A/N: now you're probably all wondering, "why am I doing another story?" Or "am I gonna put the venom story on hold?" Well to answer that, I'm not putting my venom story on hold, I plan to try and do both the venom and this story at the same time, now I've been thinking about doing this, so I thought, "fuck it why not?" Anyway this might be an odd crossover but hey, that's what makes it interesting, anyway, I hope you enjoy it!!!

3rd POV: it was a nice sunny day, and our main protagonist is running, why you may ask? Well that's simple, his best friend was trying to catch him. I almost forgot, the main protoganist is a boy with h/c coloured hair and e/c coloured eyes and his name is Y/N Kazama, his friend is a girl with violet eyes and light brown hair and her name is Irina Shido, the 2 have been best friends since they first met and have always stuck together, but as we all know, all good things come to end as it's the last day they'll ever see eachother.

Y/N: I'm happy for you Irina.

Irina: thanks! But.... I'm gonna miss you.

Y/N: I'll miss you too.

Irina: hey Y/N, can you close your eyes?

Y/N: uhh sure?

Y/N closes his eyes and then felt something soft touch his lips, he opened his eyes to see irina kissing him, not sure what else to, he decided to kiss back, they then broke apart, both blushing.

Irina: (blushing) that's my first kiss, and it's a promise that when we see eachother again, we'll be boyfriend and girlfriend! Ok?

Y/N: (blushes) s-sure (hugs irina) I-i love you irina, (tears up) goodbye.

Irina: (hugs back and tears up) I love you too, goodbye.

They then break apart and irina gets in the car and waves at Y/N one last time to which he does the same and the car drives off, as the car disappeared from view, Y/N turned around and was about to enter the orphanage until he felt a sudden jolt of pain on his right arm, he fell on his knees and held onto his arm, just then weird markings appeared on his face and a yellow jewel was on his forehead, Y/N kept screaming until he released a powerful beam causing him to lose control and destroy everything around him, after 1 minute the beam dissapears and the markings and pain dissapear, Y/N looks around and see all the destruction he caused, he looked at the orphanage to see it was partially damaged, all the kids and caretakers looked at him in fear.

Y/N: I'm sorry.

Y/N then gets up and starts running.

(Mini timeskip)

Y/N kept running until he was out of breath, suddenly the pain came back and he screamed in pain until he felt someone hit him in the back of the head and he collapsed.

???: I have finally found you.

(Mini timeskip)

In a giant room lit by candles, our protagonist is shaking violently until his eyes snap open and he sits up, breathing heavily and sweating.

???: I see you're awake.

Y/N looks to his right and sees a woman with black hair and red eyes, wearing a white kimono with bits of red in it.

Y/N: w-who are you? W-where am I?

Kazumi: don't worry child, my name is kazumi hachijo and I'm your grandmother, and to answer your second question you are in my home.

A/N: the room you're currently in is the dojo.

Y/N: you're my grandmother?!?!? You look so.... young!!!

Kazumi: (giggles) your reaction is expected, let me explain. Me and you are members of an ancient clan, the hachijo clan to be exact, and we were one of the most powerful clans to ever exist, but that all change during the great war, 3 powerful factions decided to go to war against one another and humans and other smaller clans were caught in the crosshairs.

Y/N: what's the power that we possess?

Kazumi: it's called the devil gene.

Y/N: does that make us devils?

Kazumi: no, we're humans that awaken a different kind of power that no one can possess.

Y/N: but why is it called the devil gene if only humans can access it?

Kazumi: our physical appearances change when we use the devil gene, for example, a devil's wings are like a bat while ours are different, some of our wings are like a dragons while some are like an angels wings only they'd be black instead of white, we also give off a different kind of energy than others, we also grow horns and have markings on our bodies and either an eye or a jewel on our foreheads.

Y/N: ok, I understand now.

Kazumi: now where was I? Ah yes, the great war, the 3 factions went to war against eachother for power and control, the 3 factions consisted of devils, fallen angels and angels, the angels were led by the almighty God and the devils were led by satan while the fallen angels were led by the grigori and the human and other factions had their own leaders, the war lasted for hundreds of years, but it came to an end when god and Satan were killed.

Y/N: they died?!

Kazumi: yes, anyway, the 3 factions suffered heavy losses and eventually the war was over, skip another few years and a small fraction of peace was achieved, after that, the hachijo was fighting against a clan known as the mishima clan, I was tasked to marry the mishima heir as a sign of unity but our goal was to murder them, I stayed with him for a good few years and had a child, your father to be precise.

Y/N: what was he like?

Kazumi: a nice boy, always training to be a hard fighter, anyway I'm getting off topic, one night I had to execute my task and murder your grandfather but in the end, he killed me.

Y/N: wait, if he killed you, how are you alive?

Kazumi: the clan brought me back to life and some magic to have me live longer and stay looking like this.

Y/N: that explains why you look young.

Kazumi: after another few years, the mishima clan figured out what we planned to do and a fight began, and it ended with both clans dead, we'll except for a few.

Y/N: who lived?

Kazumi: well there's me, you, your father and your grandfather.

Y/N: ok, now I want to know this? Do you know what happened to my mother?

Kazumi: (sigh) jun kazama, she was a lovely woman, she thought the world of you, you see after the fight between the hachijo and mishimas, your grandfather planned to kill your father but it was a failed attempt and your father was hell bent on gaining power, when he met your mother, he was happy for a time, but when he had you, he didn't care for you and decided to continue his quest for power and left you and your mother, later on she was killed by some fighting god named ogre, and then you were in the orphanage and you know the rest.

Y/N:..... so he left us to fend for ourselves?

Kazumi: (sigh) yes.

Y/N: what was my mother like?

Kazumi: she was a beautiful young women, (grabs a picture and shows him) this is what she looked like.

Y/N: she's pretty.

Kazumi: she was, she also had a way of speaking to animals, I'm not sure how she was able to, but I suppose that's one of the many mysteries no one will ever know.

Y/N: this is all great and all, but how do I know you're telling me truth? For all I know You could be showing a picture of a random woman.

Kazumi then lifted her right sleeve and showed she had a weird Mark on her arm, she then moved his right sleeve to show that Y/N had the same symbol.

Kazumi: this is the mark of our clan, you are also the next heir to the hachijo clan.

Y/N: whoa.... What happens now?

Kazumi: that's simple, (stands up) I'll be training you in the hachijo, mishima and kazama fighting style, I'll also be helping you learn how to control the devil gene so that you won't feel pain and lose control of it, and how to use its power, so that way you can defend yourself from the 3 factions if they learn of your existsance, just tell me when you want to start.

Kazumi starts walking away but soon stops once she hears what Y/N said.

Y/N: I want to start now.

Kazumi then smiles a little.

Kazumi: come along then, we have much to do.

(Timeskip - Y/N age: 12)

Kazumi is fighting against Y/N to see how well he knows the hachijo, mishima and kazama fighting styles, kazumi grabs his right arm and put it behind his back and wrapped her other arm around his neck, Y/N tries to break free but is failing.

Kazumi: break away Y/N!!!

Y/N: I-i can't!!!

She then judo flips Y/N to the ground and puts her knee on his stomach.

Kazumi: if you can still breath, you can still fight!!!

She then gets up and backs away.

Kazumi: again!!!

Y/N gets up and gets into a fighting stance.

(Timeskip - Y/N age: 15)

Y/N has learnt the 3 fighting styles, and has been fighting robots called Jacks, he's right now fighting against the jack 5 models as he's decimated the jack one to 4 Four models in the past, kazumi then walks in and shuts down the jacks.

Kazumi: Y/N, I have entered you into this years tekken tournament, this will help test your skills against other fighters.

Y/N: sounds like a challenge, alright, I'll get ready for it.

(Timeskip)

Announcer: NOW THE IT'S TIME FOR THE FINALS!!! WE HAVE 2 OF THE MOST YOUNGEST FIGHTERS TO EVER ENTER TEKKEN'S KING OF IRON FIST TOURNAMENT!!! TO OUR LEFT!!! WE HAVE THE VERY SKILLED FIGHTER IN ALL OF JAPAN!!! HWOARANG!!!! AND TO OUR RIGHT!!! WE HAVE A FIGHTER WHO HAS FOUGHT OTHER OPPONENTS WITH ABSOLUTELY NO EFFORT AT ALL!!!! Y/N KAZAMA!!!! ARE ALL CONTESTANTS READY!?!?!?

Hwoarang: prepare for a beat down kazama!!!

Y/N: hmph, (puts on fighting glove) there's no way I can lose.

Announcer: REEAAADDDYYYY!!!!! AAAAANNNNNDDDDD FIGHT!!!!

(Mini timeskip cause there's a certain point I want to get to)

Announcer: AMAZING, BOTH FIGHTERS ARE DRAWING THEIR LAST BREATH!!! THIS IS GONNA BE CLOSE!!!!

Y/N (in head): time to use that hidden power grandmother taught me.

A red aura surrounds Y/N as he gets into his fighting stance, hwoarang has the same red aura and gets into his fighting stance.

Y/N (in head): he knows it too?!?! (Smirks) I think I've found a potential rival.

They both charge at eachother and perform their technique.

Y/N/hwoarang (in head): rage art..... Devil's lightning barrage/ dragon iron strike!!!!

A flurry of kicks and punches can be seen and it soon ends with both looking at eachother then both of them fall to the ground.

Announcer: BOTH FIGHTERS ARE DOWN AND ARE UNABLE TO CONTINUE!!!! THE MATCH IS A TIE!!!

the medics soon come to check on them and soon get them on their feet.

Announcer: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!!! YOUR 2 KING OF IRON FIST TOURNAMENT WINNERS!!! HWOARANG AND Y/N KAZAMA!!!!

Hwoarang looks at Y/N and offers his hand, Y/N looks at him and then accepts it.

Hwoarang: you're a good fighter, I didn't expect you to know that.

Y/N: I didn't expect you to know it either, you surprised me.

Hwoarang: get strong Y/N kazama, because from this day forward, we are rivals, and next time it won't end in a draw.

Y/N: same to you.

They then both get of the arena and go their separate ways, when Y/N got changed, he made sure no one was around, and activated his magic circle and went back home.

(Timeskip- Y/N age: 17)

Y/N is now training by himself, until he hears 2 pairs of footsteps, he turns to see kazumi with someone in odd samurai armour.

Kazumi: Y/N, I'd like you to meet someone, his name is yoshimitzu the 6th and he's from the manji clan, one of the hachijo clans allies.

Yoshimitzu (6th): greetings.

Y/N bows in respect.

Y/N: greetings yoshimitzu, if you don't mind me asking, what brings you here?

Kazumi: we thought it'd be best if 2 heirs to the factions would meet.

Y/N: there's another heir? (Looks around) where?

Y/N then felt a presence and turned around to see someone in armour that makes him look like an alien floating to the ground as he somehow is flying by spinning his sword with one hand.

A/N: seriously, how does he do that??

Yoshimitzu (7th): greetings, I'm yoshimitzu the 7th and the next heir to the manji clan.

Y/N: greetings to you as well, I'm Y/N hachijo kazama, the next heir to the hachijo clan.

The 2 soon got to learn more about eachother and sparred for a little bit until they had to return to their home, Y/N spent the remainder of the day fighting the jack 6 and 7 models, as he's fighting the jack sevens, he finds out that they are using different tactics than they usually do, they manage to do decent damage, causing him to get a big angry, the devil gene activates and the markings start to appear but he manages to control himself and they dissapear, he then gets into a defensive stance.

Y/N: dammit, it's like they don't have weak points anymore.

Kazumi: remember Y/N, every opponent has a weakness, you must seek it, exploit it, and strike.

Y/N then calmed down and managed to get an idea of what their tactic is, he then smirks and the red aura appears with some red sparks appearing as well.

Y/N: rage art..... DEVIL'S LIGHTNING BARRAGE!!!

(timeskip - Y/N age: 18)

Y/N is meditating after his training, around him are ripped up jack 7 models, one is crawling towards Y/N only to be met with a lightning covered fist through the head, Y/N was about to go back to meditating when he felt kazumi's presence.

Y/N: something you need grandmother?

Kazumi goes next to him and sits down next to him and meditates as well.

Kazumi: I've come to tell you that you'll be going to school.

Y/N: ok......... WAIT WHAT?!?!?!?!

Y/N looks at his grandmother in shock to which she just giggles at his reaction.

Kazumi: I said you're going to school, i believe you are strong enough, so now I believe it's time for you to have some sort of education, besides, can't have you being dumb now can we?

Y/N was about to argue, but he knew that no matter what, she'd always get what she wants.

Y/N: (sigh) fine, where am I going?

Kazumi: kuoh academy.

Y/N:.... you're kidding me right? That place is filled with devils.

Kazumi: I know, but you can handle yourself, but just to let you know, when you go there, your name will just be Y/N kazama, if they find out you're from the hachijo clan, there will be issues, and we don't need them to know we're alive.... yet.

Y/N: when do I start?

Kazumi: tommorow, go and get some rest, you're gonna need it for the possible threats you'll face.

Y/N: goodnight grandmother.

Kazumi: goodnight Y/N.

Y/N then gets up and heads to his room to get some sleep, leaving kazumi to meditate and a jack was about to attack her until she smashed it's head in, before meditating, she says one thing.

Kazumi: stupid robot.

Next time.....

Y/N: hello I'm the new transfer student.

???: Y/N is that you?!?!?!

Y/N: hwoarang?!?!

???: I sense an odd power in those 2 boys.

???: excuse me, I know this is sudden but would you like to go on a date?

Y/N: don't try and trick me fallen angel.

Hwoarang: what the hell was that?!?!?

Y/N: there's a lot of things you don't know hwoarang, I'll fill you in as much as I can, once we get to a safe place.

???: would you like to join my peerage?

Y/N: don't make me laugh.

A/N: alright guys, this is the first part of the story, you friends with irina, figured out who you really are, drew in the tekken tournament with hwoarang, met with yoshimitzu and are now heading to kuoh academy, anyways, thanks for reading, "I'll teach you fear - learning who you really are," and as always....
