[No one's POV]
Rosemary and Mary layed with each other's toy's in the living room as Y/n watched them while he was sitting down. Earlier, he went and talked to some of the townspeople about what could possibly be Beacon Students coming to the village. Knowing Ozpin.. nothing can be good from it. He hears footsteps and turned to see Neo coming his way in her sleepwear.

Y/n: Nice to see you awake, Neo.

The multi-colored haired girl smiled and sat next to him with her leaning her head on his shoulders.

Y/n: How are you feeling?

Neo: I feel great..*smiles at him* being with you.

Y/n ruffles her head, while made her hum as Rosemary went towards her brother alongside Mary.

Rosemary: Can we get something to eat, big brother?

Y/n: Of course.

He gets up and walks towards the kitchen as Y/n starts to fix up some food for the two. Meanwhile,

Neo: You really like being with your big brother, do you?

Rosemary: Mmhnm. He and Jaune were my only family. Everyone else..were monsters.

Mary: Monsters?

Rosemary: My family hurt him for no reason.

Y/n: Food's ready.

The two little girls ran into the kitchen and sat down in front of the table,  just as Y/n finished their food. He places equal portions in two bowls and placed them in front of the girls.

Rosemary and Mary: Yum!

Y/n: Enjoy.

The kids then began to eat their food as Y/n watched them scarf it down..

???: Excuse me, Elias.

The young Arbiter turned to see a civilian at his doorstep, looking really worried.

Y/n: Yes?

Civilian: The Students of Beacon are coming their way as we speak.

Y/n: Is that so? I'll deal with them. *turns to Neo* Can you watch the girls until I get back?

Neo: Of course.

Y/n: *to the Civilian* Where were they sighted?

Civilian: At the outskirts of our village gates.

Y/n: Okay. I'll fly there right now.

The Arbiter is covered in golden Auda before he took to the skies.

[With the Beacon Group]
Ruby kept her hands on her Cresent Rose as she and her friends scout the area.

Weiss: Where can this damn village be at?

Blake: We heard that it got attacked by Grimm. But then it just reappeared like nothing happened to it.

Coco: I'm sure that we'll figure out more when we have a talk with the people.

Blake: What if they won't cooperate?

Yang: We'll..no one said anything about disciplining these people.

Weiss: They should known their place.

???: This is not a place for you to come.

The group stop in their tracks from the voice they are hearing.

???: Ozpin..sending his failures to this peaceful village.

Weiss: F-failures?!

A dark portal appears in front of the startled Huntsmen in training as a being with dark armor walked out of it.

The group of student felt a bit uneasy seeing the dark figure.

???: This is the one time I'm telling you: Leave this place.. or meet your demise.

Yang: Who the fuck do you think you are to tell us what to do?

???: *sighs* You really don't remember this face?

The dark figures helmet began to disintegrate as a familiar face began to show towards the Beacon Students.

The students looked a bit perplexed seeing their former defect in front of them.

Yang: You got to be kidding me.

Pyrrha: Wait..Y/n??

Elias: It's Elias, you redheaded Bitch.

Ruby: *mad* Don't speak to Pyrrha like that!

Elias: *turns to ruby* I think I remember Jaune slapping your Bitch ass. A deep shame i could not see that.

Ruby: H-how do you know that?

???: To think you were his friends. Tch..Fucking Pathetic.

Ruby becomes the first to charge at him as she goes to slice him with a scythe. As the scythe inches to his face, Elias catches it with two fingers, stopping Ruby in her tracks.

Ruby: *gaps in surprise*

Elias: Is that all?

Elias gut punched her hard, then produces an energy ball in his hands and aims it in front of Ruby which explodes on contact, sending her towards a boulder, crashing onto it.

Yang: Ruby!!

Enraged, Yang shoots down on the ground with her gauntlets behind her to propel herself at the Arbiter in a fast pace to pummel him. They get into a fistfight, trading blows until they both hit each other in the face, pushing the other back. They both charged their aura to their limit(you are suppressing his power a bit for fun) before charging at one another again.

They traded and blocked blow after blow before the arbiter uppercuts her below the chin, and laying a multitude of punches. Yang tried to punch back, but Elias dodged as she received a harsh gut punch, followed with a power shove hard enough to cave her deep into the rocks.

Coco brandished her Minimum and opens fired on Y/n. However, he managed to dodge a whole lot of them.

As he got in front of her, knocking her minigun away and preformed a flurry of attacks that sent her flying.

Yatsu got angry at Coco being hurt and charged forward the arbiter as the boy armored into his dark armor and preps to fight the large man. Yatsuhashi grabs his large weapon and goes to slice at him.

Elias: Oh?

The Arbiter then felt a hard hit from the sword as Yatsurashi held him in place and slammed him hard onto a tree.

Ruby: Yeah!

Nora: Beat that fucker's ass!

Yatsuhashi was smirking, thinking that he got to hurt him, but all he heard was laughing. He took to see that Y/n blocked his sword with his hand

Y/n: Wow..was I suppose to feel that?

Seeing the shocked look of the taller male, the arbiter grins eagerly and started forcing the large man backwards as he holds both of his arms apart, and floating up to his full height while pushing his arms back. Yatsu's expression turns to one of confusion and growing fear, and he grunts in alarm.

The Arbiter then throws his arms to the side and delivers a swift and powerful Throat Jab to Yatsu's jaw with his right fist.

He yelps in pain and stumbles back, holding his jaw while Elias strides forwards, eyeing him down.

Elias: Pathetic..is that all, big guy?

Yatsu growled amd tries to throw a punch, but the Arbiter blocks his attack and then sidesteps him, delivering a swift counter backfist to the face with a pectoral jab.

Yatsu grunts and swings again, but Elias ducked under the strike and gives him a Sharp jab to his liver..

He advances, blocking another punch from Yatsu, and delivers swift jabs and punches to his head and gut. He landed another Haymarker punch that sent him onto a tree, breaking it in half.

Y/n: Good Night.

He quickly dashed forward and gave Yatsu a hard stomp to his face, not only to break his nose, a lot of his teeth, but also knocked him out.

Coco: Yatsurashi!

Nora: Give back my Ren!

Nora charged forward with her hammer Magnhild as she goes to smash Y/n's head open. He saw that her attacks were wide open and sloppy as he dodged them.

Y/n: You always talked about breaking legs. Let's see how you like it.

He punched Nora in her solar plexus, forcing all the air out of her lungs, headbutted her in the face breaking her nose, sweeps her legs, grabbing one before slamming the hell out of her.

After he got done, he realized from doing this, he never actually broke her leg.

Elias: Your strong.. but too hyperactive to even think!

He then used his Aura-infused right hand and crushes her left femur bone, causing Nora to scream in agonizing pain.

Elias: Oh, that's rich..coming from you.

He slammed her back to the ground, then stomped on her face, knocking her out. He then felt his feet a bit heavy as he saw Weiss using her glyphs to hold him down.

Weiss: Got you now.

She did a hand gesture that caused the glyph under the Arbiter to glow bright and for him to cover his eyes. When the light starts to fade, it revealed to see the Arbiter frozen in a big chunk of ice. Weiss walked up the frozen figure with a cocky smirk, thinking that she won.

Weiss: What happened to all that bravado now, weakling?

Elias: *thinking* Fool...

Elias then leaked his dark aura out, which spilled out from the ice that entrapped him. This brought the ice queen in shock as she backed up.

Before she knew it, the ice exploded and the shockwave sent Weiss flying into the ground.

Ruby: Weiss!

Elias was seen, scraping of the chunks of ice that clinged to him..

Elias: Wow..you almost gave me a chill.

Weiss: B-but how did you break out?

Elias: Honestly, your semblance is weak. Did you honestly thought that cheap trick would work? I swear, you are more like your damn father.

Elias' left hand closed people as he used his gravity manipulation to lift her up and slam her down hard.

Weiss: *coughs blood*

Elias: Like father, like daughter.

He felt a presence behind him as the arbiter raised his left arm and catch the blade of Blake's Gamoul Shroud.

Blake: *in shock* W-what??

Elias threw her weapon aside and grabbed her arm before forcefully yanking it upwards, breaking it in the process.

Blake: *holds her arm in agony* AAAHHHHHH!!-

Elias: *stomps on her face, silencing her* Shut your ass up, Feline.

The Arbiter then felt his mind being spoken too as a voice ringed out.

Fox: Y/n, you will stop this rampage. Come back to Beacon and we will show mercy.

Elias: Fox..you gave no right using that name.

He then disappears, much to Fox's surprise and then reappears behind, kicks the back of his left knee to force him on the ground.

Elias: It is not nice to look into people mind, Foxy boy.

The Arbiter grabs his hair and gathered ather a sphere of dark energy and trusted it onto Fox's head, giving him a massive migrane that overloaded his senses.

The overload also caused blood to pour from his nose, ears, mouth and even his blind eyes.

Fox: *chokes a bit* S-s-stop!! P-p-l-lease!!

Elias kept doing it until he decided that he was bored and cancel his ability. Fox dropped to the ground, holding his head. His short relief was cut off by the Arbiter striking him in the ribs, making him spit blood and sending him to his allies.

Pyrrha: You Bastard!!

The arbiter quickly turned to dodge a spear thrust from the Spartan girl as she stared at him with hatred.

Elias: Oh..it appears redhead is angry.

Pyrrha: You caused Jaune to hate me! He broke my hand and threw me to the side.

Elias: You brought that upon yourself, Nikos.

Pyrrha yelled as she charged at Elias, swinging her Miló towards him to slice his throat. He dodged and brought out his own sword.

Elias then shifted his armor onto his bodysuit for more mobility..

Elias: *Inner thoughts* I never seen her actually fight before..due to me constantly being in the infirmary..

He pulled his leg back and twisted forward as he was about to kick Pyrrha in the space where she peeked just above her shield. But Pyrrha went with her reflexes and ducked down just as his kick missed, causing Elias to glide over her and slide on the ground before coming to a quick stop.

He wasted no time as he dashed forward while raising his sword out to attack her. Pyrrha turned around and parried his sword with a spray of sparks but noticed that he spun with the movement to efficiently step towards her to attack again. Pyrrha opted for the defensive approach and raised her shield as the Arbiter started to press and relentlessly strike her shield.

Pyrrha and Elias exhibited remarkable footwork as they back-stepped and charged forward respectively. With each thrust of his sword, it scrapped and clashed against Pyrrha's shield as they traveled along the forest. Pyrrha decided to counter and ducked before sweeping the ground and getting him to jump over her leg.

She adjusted her position and thrusted her javelin upwards to attack his airborne form as he blocked it with his scabbard and spun through the air from the force. He landed on all fours and Pyrrha spun on the ground for the best position to face him as Miló mechanically slid into its sword form.

Pyrrha stopped spinning on her back and jolted upwards to thrust her sword at Elias' head. He blocked and parried the blade before spinning his sword to strike the amazon in return but she used her shield to protect herself. Elias lifted himself up to his knees and thrust his sword again and Pyrrha had to jerk her head aside as the blade came between her head and shield.

Elias dropped his arm and Pyrrha had to quickly spin out of the way as the sword nearly landed and hit her shoulder. Pyrrha used her spin to extend her arm and prepare to slam her shield down on the swordsman's head but the arbiter blocked it with his forearm with some extra assistance from his Aura.

Elias: *Inner thought* She's good, I'll give her that.

With the push from her shield, Elias had to slide back a little along the floor to gain distance. Pyrrha pushed up to her knees and tossed Akoúo as hard as she could at the surprised boy as he blocked with his sword and was pushed nearly onto his butt by the force behind the shield. She threw it with such power and accuracy that after impacting against her opponent's sword it ricocheted straight back to her hand which she effortlessly placed along her arm.

Elias straightens up before seeing Pyrrha swing her sword at his head as he bent back just in time. He snapped back forward and felt his steel slide against hers as she brought her sword back to defend her. They squared off and started exchanging slashes and strikes as metal clashed and sparks spread just over their eyes. Pyrrha struck with her sword before it changed back into the javelin form so she could strike again with the longer end of it.

Sasuke had to block with the lower end of his sword at the sudden strike from below that knocked his hand out of range to block Pyrrha's shield. Elias pulled his sheathe off the clip on his side and felt the rim of Pyrrha's shield bounce off its center before he cocked a fore-end and slipped it into his hand in one swift move. He aimed it at the redhead-

*BANG*

Pyrrha quickly ducked her head beneath the blast of the energy wave and swung her spear up towards his chin. He leaned back and backflipped away from her as she jumped and lunged her weapon at his head. He ducked and spun beneath her range and aimed for her legs while she dived forward and over his blade.

He raised his left hand again and aimed down as Pyrrha, shooting an energy blast rolled into a defensive curl with her shield blocking the powerful blast. Elias didn't even wait for the embers to die out before he charged forward and used her shield to jump over and behind the guard to attack again.

Pyrrha anticipated the move and blocked his strike as she spun up from her knees and the arbiter rolled back to his feet. Pyrrha's javelin transformed into a rifle and she placed her shield on her back before taking aim at the boy as he was getting back up. Pyrrha fired and Elias blocked the bullet with his blade in the nick of time. She continued firing and Elias deflected each bullet with a swing of his blade and sheathe to protect himself.

He quickly shortened the distance between them and started kicking at Pyrrha as she used her rifle to block his quick feet. She pushed his foot back and fired at him as the swordsman leaned out of the way before aiming his shotgun up at her. Pyrrha turned around and the blast bounced off her shield before she tried to catch him by surprise with a back kick. But Elias jumped back and blocked the kick with his shin to minimize the damage.

Elias: Okay.. enough.

Elias then charged a ball a black/purple energy and shot it behind Pyrrha. He then backs up, much to get confusion.

Pyrrha: I thought you would put up more of a fight.

Elias: I was.. but then I'm bored of your ass, so..*points towards her* You can play with my friend behind you.

Before Pyrrha can even react, she was then lifted up in the air as she looked in now terror of the Grimm in front of her.

It roared in her face before it started to crush her in its left hand. The Spartan girl yelled in intense pain as the cyclops Grimm then tossed her in the air and used its large club to whacked her hard onto the ground. Her aura managed to protect her from the majority of the damage as Pyrrha tried to get back up. However, she was then hit with the club numerous times, caving her more deeper into the ground before it stopped.

Elias: I appreciate the help. You can go now.

The Grimm nodded before it walked away to parts unknown. The Arbiter looks towards the defeated students of Beacon as he speaks.

Elias: What you all had was nothing but 13% of my full power. If I wanted to..you fools would've been erased from existence. As much as I will wish to kill you.. is not time for that yet.

The arbiter then used his telekinesis and lifted up the injured Beacon Students in the air ready to send him flying back to Beacon.

Elias: And to think you tormented me, because I was declared weak. You never even gave me a chance..and you do this to me.

Ruby: *snarls* Y-you were a defect. Everyone in Vale knew who you were. Defects are nothing but a total waste!

Elias: *to Ruby* Since Ozpin has his eyes on you the most..*makes her float close to him; smirks devilishly* I'll leave him a personal message he won't forget.

He turns her around, grabbing the back of her neck to keep her in place and violently rips open the back of her shirt.

Ruby: *very scared; thrashing aroung* H-hey. What are you-

Ruby was cut off as she then felt a intense burning sensation on her back. Her screaming was as loud as screaming bloody murder.

Ruby: IT HURTS!! IT HURTS!!

Elias: So has shooting me back and forth with Aura piercing Sniper rounds, and you didn't give a fuck.

After he was done, his message was clear for anyone to read. He floated her back to the group as he gave them a final message.

Elias: If you ever..come back here, this time..I will kill you all. BEGONE!!

He trusted his arm forward as he sent them flying back to the cursed academy..

Elias: *shakes his head* The Gods should've limits his reincarnation many centuries ago.

[At Beacon Academy]
Everyone was enjoying themselves in the lunchroom, multiple crashes were seen coming through the roof. They landed harshly onto the ground

Random Student: What the Hell?!

Professor Ozpin and Professor Goodwitch then entered the cafeteria. Thry were in shock to see the injured Team RWBY, Pyrrha, Nora, Coco, Yatsurashi and Fox Ruby was shaking in pain from the burns on her back as Ozpin takes a look, but it turns out to be a message:

"You have angered the God's once more, Ozma. How much more innocent blood will you spill until it's enough?"

Ozpin felt dread forming inside his body as he knows who's the one responsible for this.

Ozpin: Dear Monty..

Glynda: They all need medical attention, now!

Some Beacon staff members entered the cafeteria and hauled each one of the injured student to the infirmary. Even with the strongest teams that Beacon had.. they were wiped away like nothing but trash. Ruby was muttering to herself..

Ruby: *in tears* why..why..

As the students watched unknown what to do, Ozpin began to think..

Ozpin: *inner thoughts* The Gods are actually back. If they choose Y/n as their Arbiter.. then we are doomed.

[Timeskip]
After dealing with the Beacon shitheads, the arbiter returned back to the village in his home. He saw a note on the table as he went and picked it up before reading:

["Hey, bro. Me, Velvet and Ren are gonna help out some villagers with getting supplies from schooling. Rosemary is with Mary and her mother. We be right back, soon."]

["P.S: Neo wanted to see you upstairs"]

Y/n: Hmm..looks like they went out for a while. I wonder what Neo wants.

As he goes upstairs to where Neo is, he knocked on the door.

Y/n: Neo. Are you inside?

Neo: Yes. Come inside~

Y/n then twist the knob and opens her room, before entering to reveal Neo who appears in her undergarments..

Y/n: *raises eyebrow; Smiles a bit* You are looking comfortable, Neo.

Neo gets up and walks towards Y/n while wrapping her as around him.

Y/n: And how do you plan to do that?

Neo: Come to my bed and I'll explain.

Y/n walked towards the bed with Neo dragging him. As he sat down, the Multi-colored girl sat on his pelvis while wrapping her arms around his neck.

Neo: Y/n..

Y/n: Yeah?

Neo: Do you think I'm beautiful in your eyes?

Y/n: Honestly.. I do. I have no idea why Roman would discard a beauty like you.

Neo: *giggles* You're funny. Now..

She pushed him onto his back as she straddles him and looks at him with hearts in her pink/brown eyes.

Neo: *with lust* Allow me to repenr for my sins, my lord~
