mind.

Simple from Worst. All of it. but all in all, He just wants to be GULF to be okay and well. Mew was very shocked and confused right now. He still couldn't believe what the ER doctor just said to them but he still manages to calm himself down and now they both are in an OB to get Gulf checked. He was confused because Gulf doesn't seem to be shocked about the news

"But this is not the right time to be asking a question to him, Mew. You have to calm down and accompany him. He needs you!! especially right now" Mew said to himself.

After a few, Gulf and the doctor came out of the examining room. They both look so serious. "How is it GUlf?" Gulf just continue to be quiet and still which only made Mew more anxious

All of them sit down, Mew just keeps on holding Gulf's hand. His knees were trembling, His throat seems to be clogged and dry. He feels so uneasy!!

Gulf seems to notice the sudden change in Mew's behavior, Mew seems to care about him and his condition but he doesn't want to keeps his hopes up again. He doesn't to be hurt again. He didn't know that this day would come sooner than expected. He even thought he won't be able to let Mew know about his condition.

Yes! Gulf knows about his pregnancy already. He was so devastated for days because he doesn't know how to handle this alone especially when he saw how angry Mew is with him. So seeing Mew right now beside him. Holding his hand, saying that he is his boyfriend. It's very shocking and confusing for the very pregnant Gulf.

"So I have the result. I would like to congratulate both of you. What the other general medicine doctor said to you earlier is true. You are indeed pregnant." The doctor happily told them. Mew is over the cloud happy and shocked because of the sudden news. He couldn't imagine he and Gulf can have their child. It didn't even go to his mind. All he can think about before is getting Gulf back and now??

They are having a child. He and Gulf. The more reason why he needs to make things right with his love. It doesn't just involve the two of them now but also their Child.

"WHAT? Are you serious doc? How can he be pregnant? He is a GUY!! BOY!! A MAN!! I'm not a complaining doc but I'm just really curious, how can he be pregnant. Are you sure about what you just said?" Mew who is very happy about still wants to know how can this happen. He still couldn't believe this is happing

"Doc!! Wait please clarify this to me cause I'm too still is very confused right now!! Please tell me the truth. Am I really pregnant? I already knew about it because I already was admitted on th3 ER before but I never got the chance to go to an OB. I'm afraid that this is not true. I'm afraid, it was just a mistake" Gulf asked the doctor, he is on the verge of crying. Mew, who is now shocked that Gulf already knows about this but he just remains calm and waits for the doctor to answer to them.

"Yes. I'm sure. see here." The doctor showed them some paper pictures which look like an ultrasound.

"This is your baby. See this sac-like part and this white inside it. This is your baby. you are really pregnant. Actually, you aren't the first case here in Thailand for a man to be pregnant. You are the 3rd one here in our country. You're 25, the other case is also like you they became pregnant when they got to turn 23 - 26 years old which we are still studying on how this can happen but all I can say to you is that you are a very rare case. I think in your case, you are blessed to have two reproductive organs in your body. You have both the reproductive organs of a man and woman."

Gulf is still so confused and stoned with what he was hearing right now. He couldn't believe what his doctor is saying right now. It is very surreal. How can this happen? He didn't expect all of this to happen. On the other hand, Mew is very much happy with all of this. he couldn't explain how much but he really is.

"I'm pregnant?? I'm really pregnant??" Gulf confusedly said to himself

Mew notice something on the ultrasound

"Ahh, doc, can you explain to me why is there a two sac in there. You said that this sac is our baby right" Mew asked the doctor. Gulf nervously looked at the doctor while anticipating her answer to Mew's question

"Oh, sorry I forget. Congratulations you too. You are having twins." the doctor smiling said to Gulf and Mew

"WHAT??" Mew and Gulf said in unison

"Yes!! Twins. Actually, it's normal in your case to have twins. 90% of the cases like you, have twins or more than 2 babies." The doctor happily explain to Mew and Gulf. Mew is very happy because of the additional news that suddenly gets up then runs to the doctor and hugs her.

"Oh god!! Thank you so much, Doc!! You're don't have any idea how happy I am with this news!! I couldn't believe it." Mew happily said to the doctor. Mew then goes back to his sit and hugs Gulf who is now still confused.

"Thank you so much for this baby!! Thank you for giving me this greatest gift!! Thank you!! Thank you!" Mew happily said then face the doctor again

"Doc can you tell me what are the things that we should avoid during his pregnancy." Mew happily said to the doctor while Gulf is still confused and dumbfounded

"Actually, there are so many things to remember during his pregnancy, and because he is a guy. The risk of miscarriage is very much higher than in a woman. First, these are the things that you should really avoid. Raw meat and shellfish, Uncooked seafood like sushi are a big NO-NO, it also includes those raw shellfish like oysters, mussels, and clams. Also, avoid rare or undercooked beef and poultry. These can be contaminated. Also Deli meat, Deli meat can be contaminated with, bacteria that can cross the placenta and infect your developing baby. An infection in utero could lead to and could be life-threatening for your baby, That includes also fish such as shark, king mackerel, swordfish, and tilefish. Wondering about tuna? In general, canned, chunk light tuna has lower levels of mercury, but it's still smart to eat it sparingly. Also, Smoked seafood, Avoid lox, kippered fish, jerky, or nova style salmon. There's a risk that this refrigerated, smoked seafood could be contaminated with listeria. Smoked seafood that's shelf-safe or canned, however, is probably fine Raw eggs, This includes foods that contain raw eggs, so be wary of homemade Caesar dressings, Hollandaise sauces, mayonnaise, and certain custards. Raw eggs can pose a risk of salmonella. Soft cheeses, Some imported soft cheeses can have listeria, so steer clear of soft cheeses like Roquefort, feta, Gorgonzola, Camembert, and Brie. Mexican cheeses such as queso Blanco and queso fresco should also be avoided, unless they're made from pasteurized milk, lastly Unpasteurized dairy, These products could contain listeria.

It seems extensive, but there are still plenty of choices during your pregnancy. While it's always important to eat a balanced diet, pregnancy is an especially critical time. In your daily mail plan, try to incorporate like lean protein, healthy fats, lots of fresh vegetables and fruits, and drinking greater than 8 glasses of water is a must! You can still eat anything you want but please in moderation.

Also, Some medications can be harmful to your growing baby. Before taking any over-the-counter or prescription medications and supplements, please speak to me. You are my first boy pregnancy case in my whole career so please expect that I will monitor you very closely in your entire pregnancy." The doctor said to Mew. I promise you!! Mew memories all of the gulf. Mew is so attentive while listening to all the things that their doctor is saying, As in all of that. he does not want to skip or miss any details so he is very focused on listening to the doctor that he didn't even realize that Gulf is already silently crying on his side.

"I PROMISE YOU DOC!! I WILL DO ALL OF THOSE THINGS THAT YOU TOLD ME TO DO!! I PROMISE!!" Mew happily said to gulf.

"It's good to hear. Please go back here after another month for another ultrasound and check up so again, Congratulation to you too. You are so very lucky!!" The doctor said to them while handing her hand for Mew to shake. Mew immediately held the doctor's hand and shake it. He even stands on this feet and bowed to the doctor repeatedly to say thank you to her. He is very thankful.

"THANK YOU, DOC!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!" Mew repeatedly said.

"Your welcome." The doctor happily answer

While is so very happy about the sudden news.

Gulf remained quiet and still.
