Y/N's POV

You woke up the next morning feeling the gentle light of the morning sun graze your face. You turned over to reach for Shadow only to realize that the bed was empty "Huh..?" You sat up and yawned only to hear the door open "Good morning babe~" you looked over to see Shadow holding a plate of food "I made you breakfast."

You felt a blush creep onto to your cheeks "Aww Shadow that's so sweet." You noticed him blushing as you smiled "but I should really get back to the house father should be out at work right now so I'm gonna go get my things than I'll come back and we can eat breakfast together just you, me, and Sonic" you couldn't help but smile "Ugh seriously can't we at least have one date night without him?" "Shadow that's not nice and besides you two are supposed to lay low" you explained as you stood up and slipped your shoes on.

"I'll be back soon Shadow" you smiled gently and kissed his head before walking out and closing the door behind her.

You made your way to the house only to see a figure in the driveway "Oh no..." you slowly walked back towards the woods only to hear a booming voice "Y/N!!!!" You jolted as you started running back into the woods only to hear a gun shot ring out through the air as you felt a sharp pain in your leg causing you to collapse to the ground.

Shadow's POV

I heard what sounded like a gun shot as past memories of Maria and myself came flooding back "Y/N..." I stood up and made my way outside "Shadow!?" I turned around seeing Sonic as he looked me dead in the eyes "...I'm coming with you" I wanted to protest but thinking it over I realized that I could use his help as much as I hate to say it "Alright..come on!" I ran out as fast as I could the faker close behind me as we made it to the edge of the woods. I looked around frantically as my eyes landed on Y/N, I felt my blood begin to boil over as I clenched my fists.

Y/N's POV

You struggles to stand as tears began streaming down your cheeks "YOU BITCH!!" You looked at your father tears streaming down your cheeks "Please...stop..." you looked up at your father "Please father I'm sorry..." "I'LL SHOW YOU SORRY!!!" You noticed the gun being pointed at your head as you closed your eyes tight before hearing the gun go off... "uh..." you looked up and went wide eyed.

"SHADOW!!!!"
