Naira was informed by them that they have some work today so will not be able to pick her up.. Naira felt a little strange because she knew at least one of them always manages to come to pick her up.. but she put that thought away thinking it might really be important for both of them..

Indeed it was.. to her feel special..

Naira reached home.. opened the door and was happily surprised to see the view in front of her.. her living room was decorated beautifully..

Naira (toh herself) : Yeh sab.. yeh sab kisne kia??.. duplicate key to maine bass Kartik ko diye the.. matlab ya to uske paas hoga ya phir Abhishek ke paas.. unn dono ne hi kuch kia hoga pakka..

Her phone rang.. Abhishek, the screen flashed..

Naira : Hello..

Abhishek : Kaisa laga surprise??

Naira : Bahut accha hain..  par yeh sab kyun??

Abhishek : Go get freshen up .. hum thodi der mein aa rahe hain.. aur ek surprise lekar..

Naira : Par chal kya raha hain..??

Abhishek : Think.. think..

He hung up..

Naira smiled.. and went for having bath..

After a while the door bell rang.. she opened and welcomed them..

Naira : Kya chal raha hain koi batayega??

Abhishek : Aaj Raksha Bandhan hai.. mujhe pata tumhe yaad hai.. aur yeh bhi pata hai ki tum apne bhai ko miss Kar rahi ho..

Naira : Abhishek..

Abhishek : Arrey baba ha ha pata Hain.. nahi kahunga Chalo.. par main to rakhi bandhva sakta hun na.. to shuru Kare..

Naira was overwhelmed by his words.. she never thought she would tie him rakhi.. she realized how beautifully their relationship developed in just these few months..

Kartik there was just adoring the bond.. but a little tensed too.. still now.. he thought of running away..

Abhishek : Naira .. kya hua?? Rakhi nahi bandhni?? Did I hurt you?? I am so sorry mujhe yeh sab karne se pehle tumse ek baar puch lena chahiye tha..

Naira : Arrey nahi.. aisa nahi Hain..main bass thodi emotional ho gai .. aur kuch nhi.. par maine to koi preparations hi nahi kia.. kuch bataya hi nahi..

Abhishek : Bata dete to surprise kaise rahta.. aur hum kis liye hain bhai aur maine milke saare preparations Kar liye hai

Naira : Bhai ?? Yeh bhai kaun hai abhi??

Abhishek and Kartik laughed a little.. and she stood there confused..

Abhishek : Arrey sir ne mujhse kaha ki unhe off-duty sir sunna accha nahi lagta. . and since we grew such a great bond to I started calling him Bhai..

Naira : Oh I see..

Abhishek : Baat hi karte rahenge ya phir shuru bhi Kare..

Kartik : (whispering to himself) Nahi plsease.. baat hi Karo ... Shuru nahi..

Naira : Kuch kaha tumne??

Kartik : Maine nahi.. kuch nahi kaha Maine

Abhishek : Accha yeh thali maine ready kar di hai.. ismein sab kuch hai.. abhi baitho yahan pe aake..

Naira sensed something is wrong with Kartik and somewhere she knew what was it.. so she thought of irritating him..

Naira : Arrey Abhishek yeh kya tum ek hi rakhi laaye ho??

Kartik looked at her and gulped..

Abhishek : (not getting her) haan ek hi laya hu..

Soon he realised Naira was teasing Kartik.. he also observed that Kaira are getting closer in a different way which is something more than friendship from a few days.. so he also stated..

Abhishek : Arrey haan.. do lana chahiye tha na..

Kartik : (not getting what's happening almost having a heart attack) Kyun?? Do kyun.. ek hi to bhai hai dono haath mein bandhna hai Kya??

Somehow he struggled with his words and managed to tell..

Naira and Abhishek exchange glances and was laughing looking at his innocent face.. they were successful.. and Kartik was all confused..

Kartik : Kya ho kya raha hai yeh sab.. yaar Naira tum bandho na usse.. sirf usse hi..

Naira : (still laughing) haan.. baandhti hu... darr to aise rahe ho jaise main tumhe bandhungi.. main bhi tumhe nahi baandhti.. waise baandhu Kya..

Kartik looked at her with his wide open eyes..

Abhishek : Bass bass abhi bandho na please I m getting excited..

Naira went to him.. the trio sat down on the couch.. she tied rakhi to Abhishek, did aarti and tika and all other rituals.. they feed themselves sweet.. both of their eyes were moist.. they hugged each other.. Kartik too could not control himself from smiling seeing this beautiful bond..

Abhishek : Ruko mere paas aur bhi kuch hai tumhare liye..

They stood up.. Abhishek forwarded his handed giving her a gift box and an envelope..

Naira understood the envelope had money in it..

Naira : Nahi main yeh nahi lungi.. please itna kuch to dia tumne yeh nahi please ..

Kartik : Le lo Naira ... Aaj ke din mana nahi karte bhai ka dia hua to bilkul nahi..

Abhishek : Exactly ... Le lo .. pyaar se de raha hu na..

Though reluctantly but she took it.. she bent to touch his feet..

Abhishek : Arrey aisa nahi karte..

And he took her into a hug.. they smiled wholeheartedly looking at each other..

Naira looked at Kartik who was all smiles.. she went to her and hugged him.. he kept her hands on her back too.. she wasn't ready to leave him even after a minute and he understood she was trying to hide her tears..

Kartik : Naira..

Kartik hugged her tightly..

Kartik : Naira.. rona hai to ro lo.. hum dono hi to bass hai.. ro lo man halka ho jayega..

Naira kept hugging him.. Kartik and Abhishek looked at each other and exchanged smiles.. a smile which was of pure happiness, love, satisfaction, contentment and positivity..

Naira left him after a while.. Kartik lift her chin up.. rubbed off her tears with his thumb.. and smiled .. she also smiled..

Afterwards they trio spent the whole day with each other.. they went for shopping, movies, they had their lunch and dinner outside.. bought each other small but several gifts.. and enjoyed their day to the fullest..
