You'll take one of those pages, and flip it, making sure to fold strongly enough to see the mark later

Should end up looking like that. You can also flip the "page" to the other side, the only difference will be that you'll have those "pages" on the right instead of on the left.

Now you unfold, and you should see the mark in the middle, where the black line is.

Again, this part could be kinda tricky (depends on how awful my explanation is) as you can see in the picture, the red line has to go where the blue one is (the blue line is where the mark is, since the previous step was to have the reference of where to fold now). Green line is more or less where the fold should be.

Should look like that.

Next step is pretty much repeating the same but with the other side

I think next part is pretty clear, basically folding where the green line is that the side highlighted in red ends up in the middle
