Throughout the week, I was texting Butters. It got to the point where we were up all night talking. Even throughout the school day, we'd be texting. It was great. Every time I looked to my phone; I couldn't help but smile.

Butters- Good morning, I hope you slept well. I'll see you at school.

Me- I slept great. Hopefully, I'll see you later : )

"Earth to (Y/N)," Wendy called, causing me to look up from my phone.

"Huh?" I replied.

Bebe, Heidi, Red, and Wendy all stood around me talking about something. I was trying to pay attention until I got that text from Butters. He easily took my attention.

"What has all your attention over there?" Bebe asked.

"W-well, I've kind of been talking to Butters..." I told them. "I really like him."

They all gave me the same blank look until Wendy finally said, "Well, that's good. That's really good for you...and him."

"Actually, now that she's said something, the two of them would make a rather cute couple," Heidi commented.

The other girls nodded in agreement.

"Anyways, (Y/N), to get back on topic, Stan's dad is going on some crazy trip again, so Stan is throwing a party," Wendy said. "You're coming right, (Y/N)?"

I didn't really know what to say. A party meant I'd have to be around a lot of people. I still didn't really know most people at this school, and I didn't think I wanted to go and get drunk around all of them.

"Butters will be there," Red chimed.

"R-really?" I asked.

"Of course, Stan is like one of his best friends," Wendy added,

"Well...yeah, I guess I can come," I told them.

All the girls smiled to me and continued to chat among themselves. However, I went to my phone to text Butters to see if he'd really be there.

Me- Are you going to Stan's party?

He instantly replied.

Butters- Yeah, I planned on it. Hey, do you want to go together?

Me- yeah, I'd love to.

I couldn't help but grin like an idiot as I sent my last message. It was going to be the first time Butters and I went out in public together, and although, it may be soon, I was hoping he'd ask me to be his girlfriend sooner than later.
