You stood behind the wall, peaking over the corner as you watched the confession from afar. You held your fist to your chest as the boy, who you remembered was a foreign exchange student from Germany, held a flower out for Shin-ae.

'She'll probably say no' You think in your head as the next thing you knew—

'Damn, thank god that wasn't me' You thought in your head as you held something in your hand.

Shin-ae was than dragged off by a friend, disappearing from the embarrassing scene as crowds of people started to whisper and gossip at the rejected man.

You gave a relived exhale before reaching into your pocket and pulling something out, a small letter that was closed with a heart sticker, one that was popularized in many dramas and shows.

You held it between your thumb and finger as your eyes lowered down.

'How am I going to ever approach her?' You bit your bottom lip before giving an exhale. 'Guess the only way is to follow her for now and find my chance! Totally non-stalker style!'

You quickly started to walk, quickening your pace to catch up to Shin-Ae and her friends.

You stood at the line for the food, your eyes sneaking quick glances over at Shin-Ae's friends. They were talking about something, most likely the rejection that just happened.

And you confirmed it when you heard her friend squeal about half German babies or something.

You clenched your first, 'half German babies'? What about half (your ethnicity) babies! They're totally just as cute! Maybe even cuter if it was possible that the kids can have your gorgeous genes.

As the line got shorter and shorter you heard another group of high schoolers rolled it. The restaurant gotten more and more rowdy as you noticed it was the German kid and his two friends.

You shot a quick glare towards the blonde, he seemed to catch it before you turn your head. Clicking your tongue in the process as the German rose an eyebrow before pondering about it.

'Wasn't that... Y/N L/N? Did I do something to mess with her? Now thinking about it, I've been catching her glaring at me a lot'

"You'll get over there no time! I'll even pay today so order anything you want!" One of Dieter's friends smirked as the other one pat his shoulder.

"I dunno..." Dieter mutters as you were next in line, being called up as you tried to listen closely to the conversation behind.

"I can hook you up with a load of hot chicks that I met the other day!"

"Come on dude, it's too soon. Be considerate." His more reasonable friend spoke as you caught a glimpse at his face, Yeong-Gi.

You gulped before turning your head 'Shit! Why was he here?! I didn't know he was friends with Dieter' You tried shielding yourself as you nervously ordered at the front. Only asking for a (your favorite soda/drink).

"Forget about that Shin-Ae girl!" He tried cheering him up in his own stupid way "That no date ho will probably look like a fat pig in the future! Especially if you take in the fact that she eats like it's her last meal everyday"

"Bruh you're better off without her. Just forget that bitch, there's so many other better looking girls out there!" He continues his insults.

"Can you... please not refer her as a bitch please?" Dieter meekly asks.

"Yeah dude, show a little respect" Yeong-Gi says.

"And guess what? That bitch still got caught and during that time the entire school turned against her!" He says a matter of factly "Nobody wanted to be her friend, let alone near her."

At the moment he finished that sentence, he felt something cold hit the top of his head.

A liquid pouring on him as he shouted.

"YO WHAT THE FUCK?!" He said as he immediately looked up to who the perpetrator was.

Everybody took notice, Y/N L/N was currently standing next to him with the coldest look and frown on her face.

"W-What?" He stutters, confused why one of the most popular and prettiest girls who targeting him.

After your drink was empty, you placed it down ever so elegantly on the table. A smirk on your face when you realized his soaked mess and confused look.

"Don't you think it's a little low for you to talk shit about somebody you never even talked to?" You smiled sickly sweet "But than again, you seem like the type of scum who'll grow up thinking his golden years were in high school"

"Hey! What the fuck did you say?!" He yells back, trying to get up as you swiftly took a picture with your iPhone.

You quickly sent it to your two close friends, knowing they'll spread the message quick with just one picture. You laid your iPhone on your lips, still smiling behind your phone.

"Have fun with your ruined social life" You said in a low tone, staring down cruelly at him.

"Why you!" He gets up to tries to lay his hands on you, mainly aiming for your phone as you pulled away from him.

"HEY!" Yeong-Gi finally piped up, his voice startling his friend. The boy suddenly stops every muscle in his body as you smirked cockily, tilting your head as you crossed your arms.

The guy felt frustrated as he lashes out on him "She threw her drink at me! I'm soaked, I don't give a damn. This cunt deserves whatever comes next!"

"Don't lay a hand on her" Yeong-Gi says in a deep voice, strangely out of character, surprising everyone around him except you.

You looked at him, you had swore to yourself you wouldn't get untwined into the Hirahara affairs anymore. After all their family has some serious problems, you dared say that their family issues almost rivaled your own.

But here you are.

And Yeong-Gi, he probably has some grudges against you. You knew he was a kind fool but to stand up for you? He really hasn't even changed.

You merely just glared at the soaked bastard who was talking shit about Shin-Ae before passing Yeong-Gi without a second glance.

"If I were you, I'd stop being friends with him" You merely muttered as he looks down at his feet.

He tightens his fist as he turns around to you, an aggressive look scorning over his kind features.

He opens his mouth before closing it, a frustrated look quickly covering up his aggression. "I'm sorry Dieter, but can we leave? I'll buy you guys another meal at another time"

"Y-Yeah" Dieter says weakly as he gets up from his seat, he looks at your turned back. He was confused at your nature, trying to figure you out as he follows Yeong-Gi out.

The other guy looked like he wanted to say another fair share of bitter words. But he decided to only mutter some curses under his breath instead, following his friends out.

You looked down at Shin-Ae's stunned face, actually her friends look pretty surprised at your actions too.

"May I sit?" You asked, tucking a strand of hair behind your ear with a smile.

"U-U-I'm.. Yes! Yes you can!" The two other girls fumbled on their words.

You simply sat down next to Shin-Ae, your elegance seemed to suffocate Shin-Ae's personal space as she flinches away from you.

"Sorry for that commotion, I know it wasn't my place but that idiot was getting a little out of hand. Honestly, those kinds of people disgust me a lot" You tried explaining yourself without revealing the truth of your little crush.

"Oh no! You actually saved Shin-Ae there!" The raven haired girl clasps her hands together in admiration, you recalled that her name was 'Rika Lau'.

"We're really grateful! You're honestly so cool" Shin-Ae's brunette friend smiles brightly, she was named Maya. "If it were me I'd give that guy a knuckle sandwich to be honest!"

You chuckled into your hand as you saw Maya shooting glares at Shin-Ae. Mouthing something on the lines of 'Say thank you'.

Shin-Ae looked a bit stunned before shaking her heads, awkwardly scratching the back of her head as she reaches a hand out to yours.

"I-Uh... thanks dude! If you didn't do anything I thought I'd killed him myself!" She laughs a little bit before trailing off, awkwardly extending her hand.

You looked at it, not expecting it.

"My pleasure" You smile as you shook her hand, feeling that your heart was about to burst any moment. Actually your heart was about to burst the moment you sat next to her, not only did you get to talk but you got to touch her hand?!

You felt like you could die happy now.
