19 YEARS LATER

"Daniel just tell me what happened" Daniel was crying a little, "Well, first of all I went to Sarah's house, but later she just slapped me and officially dumped  me. I didn't know what I did, but it might've been really bad" he replied. Sarah was Daniel's currently ex-girl friend where they've been dating for 8 months, it was really uncomfortable and weird that Trice had to look at all of it since they were always so 'romantic and flirty'. "Oh Daniel, you know you were the greatest and bravest man I've ever met. I don't believe she really dumped you." Trice said. "Trice, I-I-I lo- I love her, but it's just weird you know that this happened." Daniel said. 

P.O.V. BEATRICE

"Um, Beatrice will you-you- do me a favor?" Daniel told me. "Of course" "Will you PRETEND to be my girlfriend?" WHAT? IS HE REALLY SERIOUS?! first of all I could be teased, second what the fudge?! Why GIRLFRIEND. "WHAT THE FUDGE DANIEL?!" I screamed, "Well it's not real, and just to make her jealous. PLEASE?" he told me. 

"Daniel, you're the stupidest person I met, but if it's just gonna make you two come back together then whatever" I replied "Really? Thank you Trice! Tell you what, you really suprised me!" "You know Daniel it's just pretend and get your hands of me please?" His hands were at my face but I shooked them off. "Hey, so um whats your plan?" I asked

"Um, good question. Wait! I know! Shes going to this concert this weekend and maybe we can, well, you know, IDK, show off?" he explained. "Great, Daniel, Just great, you know Julia, Lily, ' n Jacob, will really  be confused. You gotta explain first. 

Daniel called his friends over and told them the whole story and explained them what the heck was happening. 

"You know Daniel, I'd rather  be pretending to be Draco Malfoy's girlfriend (Harry Potter :D) than you" Beatrice said, everybody laughed at her but she just  ignored it. "Please Beatrice Sanchez, please do this for me. I'll give you a free trip to California and to Universal Studios Diagon Alley if this suceeds." Trice's eyes widend "You sure you're not kidding?" Daniel nodded. "On second thought guys, I guess this wouldn't be THAT bad." Every body stared at her like she was ghost. "O-okay..." Julia said. "You know Trice, you and Daniel ARE a cute couple" Lily said while leaning her head at Jacob's shoulder. "Right Lily, um, actually look at the time?! It's already lunch!" Jacob shouted. 

They all went outside Daniel's house and headed to the mall. They ate at a restaurant and grabbed some tacos with drinks and headed out to talk. 

"Guys I don't know about this, it could be scary you know. And I'm not the best actress" Beatrice whispered. "Come on please, I just, I wanted I don't know, I want her back in a sorta-bad way I guess?" "Daniel De La Cruz, there are other things of getting her back like saying sorry or just sing to her from the balcony, but really? make her jealous? I sometimes think you're the stupidest person ever" Trice said with a bossy tone. "But if thats what you said, I'll go for it. But there is a line that you will not cross, which I will not tell what. I have to go I gotta meet someone from work, I'll see you later" she stood up the chair and went out.  Everybody looked at Daniel, "Daniel, really for all the girls Trice? Jacob asked, "well she was the closest girl to me, and well you remember what I told you when we were kids but of course well love is a bit complicated." "Well I guess we also gotta go, but remember this Daniel you're making a big desicion..." Julia's voice trailed off. They all went off. But there was one thing that really set off Daniel's mind. 'IS THIS WHAT I'VE BEEN WANTING ALL THIS TIME?'
