After the ceremony we all got to our houses to get ready for Prom.

I wasn't really in the mood for all of that but Drew's parents wanted to see her on Prom wearing a dress, because it was once in a lifetime opportunity, so she decided to go just to please her parents.

I didn't want to leave her alone so I decided that I will go with her too.

We went to my closet to pick up some dress for me to wear.

We decided on a lace emerald green gown and some black high heels.

I left the hair and makeup from my ceremony because I really liked it.

Next we went to Drew's room in my house, which was across mine, and to her closet, she choose a black gown and black heels.

She also left her hair and makeup from graduation, mostly because she was too lazy to redo her makeup again, but she was still very beautiful.

Prom was in the school's gym which was very big.

We didn't stay for too long, we got some pictures of us with some friends, teachers and a lot of pictures of just the two of us.

We got bored so after a couple of hours we went to my place for a movie night.

"I am going to miss Richard," I said as I parked the car in front of my house.

"Who?" Drew asked me with a frown as she tried to remember who that is while we were getting out of the car.

"Richard. Our homeroom teacher. You know, mid forties, brown hair, hazel eyes, super tall." I explained to her as I locked the car and headed to the front door with Drew beside me.

"Oh, Dick. Well you should've just say it like that," she said as it was obvious.

"We can have a movie night, but can we please change into something more comfortable first? And I would really like to have a shower."

"Sure. To be honest, I was thinking the same thing." I said to Drew as we both made our way to our rooms and our showers.

I whipped off my makeup before I stepped into the shower.

I also washed my hair because I couldn't take all that pain from  bobby pins that was supporting my braids.

When I got out of the shower I was instantly relieved.

I put a towel around my body and on my hair before I put on some slippers.

I went to my closet and put on a white cotton dress and a pair of white socks.

I dried my hair with a towel before I put my hair in a messy bun.

I went downstairs to my kitchen to find out that Drew was already there looking for snacks.

I sneaked up to her while she was searching the cabinets.

"What are you looking for? " I asked behind her.

She turned around and screamed at the top of her lungs.

"Are you trying to make me deaf?" I asked her as I was rubbing my ears.

"Are you out of your damn mind!?! You don't sneak upon people like that for Heaven's sake Lexi. You could have given me a heart attack." She screamed at me.

I just smiled innocently at her very annoyed face.

"Do we really need this many snacks?" I asked Drew totally ignoring her little rant from before. I pointed to 4 bags of  potato chips, 2 chocolate milk carts, 2 bowls of chocolate ice cream, 4 packs of chocolate dipped Oreos and bowl of French fries with some ketchup she was carrying.

"Actually, that's all for me." She simply said.

I just rolled my eyes at her and went to get my own snacks.

"Anyway, I wanted to tell you something before you gave me a heart attack. While you were showering I called my parents and told them that I'll be going with you on your aunt Liz wedding and they said that it's okay as long I take care of myself. I should probably start packing, when is it the wedding exactly?"

"It's the August 15 in some town in Alaska. Aunt Liz said she's gonna email me address and how to get there because I told her we're gonna take a road trip to there," I said to her with a grin.

"Hell yeah to the road trip," Drew exclaimed.

"There's only one memory that will forever be stuck in my head from High School." She said with a smile while I was searching the cabinets looking for snacks for myself.

"And what's that?" I asked her.

"That time when you asked me:" Did you bring your gym clothes?" , and I replied: "Who the hell is Jim?" She said and then looked at me before we both started laughing.

"Okay then, so what are we watching?" I asked her as we made our way to my home cinema.

She thought for a while as I opened the door to the cinema room and made my way to the couch to sit down and placed my snacks next to me.

She came to sit on my right side and placed her snacks next to her.

"Pirates of Caribbean marathon?" She asked me.

"Pirates of Caribbean marathon then." I agreed.

I had the same snacks as Drew, but I also had 2 bags of cheese popcorns and a bag of pretzels that I like dipping in my yogurt.

"When are you going to start packing?" I asked her.

"Jeez, relax Lex, we have all the time in the world, there's no need to ruin our free time with that."

I rolled my eyes at her comment.

"You know I just like everything to be very well organized, besides, my aunt said that she'll need some help, since we're bridesmaids it's kind of our job, and that is why we're leaving two weeks early," I said sternly.

She rolled her eyes and pouted. "You're such a buzz kill. And you know the only reason I am going is so you don't screw up the wedding. But okay, okay, If you want to play as wedding planner like a little kid I guess there's no stopping you," she replied with a smirk.

"Thank you for your motivational speech Little Red," I said as I clapped my hands for her.

"You're welcome Clumsy," she replied back with a bow. "Now shut up and eat your dam snacks while I watch Captain Jack Sparrow. "She shoot me a look then turned around to watch the movie while I did the same. 

As the credits of the last Captain Sparrow movie started to play I noticed that Drew was already fast asleep.

I took some blankets that were behind me to cover her up because she was wearing pajama shorts with a sleeveless top and a pair of socks, her hair was also in a messy bun like mine.

I covered her up and then picked up the remote and searched for some comedy movie to watch since I didn't feel so sleepy.

I chose Get Smart and pressed play.

At the end of the movie I started to feel sleepy so I took another blanket and covered myself.

As the credits started to play I let the sleep consumes me.
