He Scares Me

Chapter Three

It was nearly like you had found Prince Charming, because the sunshine haired lad practically worshipped your every step and move. However, Kida sometimes made you feel afraid and unnerved, because his entire demeanor would change upon seeing that same mysterious stranger from the amusement park, but everyone always had someone they just could not stand and you chose to believe that. Even so, the attitude change was still unsettling and bugging you, because the golden haired boy would turn super overprotective and immediately take you home, but you could never get an explanation out of him. "Whoa! Hey, there!" Kida said, while you immediately jumped into his arms and hugged him, as he smiled and spun you around like a princess. "How'd you managed to convince your parents this time? You snuck out, didn't you? I'm becoming a bad influence on you. But, I'm not sorry, though."

The sunshine haired boy had practically dragged you to the movie theaters, because there was a new scary movie that had recently come out. Fortunately, the horror genre was your favorite, because you loved spooky and supernatural stories, but Kida did not seem to share your enthusiasm. He was flinching and whimpering nearly at every little sound, but that was not the most funny and adorable part, because the most funny and adorable part was seeing him scream and accidentally knock down your popcorn bag. "I'm so sorry, (Y/N)! This movie is just really scary." Kida apologized, as you giggled and reassured him with a peck on his lips, while standing up and leaving to get another refill. "Hurry back, (Y/N)! I want to have my cuddle buddy when the ghost comes out again."

The popcorn and drink refills were going to take awhile, because the staff were preparing another customer's order, but you did not see anyone else around. However, the thought soon slipped your mind, because you really needed to use the bathroom, but the notion of using the bathroom in a nearly empty movie theater was terrifying. On the other hand, the idea of actually peeing yourself was much more terrifying, because you were on a date with practically modern day Prince Charming. "I have like the most annoying bladder ever," you muttered, while stepping inside the bathroom and looking around, as the door loudly slammed shut behind you, but you could have sworn the door was propped open. "Oh no!"

There was someone inside the bathroom with you, because you could hear their footsteps and laughter. It sent shivers down your spine, because the person sounded like an absolute psycho. They eventually came to a standstill and right behind you, because you could see their shadow on the bathroom tiles. The person then reached out and gently turned you around, but this was not just any random weirdo, because this person was the mysterious stranger that Kida was always keeping you away from. "My name is Izaya and I'm strictly here on business," he said, while pushing you up against the wall, as you quietly cried and looked away from him. "I bet you don't know a lot about your boyfriend. He once dated a girl, but she ended up staying a long time at the hospital, because he was involved in a gang war and could not protect her. If you stay with him any longer, then you might just end up getting hurt like she did. I advise you to break up with him. He is not good for you, (Y/N)."

The ebony haired lad chuckled and took a step back from you. It was all that you needed to make a mad dash towards the bathroom door. However, Kida was on the other side and had immediately noticed your frightened state. He quickly embraced you in a bear hug, but you did not feel comforted at all, because everything Izaya said was swarming in the back of your head. "I want to leave," you said, while he nodded and walked you home, but nothing was the same, because you had kept your distance from him the entire time. "Thanks. I'll be going inside now. Goodnight, then."

Unfortunately, Kida was not about to let you leave like that. He reached out and pulled you into his arms. It seemed like he was going to kiss you. However, Kida never did kiss you. The sunshine haired boy was only holding you captive in his embrace. "Izaya talked to you, didn't he?" Kida asked, while you nodded and winced, as his arms frightfully tightened around you. "I can't believe you weren't going to tell me. Were you going to believe his lies, too? You know, I was going to confess everything, but now I don't know anymore. After all, I don't see a point in confessing to a person who can't even trust their own boyfriend. Goodnight, (Y/N)!"

A/N: What do you think? I hope that you liked it.
