Also, there may be a TEENSY bit of mention of lemon, so with that being said, I'll put a warning so for those who don't like lemon, you can skip over it (even tho it may not even be a full lemon).

"The Prime Kindergarten? It's been a while since I heard about that place." Spinel noted after Pearl explained their destination. Garnet, however, didn't think it was a good idea. After all, many painful memories would be brought back of the times they had with Amethyst, and Pearl would probably poof just crying about it.

Garnet put an emotional hand on Pearl's shoulder before she could step onto the warp pad. "Pearl, are you sure you want to go through with this? With getting hit with memories in the Kindergarten?"

"Y-yes...I mean no- I mean-" More hot tears started pooring down the pale gem's face. "I don't know, Garnet! I know no matter where I put her she'll just keep popping up in my mind and I'll just start crying all over again! Why...why is all I wanna know...why would someone do this to poor Amethyst?!" She dropped the chest of shards as she started crying in her hands, the chest being caught by Spinel's gloved hand. Steven watched the show, it was pure entertainment! Finally, that no-good quartz was out of the way, and he could have Spinel ALL to himself.

And no one else could have her.

"I don't know why either Pearl. The killer is a monster, but I'm still working on my visions and hopefully we can take them down once and for all. And we'll finally get justice for Amethyst." Garnet told her sympatheticaly, making Steven roll his eyes.

'You're lucky I haven't shattered you to bits, fusion.'

Spinel, still holding the chest, instantly got an idea. "Hey, if you're not going to the Prime Kindergarten, you can store the chest in your gem, right? That way you can save the trip and always have Amethyst with you by your side. It'll be like she's still here!" Of course, she wanted to suggest Yellow putting the shards back together, but that was obviously out of the question. Pearl, still heartbroken, went with the idea. Would she still be depressed? Yup. But it was better than nothing. As she took the chest from Spinel, her gem started glowing as she put the chest in it's rightful place. It felt weird to have a dead gem in her own. "Garnet..."

"Yes Pearl?"

"I'm gonna go...grieve...Amethyst's death elsewhere. I'll be back shortly, and while I'm gone, can you keep looking for the Diamond Killer and when they'll strike next?" Pearl looked down as she put a foot on the warp pad. "I don't want this happening again...."

"OF course..."

And with that, Pearl was off to who knows where. Garnet adjusted her visors as she started to look for paths, while Steven had his own plans. Garnet's vision was acting glitchy, which was good new for him. And with Pearl gone, he could probably get rid of that fusion...

But then again, she doesn't seem like much of a threat...

Unless her vision worked again.

'Don't jinx it Steven, don't jinx it...'

"Sendaddy, ya think Garnet's ever gonna get her vision straight?" Spinel asked as she glanced toward the concentrated gem.

Steven muttered in response. "Hopefully not, cause if she does, she's a dead gem..."

-In Steven's room-
In the meantime, Steven and Spinel made their way into Steven's room, where Spinel asked more questions about the Diamond Killer and Steven tried his best not to give himself away. Surprisingly, he was able to cover his tracks well. Senfuzzy Chulo was in the edge of the bed, his paw being held by Spinel's hand.
"So why do you think the Killer got Connie?"

"Guess he didn't like her."

"And Kevin?"

"Cause he's a jackass."

"Hmm..." The gem tapped her chin in thought. "And...why would Amethyst be shattered? I don't think she deserved to be killed."

'Oh glory...'

"Well things happen Spinel. Who knows, she might've done something to perhaps...trigger him." Steven hinted, remembering how Ame made his beloved upset that day. Besides, she didn't have to worry about that now ;).

"I still don't think she needed to be killed...hopefully I don't do anything to make him mad...I know you said you'd protect me, but what if you lose to him? What if he's a lost Diamond- oh God then you'd be dead meat-" Her panicky mode started to take control, but Steven knew how to calm her down. With that being said, he gave her a soft kiss on the lips, and like he suspected, she instantly chillaxed. She closed her eyes, taking in the moment as she felt Steven pull her close by the waist.

Steven put a hand on her cheek as the kiss turned from American to French real quick. She let go of Senfuzzy's paw, releasing him onto the floor as she let Steven dominate her orally. Eventually, the 2 parted for air, Spinel's face lovestruck and filled with blush. Steven knew exactly what he was doing, and had a feeling he'd make her his territory today. And she'd finally know who her Diamond is~

"S-Senpapi?"

"Hm?"

Spinel inched closer to him. "C-can we do it again?"

Steven smirked, his now pink eyes filled with lust. This was the moment he'd been waiting for, and no one could ruin it. He pulled her into a hot, passionate kiss, leading her onto his lap. This might've been his first and only chance to fuck his true love senseless, and these pathetic gems ruined it! He could've plowed her like a snowstorm, enjoyed her tightness, cummed inside of her to show her who her Diamond was...and now that chance is gone.

"I'm swell..." He groaned, upset he couldn't enjoy the goodness below him. He got up from on top of her and put his 'injector' back inside, Spinel putting her shorts back on. Though she had to admit, she wondered what the feeling would be like if he had done what he intended. And why it was so big was the other question-

Steven rolled his eyes and sighed before opening the door, revealing a sympathetic Peridot and Lapis. Peridot held a wreath in her hand that said "R.I.P" and Lapis didn't have anything. "Hey Lapis, Peridot. What brings ya here?" He asked, trying not to sound pissed off. Peridot handed him the wreath and he took it in confusion.

"Yeah..we heard about what happened to Amethyst and wanted to make sure you were alright." Lapis explained.

"Word. So what's with the wreath?"

"I saw one at a cemetary and thought those were appropriate when death strikes. So your welcome!"

'Bruh...'

"Yeah, ok. So if that's all you need then I think you should be off back to Homeworld, right?"

Then, hearing the word 'Homeworld', Spinel got herself cleaned up and pushed Steven aside to get to the 2 gems in front. "Homeworld..." she repeated, thinking of the Diamonds.  "Did...the Diamonds say anything about me? Are they still coming for me?"

Peridot, a bit confused that Spinel would be back on Earth, shook her head. "Well the gems there have been spreading rumors about you and them. One of the most popular ones is that they have a feeling you'll be back eventually so they're waiting for your ignorance. Another popular one is Yellow is sending armies for you, and then there's the one about them actually coming to Earth one day." She noticed Spinel look down in worry. "But! Those are just rumors! The last 2 may not even be true, I have my money on the 1st one where they're waiting for you to come."

Though she wasn't so sure, Spinel felt a bit better about it. After all, she would NEVER go back to them! In case the first one was true, they'd be waiting for a long, long time. Hell, hopefully they'd forget about Spinel snapping at them by then and things'll go back to normal.

Lol, like that's ever gonna happen.

"I hope so...Sendaddy said he was gonna keep them away but I don't trust he can defeat 3 mega Diamonds so easily."

'Never underestimate me, my love~' Steven thought as he imagined shattering the 3 diamonds to bits. He actually wanted them to come to Earth, just so he could take them down. That is, if he can.

"I hope I choose the right planet to escape to..." Spinel said, leaning into the doorway.

"Well, if you want, me and Peridot can stay with you along with the others. That way you have more gems to kick butt for you," Lapis suggested.

"Actually..." Steven interrupted,"I'm sure I'm enough."

He knew he probably wasn't, but he knew with those 2 here there's a higher chance of him getting caught-n-cockblocked again. And he definitely didn't need that. Besides, with Peridot, she might be able to know why Garnet's vision was acting up. And despite his opposition, the 3 gems insisted.

"Come on, Steven, we know you can't handle the Diamonds all on your own." -Lapis

"That and we have a lotta catchin up to do!" -Peridot

Even Spinel was with it. "Well...I suppose it'll be pretty swell!" She wrapped her arm around Steven's. "Won't it?"

'No-'

"Sure...just swell..." he muttered.

"Great! And with that being said, it would be alright if we went out to the Arcade, right? I heard about a killer or something going out and the businesses are closed, except for the Arcade of course. Temporarily- It wouldn't be fair if we just waited for it to close, right?!" Peridot exclaimed. "How about it? Steven and Spinel?"

"But...what if the killer's out there?" Spinel asked with a head tilt.

"Easy. Just kick ass!" Lapis said feircely. "Should be pretty easy."

"Hopefully. Senpapi, are ya comin?"

'Nah, Ill be finishing the other half of our 'game' alone while you're gone~'

steven shook his head no. "I have a bunch of things to do. So you go out and have fun."

With that assurance, the 3 gems took off, while Steven locked himself in the bathroom, finishing his half of the game as if Spinel were there with him...

Long time no see yeah? Well, I know this hunk of junk sucked big bad balls, but who gives a damn UvU. Long story short Pearl couldn't handle going to the Kindergarten so she went to greieve alsewhere and meanwhile Lappy and Peri came and stole SPinel after cockblocking Steven. Hopefully that'll sum mit up for ya.
