I'll never stop thrilling to the sight of your latest message lighting up my screen.

I'll never stop wishing I was the quilted coat you put on before you go out to face the cold world.

I'm the one who never stops wishing, hoping, dreaming,

His heart on permanent flutter

Like the petals of a flower

Whose roots clench the earth in an anxious grip.
