She stood there quite for a moment but then nodded her head swiftly. I could feel how cold it got probably from garnet back there staring daggers into us. I mean garnet hadn't asked me out like properly or anything and as far as i k ew she probably wasn't even into me like that anymore. I weighed my options before finally answering "yes, I'll go out with you" jasper was relieved and decided to head up to her room. I shrugged it off and turned to face garnet

'Did jasper really ask her out' i thought to my self as the events unfolded 'wait DID SHE REALLY SAY YES!!!' I stood there quite until k turned around to face me. She said yes did she even care about the moments we shared. I mean I thought that we were already dating I guess it was evident enough. I decided not to show the face of anger and dismissed myself "congratulations, I'll be leaving now" I said in a flat monotonous voice. And with that I walked out the door.

As subtile as it was I could tell garnet had dismissed me. Was she angry. She just kinda walked away,, and of all things she congratulated me like she was happy. But I'm no sucker. Finally I just decided to ignore it and head upstairs. Who knows maybe jasper has a better understanding of what relationships mean.
