Kartik reached Naira's set.. he went inside.. all the cast and crew members greeted him good morning.. he replied to everyone.. he and all of them were having a very good bond since he keeps on coming to her sets..

Ishaan came from behind and tapped on his shoulder..

Ishaan : Bro, how are you, good morning..

Kartik : I am good.. tu bata kaisa hai??

Ishaan : Main thik hoon... umm.. par Naira bata rahi thi you are out of station.. then how come you are here??
Oh wait, (remembering something) accha to issiliye tu yahan hai..

Kartik : Yup.. ab main jaaun meri Naira ke paas??

Ishaan : Haan jaa.. tujhse to raha bhi nahi jaa raha..

He went towards Naira's vanity.. and opened the door..

Naira heard the sound of door opening.. and she started speaking without even looking back..

Naira : Dada.. aap kitna late karte ho.. jaldi jaldi mera hair bana do..

But there was no response.. she turned around and got happily surprised seeing her Kartik there..

Naira : Kartik.. tum??

Kartik : Hm..

She almost jumped on him..

Kartik hugged her tightly..

Kartik : Haapy birthday jaan..

Naira : Kartik par tum to..

Kartik : Haan I know main bahar tha.. aur itni jaldi lautne ka plan nahi tha but then I suddenly realized what blunder I am doing.. matlab humare shaadi ke baad this would be your first birthday aur main hi nahi rahunga.. sirf phone pe wish karke chod dunga??.. naah.. I couldnt let that happen.. to aa Gaya tumhe surprise dene..

Naira : Par tum apna kaam adha chodke to nahi aaye ho ?? Woh case jisko tum deal Kar rahe ho woh to bahut complicated haina??

Kartik : Haan hai to.. par you don't worry.. mera koi bhi kaam adhura nahi rahta.. wahan sab thik hai abhi..

They were still in each other's arms not ready to leave since they are meeting after three days..

Kartik : Accha bahar Chalo.. there's something for you..

As soon as they came out of the vanity everyone started singing for Naira.. and they celebrated her birthday with cake and stuffs..

Media was there and Kaira together gave a lot of interviews..

Meanwhile Ishaan came and started teasing them..

Kartik : Kya yaar Ishaan stop teasing.. it's been almost a year that we are married.. and you..

Ishaan : To aisa kahin rule hai kya ki shaadi ke baad you can't tease?? And look at both of your faces.. blushing hard haan..
(Laughing) Waise mujhe abhi bhi yaad ki how you were jealous of me on those initial days.. Naira ne sab kuch bataya tha mujhe and I had a great time laughing..

Kartik : Arey yaar kyun puraani 6 saal pahle ke baate yaad dilake embarrass Kar raha hai..

Kaira and Ishaan laughed out loud thinking of those days.. after Kaira got into a relationship since then Kartik and Ishaan became the best of buddies.. the four, Ishaan, Abhishek and Kaira often hang out together now..

Kaira dated for almost 5 years, Naira became successful.. and there was no looking back for her.. she grabbed many new projects in all these years and presently she is having his old co actor, Ishaan again in this show..  Kartik was as usual dedicated towards his work and kept getting promotion, even he got few awards for that matter..
Kaira's awards adorned the shelves of Goenka Villa..
Manish and Swarna always had loved them together and treated Naira even more than a daughter.. Abhishek also got promotion and shared great bond with everyone..

Naira spent her day shooting, Kartik was there with her all the time.. sneaking for romance with her Sherni whenever a scene of her gets over..

Naira finally was done with her shooting by evening, they bid good bye to everyone and proceeded towards their home, Goenka Villa..

They reached and saw the house beautifully decorated.. Swarna and Manish smiled.. Abhishek went and hugged Naira.. they all were there for her birthday celebration.. from few years she was throwing her birthday party so this year she decided to keep it simple since they also had their marriage few months before which was a huge event..

Kaira : Umm.. Naira cake kaatne se pehle I have a surprise for you..

Naira : Oh wow!! Another surprise.. kya hai.. please jaldi bolo..

Kartik : You have to make a call.. call to your parents.. to your family..

Naira looked at him surprisingly..

Kartik : Aaj tumhara birthday hai Naira.. woh tum se baat karna chahte hai.. tumne shaadi mein bhi unko nahi bulaya tha..

Naira : Yeh surprise dena tha tumhe.. wow!!

She sat down on the couch covering her face..

Kartik went to her and hold her by her shoulder..

Naira (yelling) : Mujhe kisi ko phone nahi lagana.. samjhe aaplog??

Kartik : Naira.. Naira.. look at me.. dekho woh guilty hai.. they are guilty for whatever they did.. unlogo ki galti thi.. aur Woh bahut pahle hi realize Kar chuke hai.. kitni baar contact karne ki bhi koshish kia hai unhone in 5 6 saalo.. but u never tried talking to the..
Naira jo insaan maaf kar sake na uska dil bahut bada hota hai.. please trust me.. ek baar baat karke to dekho.. please naira.. for me...

After everyone requesting she couldn't refuse and called them..

She called them and there was her family talking to her after almost 7 years.. the pain, the anguish.. both naira and her family cried their heart out over the phone.. Kartik was always there by her side.. her family wished her happy birthday and appolgised to her a lot of times.. then both the family talked with each other.. Naira's brother especially thanked Abhishek for being her brother and giving all the brotherly love to her all these years.. everyone praised Kartik and thanked him..

Oh!! That was such an emotional moment.. not only for her that family which was over the phone but also this family which she loves beyond everything and everyone..

They cut the cake and celebrated her birthday.. all five of them had a lot of fun..

At night Kartik went to their room and saw naira fidgeting with something..

Naira looked at him and smiled..

Kartik : Kya hua?? Aise smile kyun kar rahi ho??

Naira : Kartik thank you so much.. this was one of my best birthday.. thank you Kartik.. tumne aake pehle mujhe surprise diya aur phir itne dino baad maine unse..

Her eyes started forming tears..

Kartik : Maine kaha tha na you will feel good.. ek baar call karke dekho.. they are really guilty..

Naira : And thankful to you, maa papa and Abhishek..

Kartik : Hm.. they are coming in two days to meet you.. prepare kar Lena.. kyunki yahan to ganga yamuna bahne vala hai.. baalti bhar bhar ke aansu niklenge..

She hit him lightly with her fist..

Naira : Tch very funny..

They both laughed..

Kartik : Waise gifts acche lage na??

Naira : Bahut zyada acche lage..

Kartik : Okay.. (huskily) to abhi mujhe return gift chahiye... apni Sherni se..

Naira : Oh!! To Mr. Mendhak ko return gift chahiye..

Naira understood his motive.. she didn't delay it further because she also wanted to give her mendhak the return gift in her way.. or rather their way..

She kept her hands over his eyes in order to close it.. came closer and started unbuttoning his shirt..

Kartik : Aaj to lagta hai Sherni shikaar ke mood mein hai.. zyada manana nahi padha..

Naira : Haan hai to.. aur ho bhi kyun na.. sherni aaj bahut khush jo hai..

He picked her up.. laid her on the bed.. they both removed every piece of cloth the other was wearing.. kissed each and every part of the body leaving not even a inch anywhere and made love for the umpteenth time..
