Serene woke up with a headache and a sharp pain down her spine, she was still on the floor, the incidents of the past night were running through her mind continuously as she tried to remember the face of the boy who helped her but she couldn't. She was too sick to notice his face or even pay attention to what he was saying, she just remembered that he told her that he was trying to help and that's was it, everything else was a blur. She slowly picked herself up and made her way into the shower, she sat there under the shower for about an hour, the cold water was somehow comforting her, she was too tired of thinking so she just sat there blankly staring at the floor after that she had had her breakfast and sat down on the couch with a book. The rest of her day went on pretty smoothly and she liked this, the silence of her apartment used to make her happy. She finally finished her dinner and went to bed preparing herself for the next day.
The next day started of pretty rough for her, she couldn't find her school ID . She tried hard to remember about were she had kept it on her way to school. Taking her seat she was just about to search her bag for the tenth time in hope of her finding her ID this is when the new boy came up to her desk, he seemed to be annoyed, Serene stopped her search to look up at him, "Your ID, you left it that night, at my apartment you know", he said  the last few words with a smirk on his face. 'What!!' she exclaimed in a low voice, it took her sometime to figure out the whole situation but everyone was staring at them by now, there faces filled with anger and disgust. She was already having a bad time,     "Why did you say that??" she asked him in a low voice, he didn't reply. She wanted to punch him on his face but the bell rang and the teacher entered the class.
