Thomas POV

When Aaron left, I and James did not speak to us. I finish his sandwich and look at him. He positioned himself so that I did not see his face. I sigh and put the packaging in my pocket.

"James?" I say to him. He turns.

"I want to apologize for the flowers." I say awkwardly.

"It doesn't matter, it's the intention that counts," He says with a smile.

"I....mmmh...I want...eh..." I can't find the words.

"You want us to talk about us, is not it?" Asks James, stopping smiling and rolling his eyes. I nod.

"I don't think we can start Thomas again. I know I'm not all innocent in the story, but you went to fuck a girl just because you were upset is a bit exaggerated." James said giving me a betrayed look.

"Nothing happened between us, I just kissed nothing else," I say emphatically.

"For me it's the same thing," He says firmly.

Third POV eye

James doesn't want to admit it, but it relieves him that nothing has happened between Thomas and this girl.

Thomas POV

"I'm really sorry," I say lost, not knowing what to say. James sighs.

"Thomas.....I forgive you. He says in a voice filled with hesitation. I look shocked.

"And you forgive me?" He asks innocently. I nod, really happy. We can start all over again.

"But I don't want to be in a relationship anymore, "He says.

"What fo you mean?" Asks Thomas.

"You and I are done, I prefer that we stay friends," He says with a smile.

"But I love you..." I say sadly.

"Seriously, Thomas. You are one of the most beautiful boys in the whole college. You will surely find someone else. " He says, decreasing his arms. I don't say anything.

"James, can I ask you a question?" I ask. He nods.

"Have you had feelings for me?" I ask. He looks at me and blinks his eyes a few times.

"Wh-what?" Asks James. Why he acts like that is an easy question.

"Did you feel something for me?" I formulate it in a different way. He looks away and thinks.

"Eeh...Yeah. Why this question? "He asks.

"Uh...because you said if it works for a week or two..." I didn't want to finish. He nods.

"Know that you will find better than me," Says James, smiling. I don't say anything. He must be right. Maybe I let myself go on his physique, but why do I feel better when I'm near him?

"Thomas..." James says.

"Yes?"

"Do you still have questions?" He asks. Thomas nods. James laughs and nods.

"Have you ever kissed anyone other than me, Dolley?" I ask.

"Uh...no...why?" He asks. I think back to James kissing me when I held his phone in the air.

"No...it's just that....the times we kissed it's the most you started," I said shyly. James laughs.

"It's not my fault you're cute," He says frankly. I'm blushing.

"But the time you wanted to pick up your phone?" I say trying to find answers.

"Oooh yes! Since I kissed you once and had a bet I thought it does not matter if I try just for joking. " He says laughing and smiling. I am looking for other questions that I could ask.

"Thomas takes care of you," He says. I nod my head sadly.

"James?" Says a female voice. James turns around and sees Dolley.

"Yes?" He says with a smile. She blushes.

"Would you like to dance with me at the party?" She asks shyly.

"Uh...yes if you want," He says. She smiles. I become red with rage.

"Thank you," He says, turning back to other girls.

The bell rings. He takes my hand, this action dispels all my anger.

"Do you want us to talk about that in our dormitory?" He asks innocently. I nod. We go to class together. I'm a little shocked that he looks so calm quickly.

I'm getting lost with James. Sometimes he is cute, scary or innocent. I know I do not really know him, but I can't let anyone take him from me.

James isn't like the other girls I came out with. He isn't interested in me for my appearance, he loves me for what I am. I have to show him that I deserve his forgiveness and maybe have a second chance with him.
