Chapter 25
"How long do you think a chair is going to keep him occupied?" Russel asked.
"Do you doubt my plan?" Noodle questioned.
"Yes." Noodle rolled her eyes.
"It's going to keep him occupied until he falls asleep." She stated.
"LoneLYY!" They heard a faint voice. Noodle sighed. They tried to ignore the singer and continue playing their game, but they couldn't, he was too distracting.
"Enough." Noodle stood up and picked the cards up. "He's being too loud, lets go play in my room." Russel remained seated.
"But Noodle," he spoke calmly "you're responsible for him since you're the one that got him drunk. We can't just leave, what if something happens to him?"
"It's fine." Noodle pointed to the railing on the stairs. "As long as we hear the chair humming as it moves up and down we're fine." Russel sighed and reluctantly stood up, following her upstairs.
They started playing, all the while listening to the chairs hum as it returned upstairs. Yes, it returned upstairs... but this time without the singer...

As Murdoc stepped out of the Stylo he glanced at the dark sky, it was filled with stars. He walked up to the front door and easily unlocked it. When he walked in he realised that the house was oddly quiet; the tv was off and he couldn't hear any chatter. Now slightly concerned, he walked into the kitchen.
"2d?" The singer was sitting in a chair and napping on the table. Upon hearing the voice his eyes popped open and he looked up at the confused bassist.
"M-Mudz!" He slurred excitedly. He shot up, knocking over his chair, and rushed towards his lover, tripping over himself. He fell onto the bassist and hugged him tightly, burying his face in the neck.
"Hi?" Murdoc was confused by his behaviour. The singer looked up at him, grinning childishly.
"I missed you!" He suddenly leaned in and kissed the bassist. 2d reached his hands up and started messing with Murdoc's hair. The bassist raised an eyebrow but kissed back. That's weird... he wouldn't be acting like that if Noodle and Russel were around, are they asleep already? 2d pushed himself more onto Murdoc and they started making out. The bassist could taste the vodka off of him. He pulled him away and held his face in his hands.
"2d, you're drunk?" That's why he was acting so weird... "How much did you drink??" He was slightly concerned, 2d wasn't the kind of person to just get drunk alone, even when he was sad.
"Jus' one beer..." the singer hiccuped, giggling.
"Beer?? You taste like my vodka. Damn, I could probably get drunk just by kissing you.." The bassist joked. "Where's Russel and Noodle?" He looked around, holding 2d so that he wouldn't fall.
"They left me.." The singer complained. "The magic chair took me downstairs."
"Magic chair?? Are they in the house?"
"Upstairs." 2d mumbled. Murdoc looked at the stairs.
"Where's the magic chair now?"
"It went upstairs... It's not coming back..."Murdoc sighed.
"And that means that I have to carry you up those stairs.. well, here we go." He lifted the singer up bridal style. 2d wrapped his hands around his neck for support. He didn't want to let go in case Murdoc left again.
They made their way upstairs and then into the living room. Empty. Murdoc rolled his eyes and walked up to the couch, gently placing the singer down. He grabbed 2d's hands and untangled them from his neck.
"Wait here, I'm just going to get the remote." He said calmly and then reached for the plastic object. He slumped down onto the couch beside 2d and turned the tv on. He turned the volume down and turned to the singer, who in return looked him in the eyes. "You should probably go to sleep now." He stated.
"Mmkay." The singer leaned on him. "Mudz, I love you..." he suddenly sat up and stared the bassist in the eyes seriously. "Mudz, do you love me too?" Dread passed through the bassists body. He was dreading this moment since he realised that he has feelings for the singer. Oh satan, this is bad. He's drunk, so if I say 'no' he's going to be completely heartbroken... I don't want that... should I tell him the truth? If I'm lucky he won't remember it tomorrow...
"I... I do..." Murdoc spoke quietly and blushed lightly.
"Say it properly!" The singer demanded, leaning closer. "I love you!" He repeated himself.
"I love you too." 2d's face lit up and he threw himself at the bassist, kissing him. Murdoc kissed back and they begun making out passionately. It felt good to finally let all those emotions out.
After about a minute or two Murdoc finally pulled away.
"Come on," he pat the singers hair. "You really need to go to sleep now." 2d nodded, grinning. He was truly happy. He lay down on the couch, placing his head on the armrest, and put his legs up on Murdocs knees.
The bassist looked down at him and then reached down to grab his hand. It didn't take long for the singer to fall asleep.
This is crazy. Murdoc thought. I can't believe that that dullard was able to make me confess to him. How did this happen? Did I become soft?? Fuck... but is this really so bad? That mystical feeling called... love?
---
"What?" Russel stood in the living room doorway looking at the scene in front of him. 2d was asleep with his legs on top of Murdoc who was sitting beside him. They were holding hands and Murdoc didn't actually seem to care about being this close to the singer. "What's going on here?" The bassist looked up at him.
"You tell me!" He spoke angrily, yet quietly enough to not wake the singer. "Why the fuck is he this drunk?! He said he only drank one beer but he clearly tastes of my vodka!"
"Tastes?" Russel raised an eyebrow.
"For fucks sake, smells! Russ, you know what I mean! I'm too tired for this shit!" The drummer looked at him suspiciously.
"So how did you two end up like... this?"
Part three (or at least the first few chapters) is one continuous event, so I'm just going to be stopping and continuing.
Writing this in school is soo risky. Like I swear, right now I'm so paranoid >.<
