Heads up the location of the story is Toronto and this chapter is all about their trip/date in downtown T.O. So i'll be making up my own downtown, i'll put several landmarks in one street so don't be surprise people. But you know what, im not gonna name a street to keep it simple and clear. Okay. Enjoy. Walking along downtown Toronto calms me down, especially either after a long shift at work or stressful week at school. I always do it alone. It relaxes me. It's like my me time. I walk around and just look at the surrounding. I go inside of the shops if i found something interesting in their window or it is one of my regular stores that i usually check when i'm out. But i don't go often here, I spend more time walking in the park.

But right now, i don't want to bring anyone in there. It is more intimate for me if you ask me. It is more peaceful and it helps me unwind. And that is why i chose downtown to hang around with Cedric.

In here we can talk and also find some things we have in common.

We just a got out from the subway station and started to walk along downtown. There's a lot of people right now, yeah because it's a sunny sunday afternoon. And i think there are events happening right now. We might something we like

"Wow, there are a lot of people. Is it always this crowded?" Cedric asked me, pulling me out of my own thoughts.

"Well, what do you expect? Its Sunday and its downtown Toronto" i said sarcastically, but i dont think he we will get it so might as well smile to him. And he smiled back.

"So we should play so that we can have fun and i have an idea and it will help us get to know each other." I told him.

"So what is it?" He replied.

"How about we play two truths and a lie, what do you think?" i asked.

"Is that where you will state three things about you and one of them is a lie and i have to guess which one is it?" I nodded. "That sounds good. You start."

"Alright, lets start with an easy one. I'm Filipino. I was part of a school varsity back in high school. I'm an only child." I stated to him.

"That's easy? Thats kind of hard but hmmm... You don't look like a filipino, Mitch is your sister, and you are quite fit. I don't which one is a lie? Hmmm. I think the filipino one."

Did he just say i'm fit? Does he realize what he said? Oh well, time to tell him which one is a lie. "Ehhh! You're wrong. I'm a filipino, well half filipino actually. My mom is Filipina, but you won't know that because you never met her. My bastard of a dad is white actually. So your answer is wrong. The lie would be me being a school varsity. I'm a nerd back then. And i'm actually an only son, Mitch is my step sister. My evil step sister."

With that answer, he is laughing hard. "Oh wow, you are calling Mitch an evil sister. But you're a nerd before? You don't look like one?"

"Well, i changed my appearance after graduation. I feel like its time for a new Prince. Never, i will be the bullied nerd in high school. So yeah, here's Prince 2.0". I said looking at him then winking.

He just laughed and continued walking. "So is it my turn yet?"

"Yup" focusing on the "p" sound.

"Okay, so I have a brother, Adrian is my roommate and we live in a condo, and i'm the valedictorian in high school."

"Huh, i'm not really sure about this one, all of them sounds true." Actually, i have an idea because of Leah. Did he think i forgot about last Wednesday. But him being the valedictorian seems plausible. Hmm... "You know what. i think the lie is the second one. The one with Adrian being your roommate."

"You sure about that?" He said while grinning and moving his eyebrow in a teasing look.

"Yes, and lets go inside to this one." I said, pointing to a clothing store named Black Market. It's not those popular clothing store, i just love going to this store for it has very unique and sometimes weird collection of stuffs.

"Uhhh, sure, i guess." He looks worried.

"I know its a very weird looking store, but i promise you, its not that bad and i'm thinking you're gonna like it here." I promised while dragging him towards the store.

So went down the store. Because the store is at the lower level and you will only see signs and banners outside. At the bottom of the stair are posters/images of hulk, frankenstein, spiderman, elvis presley and many more that im not gonna bother mentioning because some of them are i dont know.

Oh and did i say that they have a big sign that says everything is under 10 dollars? Yeah, thats why i love this store, they have nice clothing and they are cheap. But im not saying that im a cheap person. I'm just being practical. Oh wait where was i? Oh yeah, dragging Cedric down.

When we reach the lower level, i pulled Cedric to the hat section. I just want to try it and see his reaction. So i reach the cowboy hat and pretended to be one. He grinned at me and started to loosen up and try some hats.

I think we spend 30 minutes on that store trying out different hats and accessories. He even put a featherboa on me and pink sunglasses. So with that outfit, i acted as a showgirl and that earn me a laughing Cedric at the floor. Hey it was his fault, he made me wear those.

I bought a Doctor Who shirt and a couple of bandanas. I just love collecting bandanas. Sometimes i wear them as an accessories or put it in my bag, but mostly i used it as a handkerchief. I dunnow, i feel incomplete when i go out without a bandana with me.

When we got out of the store and started to walk back again, i remembered that he had not corrected my answer yet so i should remind him our game.

"Hey, you haven't tell me if im correct with the lie."

"Oh yeah, well the lie is Adrian being my roomate. You are correct, because at the moment i live my own."

"And why is that? What about Adrian?" I inquired.

"Well, i just feel like living by myself, and hey, is it bad to have a 26 year old man live by himself" he said sounding mad. But i don't think he is mad at me though, but you know what, lets join him with his acting.

"Hey don't be mad at me, im sorry, im not judging you or anything." I said going in front of him and pouting.

"Ugh, i can't be mad, stop pouting. Alright, i forgive you."

I knew it, no one can resist my pout. It works everytime. Hmmm, its my turn now.

"Let's talk about food this time and again, tell me which one is the lie."

"Sure" He said approving with a thumbs up.

"Okay, I like fettuccine, my favorite ice cream flavor is Green Tea, and i don't know how to cook. Which one is the lie?"

"Hmmm, thats a very tricky question. I think the lie is you don't know how to cook."

"Nope, wrong again. To be honest, i don't really know how to cook. I can cook rice, boil or fry eggs, and i think thats about it." I admitted to him.

"Well, thats fine. I know how to cook and i'll let you taste my cooking."

Hmm, it's not only your cooking im gonna taste. Stop it, Prince! Stop having nasty thoughts.

"Dammit, i guess i can't use cooking for my next turn. So which one is the lie?"

"Well, the lie would be my favorite ice cream flavor. Never been a fan of Green Tea. My favorite flavor is mint chocolate."

"Same for me. I love mint chocolate, and cookie dough. So it's my turn right? Hmmm, Dessert is my specialty, i haven't eaten any filipino food, im not a vegetarian. Yeah, which one is the lie."

Oh wow, is there a reason why he worded those three facts. "Did you worded those purposely. But im guessing the dessert as the specialty."

"Another correct guess. How do you do it?" He asked me.

"Actually don't know, this round i just guessed it." I said.

"Oh wow, it's been a long time i havent been here." He said randomly looking somewhere. I tried to find what he is talking about and i think i found it. He is talking about the CTV television network building.

"How come? You always come here.?" i inquired.

"Yeah, i always come here. You know, the MMVAs." Oh yeah, this is where they held MMVAs. I never watch one live, i just watch it at home.

"When was the last time you watch MMVA here?" I asked while we are trying to cross the road because the building is in the other side.

"Well it was last year actually with my brother, and im thinking of going this year also. How about you?"

"Well, i havent watch it live like actually here, its hard to get a wristband. I dont have time to line up and or camp here. There is always something that keeps me going" i admitted.

We continued walking and playing the game. We did 5 more rounds of it, and i got 4 of them correct. He only guessed 3 correctly. I found out that we have the same taste of movie and music. He liked Garret Cosgrove. Oh, if anyone don't know him, he is like Jesse McCartney. He is a pop singer on the verge of being worldwide superstar. But he never got that superstar status. He never become the worldwide teen heartthrob like what Bieber got now. I wonder where he is now. Last time i check he is busy doing his 4th album.

Also we checked variety of stores. Some clothing store, music/instrument store and some weird technology store. In the music store, i discovered that Cedric can play and guitar. But he didnt sing though. Even though how hard i tried to make him sing, he didn't sing. Maybe next time.

We've been walking for more than two hours now and im feeling hungry. I don't know if i should tell him, but im really hungry though. You know what, i should tell him especially we are near in my favorite Filipino restaurant.

"You hungry? Wanna get something to eat, and maybe seat down?" He asked me. Wow, does he got an esp or something. Well time to show him my store.

"How did you know? Did you read my mind because im gonna ask you that question?"

"Nah, im quite hungry actually and maybe sit down. We've been walking for a total of three hours now. So you know anywhere we can eat?" He asked me while rubbing his tummy.

"Well, i know this restaurant but i don't know if you're gonna like it. It's a Filipino restaurant."

"It's alright, im not picky in food. And im gonna trust you that you have a good taste in food and maybe try some filipino food" He said winking at me.

And with that decision, we went to that restaurant and ordered a lot food. I explain to him all of the kinds of food that are in there, like what are they made of and such. And when the food was served, he tried everything even my order. He said that he really likes it even though he is not used to this kind of food.

After dinner, i asked him if he wants to get a dessert but he said he is full already. So we just decided to walk back to the station we used a while ago.

We've talked a lot more and we didn't even realize that we are already back in my apartment.

"Hey i really enjoyed tonight. I got to know you more." He said walking in the lobby.

"Same here, and you sure you dont want to go upstair?" I asked him.

"Nahh, im good. And again, thank you for not backing out. I really enjoyed tonight. I had fun." He said heading to the door. Should i kiss or hug him? I don't think its time yet.

"Alright, drive safely. Message me when you got home." I blurted.

"Sure thing." He said smiling and waving to me.

When i arrived my unit, i find it empty. I guess those two bitches went out. So i decided to went to washroom and changed. When i got out, i heard my phone ring two times. So, i have two notifications.

One is from Cedric saying that he got home safely and thanking me again.

The other one is a notification from Badoo saying that Marcus likes me back.

So, thats chapter five. I'm really sorry if it took me a month to update. Let me just say that i lost my muse but i forced to bring it out.

And you don't have to worry about who the eff is Garrett. He is not important in this book. I'm using him in another book. But i won't start that yet because i cant even update this one, even though i really want to start it.

Don't worry i'll try to update more often especially i got my muse back. I just have to force the end of this chapter because i dont have it finish and i alreay set that im posting it before saturday. So yeah, sorry about that.
