Travis' POV

          Abby and I have been watching My Little Horsies for almost two hours. I tried to make some conversations with her but she seems to be not interested so she just ignores me. I mean she still hates me so it makes sense. Hmm, maybe she would want something to eat or drink.

"Hey Abby, you want to eat or drink anything?" I asked her.

"Umm.. maybe some orange juice." She answered still keeping her eye on the TV.

"Okay" I said as I stood up from the couch and made my way to the kitchen.

I checked the fridge and found a pitcher of orange juice. I took it out and closed the door of the fridge.

I took out a tall glass out of the cabinets. As I poured the orange juice in the glass, I heard the front door open.

I stopped pouring and placed the pitcher down. I then noticed Abby missing.

"Abby?" I called out. The TV was still turned on and I panicked.

"Abby? Abby?! ABBY??!!" I called her once again until I heard a little girl calling for help from outside.

The front door was left open and I rushed outside. Thats when I saw Abby being bullied by Ivan and his gang.

Ugh, what is with Ivan coming here??!! Seriously I hate that guy.

"Get away from me!!" Abby yelled at them.

"And what are you gonna do about it little girl??" Ivan smirked.

"I'm gonna call daddy!"

"Aww, youw gonna call youw daddy?" He mocked.

Abby tried to kick him in the leg but Ivan pushed her to the ground.

He and his gang kept laughing and mocking at her while Abby was crying.

"Hey! You leave her alone!" I yelled as I walked towards them.

"Travis, been a while since we've seen each other." He crossed his arms.

"And I never wanted to see you again so why not you just leave?!" I said.

Ivan then punched me in the guts, real hard. He punched me again which made me fell on the ground.

"Travis!!" Abby cried out. I groaned but still got up.

Why in the world would he punch me  right where I got stabbed?! Geez Ivan, have you been watching the news lately?!

"Just get away from Abby, Ivan" I said picking her up and have my right arm carry her.

"And what are you gonna do about it? Turn me into a cat? Ooo~ I'm so scared" He mocked once more.

Well, I have been trying to learn how to do a cat spell. Kinda easy to learn surprisingly.

I smirked. While my right arm was carrying Abby, I hid my left arm behind my back and fiddled my fingers to do the spell.

I then quietly said the words, quiet enough for both Ivan, his friends and Abby to not hear. Before you knew it,  Ivan and his gang were then turned into cats.

"Meow!"
"Meow?"
"Meow.."

"In you face loosers!!!" Abby stuck out her tongue and I laughed.

The three cats started running away from us and we both went back in my house.

I closed the door and placed Abby on the couch. I hissed in pain from the punch Ivan gave me.

"Are you okay Travis?" Abby asked in concern. Wow, I never heard her be concerned about me.

"I-I'm fine, just a little sore from that punch. How about you? Are you okay?"

She showed me her left arm and lifted her left leg revealing each having a wound. Luckily, both weren't bleeding yet it does look bad.

"Oh no.. I can't let your dad see this, or else its gonna be my fault." I said.

"It hurts" She said as she started tearing up a bit.

"Hey, don't cry. Umm.."

I tried to think what I can do. I could get the first aid kit and bandaged up her wounds, but then Jeffory and Katelyn will still see it. Thats when an idea popped up in my head.

"Wait here. I'll be back."

She nodded and I rushed upstairs. I still felt sore in my stomach but I think I can manage.

I tried to find the spellbook my dad gave me back in high school. It was also hidden in my clothes in my drawers with the ringbox cuz why not.

Once I found it, I flipped through the pages and found the healing spell. I tried to reread the words just to be sure. I then closed the book and hid it back in my clothes and closed my drawers.

I rushed back downstairs and kneeled down in front of Abby.

"Okay, hold still Abby."

"What are you doing?" She asked.

I closed my eyes and tried to focus. I hovered both my hands on both her wounds and I whispered the words of the healing spell.

I heard a gasp from Abby. Once I fifnished the spell, I opened my eyes and saw the wounds were healed, as if nothing happened.

I saw Abby was in shock as her jaw was dropped down and just looked at both her arm and leg in awe.

"H-How did you do that?"

"I'm kind of a half warlock so I kinda can do spells." I rubbed the back of my neck.

"Wow.." she was in pure shock. "Does Auntie Katelyn and daddy know?"

"Auntie Katelyn? Yes. Your daddy? No. But I would like to keep this as a secret though. Three people already know about my powers and I don't want everyone to know."

"But why?" She tilted her head.

"I just want to keep everyone safe, thats all." I smiled at her reassuringly.

"Oh.."

"Can you keep this as a secret for me? Please?"

She stared at me for a bit but smiled. She placed a hand over her chest and said, "I promise"

I smiled back and hugged her but still winced in pain again.

I instantly pulled away from the hug and did the healing spell on me.

Abby watched me again and once I was done, I felt a lot better.

"Why did you still help me?" Abby asked.

"What do you mean?"

"I was being so mean to you in the past and right now yet you still helped me from those bullies and healed me from my wounds."

"Because even if you didn't like me nor wanted us to be friends, I still want to be a good person to you. Even if there are some people who still hate you, you have to atleast be a good friend to them no matter what. Isn't it that what My Little Horsies teach you? That you still have to show kindness even to the people you hate or the ones who hate you?" I smiled.

She lowered her head and said, "To be honest, I really think you are a good guy. You won a unicorn plush for me and you were so caring and kind to me. I just didn't know how to show it."

"Thats why earlier I said that I've experienced this before. Katelyn also had a hard time showing her kindness and affection towards others before so I helped her. Auntie Katelyn really did rubbed her personality on you, huh?" I chuckled and Abby giggled.

"And by the way, you know forcing your dad and Aubtie Katelyn to be together is wrong right?"

"I know. Its just... I miss having a mom. I always knew daddy and Auntie Katelyn were a thing so thats why I always wished that they will be together."

"Look, I know Auntie Katelyn has been a great person to you and you two have such an amazing bond. But you can't just force people to be together. You have to respect their opinions."

"But.. Kawaii-Chan ships some of your friends and they mostly end up together."

"Thats true but not every couple she ships end up together. She only ships them because of the chemistry she sees, she doesn't force them to be in love."

"Oh.. but were daddy and Auntie Katelyn shipped before?"

"Yep, in high school."

She smiled until tears started forminh into her eyes.

"Hey, whats wrong?"

"I-I'm so sorry" She hugged me. I just stood there shock.

"Sorry for what?"

"For everything. I've been mean to you and I've been such a bad girl because I've been forcing Auntie Katelyn and daddy to be together. I'm really sorry, can you forgive me?"

I faced to her and smiled, "Of course"

She hugged me tighter and I hugged her back.
