Nezuko seems to be suspicious of what is happening in front of her. "Is that who I think it is?" 

The sparrow appears to her as it tells her what's going on. As the girl listened to the sparrow, she face palmed as it was so embarrassing . 

"Oh, you got to be kidding me." She thought in her mind, as she couldn't believe what the boy had to do this in an unproperable matter as a Demon Slayer. 

"Don't worry about it. I'll take this into my own hands on your master. He'll have some scolding for sure of his actions. " She reassures the sparrow as it beams in delight as Nezuko would take care of his master's behavior towards the woman. 

"Please! I have no one else to turn to! You have to help me!" He sad as the woman seems to be uninterested of him. 

Nezuko seems to be irate at him as she pulls him by the hakoi, "What you honestly thinking you're doing?!? 

You're embrassing yourself and you're making things harder on your sparrow! Geez, why I am the babysitter?" 

The boy seems to be crying. But then he notices her uniform, recognizing her immediately. 

"Hold up! You're the girl from the Final Selection, aren't you?" He asks. 

She said, "Well, of course I am, you idiot! Besides, I'm not going to be embrassing myself like you did just now!" 

She lets go of him as she turns to the woman, "I'm so sorry about all your troubles with him. I assure you that this wouldn't happen ever again." 

"Thanks for saving me back there. " She replies as the boy said, "Wait! I'm not leaving! Stay with me, please!" 

The woman slaps him constantly , as Nezuko said, "All right, calm down! " 

She was furious, "I already engaged so, back off! Goodbye!" 

She walks away as Nezuko sighs in relief, as the boy said, "Look what you have done. She's gone!" 

"Well, you're the one who is giving her grief, not me. I was just passing by." She said. 

She took a deep breath, calming down, "Let's start over. I'm Nezuko. Nezuko Kamado. And you are?"

"Zenitsu Agatsuma. Nezuko, please save me!" Zenitsu said, as Nezuko sighs with his actions again.

"Zen, calm down." She said, "I know it's frustrating, so com'on , let's go." 

They walked together for their next assignment. 

They were reicent for a moment then Nezuko asks, "Felt a bit calmer now, Zenitsu?"

"Yeah, I think so. You call me Zen earlier. Why you call me that?" He ask. 

"Well, we're friends aren't we? We're both Demon Slayers and we can be friends too. " She replied to her friend's confused question. 

Nezuko smiles at him as she offers him a rice ball. "Here. This is for you. You must be hungry ." 

Zenitsu took it as he took a bite. But he also notices that she isn't eating anything. "Wait, aren't you hungry too?" 

"Well, that is what I have left, so, don't worry about it." She replied. Zenitsu felt guilty as he splits the rice ball in half. 

"You can take the other half, Nezuko. I mean, like you said, we're friends." He said. She seems to be hungry herself as she said, "Thanks a lot. " 

As they walked, Nezuko said, "Hey, listen. I know you're scared, but please don't make any trouble for your sparrow. He puts a lot of effort to support you. " 

"Really? I didn't know that. How did you find out?" Zenitsu asks. 

"Well, he told me you complain a lot about going to work, snore too loud and randomly picking on girls. He had enough of it." Nezuko replied of what she had heard from his sparrow.

"Really, he told you all of that? I'm impressed you heard all of that from his point of view." Zenitsu said, as Nezuko blushed. 

Suddenly, Nezuko's crow began to speak over their heads. 

"Nezuko! Zenitsu ! Start running! " The crow said, as Zenistu said, "It talks!" 

The Demon Slayers walks toward where Nezuko picks up the scent .

"How much further we going, Nezuko? I'm so tired." Zenistu said, as Nezuko thought in her mind, "The Demon scent. It's going stronger than ever. There's something up ahead." 

They arrived at a mansion. 

Nezuko took a deep sniff, as she turns serious, "I smell blood coming from this mansion. But this particular scent, it's something I never smelled before." 

"You can smell that? Wait, what is it you never smell before? Is it bad?" Zenitsu asks nervously.

"Hm, I'm not entirely sure what it is, apparently. Sorry about that. " She replied, but he cupped his ear, "Well, I don't smell anything, but I can hear something. What is that?" 

"Whoa, really?" Nezuko ask, but then turns around to see two siblings , being in total fear. 

"Zenitsu, look. It's two kids." She said, as he asks, "What- What are they doing way out here?"

Nezuko said, "Hey, you guys. " 

The siblings were still frighten as Nezuko thought, "They seemed to be spooked. I should cheer them up so we can know what's going on." 

"Want to see something cool?" She asks them, as she uses Zenitsu's sparrow. "Look, it's a tamed sparrow. " 

The siblings collapse as Nezuko said, calmly as possible, "Please, tell me what exactly happened here. We're here to help." 

The boy said, "T-This is a monster's house. We were with our older brother, and he was taken inside. We were walking at night, and it took him, right in front of us. " 

Nezuko realizes that it is really a work of a demon. 

"Don't worry, we'll rescue your older brother. We're here to defeat him. " She reassures them. 

"Nezuko? I hear something funny. I think it's a Tsuzumi?" Zenitsu asks. 

"A sound? But I didn't hear anything." She replied. 

A man's body came out of the house, as it terrify the kids. Nezuko shields them, as she said to them, "Don't look!" 

She ran to the man, "Stay with me!" 

"I.. I.. made it out.. Am I.. Am .. I going to die?" He spoke faintly. She heisants as the man dies in front of her. 

"The wound was too deep. We were just standing there as he died. " She thought. 

She turns to her friend, "Zen, let's go. We're heading inside the mansion now! " 

Zenitsu shook his head, afraid to go inside. "No way! I'm not going in!" He said. 

"But we're the ones who can defeat him, Zen. Don't be such a wimp. " Nezuko said, looking at the Demon Slayer. 

She turns mad, as she said, "All right, I 'll just leave you here then." 

"Wait, why you giving me the orge face at me? I'll go!" 

"Well, I had no intention of making you go, so you letting me do this as a resort. Deal with it." She said. 

She said, to the kids, leaving Tanjiro's box, "In any case of emergency , I'm leaving this box to you guys. It's going to protect you." 

The Demon Slayers begin to investigate the house. 

"Nezuko, you'll protect me this time, right?" Zenitsu asks. 

"Well, um, I hate to be the one bursting the bubble, to be honest with you, Zen, I've got a broken rib and leg from my last battle. So, it's not completely healed at the moment-" 

She notices the kids, "Hey! What you guys doing here?"

"Nezuko, we got scared! That box is making noises and we didn't know what to do!" The boy replies as she felt bad of leaving her brother all alone. 

"That really pains me of leaving it there. That box is precious to me than my life!" She said. 

Suddenly the house begins to move!

Nezuko and the girl were separated from the others as they were in a different room.

"Wait, we're in a different room? I think it has to be that Tsuzumi's work." Nezuko thought. 

"I'm sorry . We got separated from your brother. I'll protect you." She said to the girl, "And besides, your brother is with Zen. I'm sure they'll be fine. What's your name?"

"It's Teruko." She replied to her. She said, "Teruko, huh? That's a fine nam-" 

Teruko and Nezuko saw the Demon as Nezuko covers her mouth to prevent her from screaming. 

"Out of all the scents, this must be the Demon of the house. " She thought. 

Meanwhile, Zen was panicking. 

"We have to escape from here!" He said. 

Teruko! Teruko!" The boy yells as Zenitsu said, "No, we can't make a sound! The bad guy might hear us!" 

He tries to make through the doors as he wanted to escape , even if there was a boar head boy , looking at him fiercely. 

"Awe, com'on!" He said. 

Nezuko said, "Teruko. Don't scream, no matter what. Go to the back where it's safe." 

The girl did as instructed as Nezuko took out her sword. 

"Curse them! They stopped my prey! And what's this? It's wrong to enter to someone's home without permission!" 

"Hey, listen up! I'm Nezuko Kamado! I'm with the Demon Crops, Rank 10! I'm going to slay you here and now!" She said to the demon. 

The demon bangs on his drum as the house moves again, as Teruko was flipped over! 

"Teruko! Are you ok?" She asks. 

Nezuko thought, "This has to be the Demon's Blood Art! It's his territory, it would makes total sense now. The entire house is the way he gets his enemies when he bangs the drums. Wait, what is that smell?"

The boar boy came in with his duel blades as Nezuko thought, "Who the heck is this guy? He's wearing a boar hide! Is he a Demon Slayer like Zen and me?"

The boy said, "Ready or not, here I come!"
