"Oh ! My name is..."

Charles POV

"Aaron...Aaron Burr," He says.

"What about you?" He asks.

"Charles....Charles Lee," I say in a small voice.

"Charlie?" Asks Aaron. Charles blushed.

"No. Charles is my first name and Lee is my last name, " I say. He is laughing.

"I like Charlie," He says. I pout.

"Just call me by my first name," I say in a somewhat authoritarian tone.

"Okay, Charles," Aaron says.

"Here we are," He says.

Now

Aaron takes slow steps and I follow them. I'm getting closer to Aaron. I notice Hamilton's angry eyes. I smile at him and pull out his tongue. I see him clench his fists.

"Charlie?" Asks Aaron.

Flashback

"Here! Normally, you should be able to bear the pain Charlie, " Aaron says, tying the bandage. I pout.

"Thank you...." I say.

"Do you want me to escort you, Charlie?" Aaron asks. I shake my head.

"No, thanks, you've done enough already," I say.

"Cha..."

"Charles," I say, correcting him.

"Anyway, I dont know why I asked you this question. I'm going with you, " He says. I'm grimacing.

"No, I assure you, it's fine," I say. He shakes his head and smiles. I blush and reluctantly accept.

"Do you want me to carry you?" Asks Aaron. I shake my head.

"No...I...can you just take my hand?" I ask. He nods and takes it slowly.

Now

The music becomes more rhythmic.

The slow is finished. I digress. I look at him and see his beautiful smile.

"Thanks for that slow," Aaron says. I smiled back. I move away, but I feel my hand grabbed.

"Hold on!"

Flashback

"Wait Aaron," I say shyly before he leaves. He turns.

"We...are we friends?" I ask. He smiles at me.

Now

I turn around.

"Are we stay friends?" Asks Aaron. I give him a sad smile and nods.

"We remain friends."
