I finally updated! The lack of motivation I have for any of my stories is crazy..I really need to start posting more often.

(Hours later after the little quarrel Tanjiro and Muichiro had.)

Muichiros pov:

When Tanjiro went to sleep I started getting ready to head out I left a note on the kitchen counter telling Tanjiro that I went out for a walk and that I'll be back in a bit if he ever woke up to find that I'm gone. In truths I was so pissed off on what happened today that I needed to burn off some self esteem. By letting off some steam I mean to get rid of the problem that started this..

I put on my sweater and slid on my shoes and headed out, locking the door behind me quietly. I followed the direction where that girl went. I managed to find her house and she wasn't living alone there were two more girls, one with the same butterfly hair clips and long black hair while the other girl has short black hair faded into purple with a different butterfly hair clip. "I guess these bitches are my targets..." I thought to myself as I waited for the right time.

When the lights in their house turned off I knew it was time to act, when everything was silent I snuck in through the window and that was when I saw her sleeping peacefully in her bed.

"How do you feel after doing what you did to my lover.." I whispered to myself before pulling out a knife and prepared to stab her but she woke up and turned on the light but I quickly broke the lamp before she could get a glimpse of me. Then I pounced at her covering her mouth so she wouldnt be able to scream.

"I'll ask you this simple question..Who are you and what relationship do you have with Tanjiro..?" I whispered to her as I slowly began to uncover her mouth.

"You're that bitch that took Tanjiro from me, aren't you!? I was supposed to be his girlfriend!" She yelled catching me off guard and putting me into a choke hold but I was stronger than her and stabbed her so she'd let go of me.

She obviously screamed and that practically woke up the whole neighborhood. I was getting tired of the screaming so I took her out of her misery. Just as I thought I was done the other two girls came in and tried to attack me. The taller one lunged at me with a knife but I dodge and knocked her out but the shorter one held me at gun point.

"Drop your weapon!" she yelled loading her gun.

I slowly put down my knife and put my hands up to show that there's nothing else in my hand.

She pulled out her phone and began to call the police but that left an opening for me. Before she could shoot I ducked down quickly grabbed my knife and stabbed her leg causing her to fall and groan in pain before knocking her out and taking the gun from her. I knew I should've killed them but my main mission was to get rid of the one with the terrible side ponytail.

I just left them the way they were and decided to head back home to my lovely Tanjiro.

By the time I got home the lights were out. "Tanjiros still asleep.." I sighed in relief as I headed up stairs but suddenly the bedroom lights turned on and Tanjiro ran out of the room looking worried until he laid eyes on me.

"Muichiro! I got so scared I thought you left for good!" He sighed before pulling me into a hug. I of course hugged him back.

"Why would I do that..? is it because of what happened today?" I asked him as he nodded in reply. I chuckled a bit before pulling away from the hug and kissing his cheek gently, "I just left for a little stroll that's all.. Now come on let's head back to bed together," I added as I took his hand and headed back into the room. I changed into my Pajamas and cuddled into bed with Tanjiro but I felt uneasy like I was still mad.

I looked at Tanjiro who was practically half asleep, I smirked as I got in between his legs causing him to wake up completely.

"Muichiro..? What are you-," He started but I stopped him mid sentence.

"You know it's been a while since we last did this..and I know you apologized but you still hurt my feelings today.." I whispered into Tanjiro's ear causing him to shiver as my hands roamed free and found its way to his inner thighs.

"Wait..!"

"No~."

(The next day)

Nezukos pov:

it's been a while since I've last visited my brother. I've been out working and sleeping in all the time on weekends that I forget to even call, so I've decided to pay him a small visit.

when I got to the house I knocked on the door instead of being greeted by my brother I was greeted by Muichiro instead.

"Oh! Hi Muichiro, it's been a while since I've last seen you. didn't you go to America with your brother not so long ago?" I asked and he smiled before nodding in reply.

"Yeah I just got back two days ago..how about you come inside? I can tell you came here to see Tanjiro. I could wake him up if you want," Muichiro said while letting me into the house.

"Oh no, it's fine I'd figure that he'd be sleeping.." I said as I sat down on the couch.

"Would you like something to drink?" He asked.

"Water would be alright." I replied as he nodded and headed to the kitchen.

I was starting to get bored so I turned on the TV and began to scroll through the channels until todays news caught my attention.

"Breaking news, 16 year old Kanao tsuyuri was murder in her home last night. The ladies that she lives with were injured but survived the other two victims are Kanae Kocho who has a mild head concussion, and Shinobu Kocho who's leg was stabbed and also has a mild head concussion. both of them were found unconscious on their own house floor. The suspect is unknown but the police are on it. Remember to stay safe and keep windows and doors locked." The news reporter said before I turned off the TV.

A murder..? and why do the names sound so familiar..? and that's when it hit me! Kanao was Tanjiros childhood friend! She was found murdered in her own house!

Questions and theories were racing through my mind until Muichiro came with the water. "Here's your water. I got some errands to run I'll be back and if Tanjiro asks tell him I went grocery shopping. Bye!" Muichiro told me before putting on his shoes grabbing his coat and keys and leaving.

I was so lost in thought that I completely forgot I was here to visit Tanjiro. I sighed as I went upstairs to wake Tanjiro up and that's when it hit me..could it be that.. No it cant be he goes to therapy now..but...how else could Kanao have died so suddenly..?

No I shouldn't jump into conclusions..

I knocked on the bedroom door like a million times but there was no answer. When I knocked for the last time Tanjiro finally opened the bedroom door but he looked like he got into a fight in his sleep.

His hair was all messed up and his neck was all covered in hickeys not to mention how tired he looked..

"Did you and Muichiro..?" I asked hesitantly before Tanjiro nodded slightly. "Oh.."

We both sat in the living with cups of tea to chat. We talked for a while until I brought up the news that was on the TV this morning about Kanao.

"Wait..what..?" Tanjiros voice dropped and so did his smile.. "She couldn't have died so suddenly..I just talked to her yesterday.."

"I don't know myself..the killer is unknown the still on the loose.." I said patting Tanjiro on the back gently.

We talked about this topic for a while. My suspicions still on Muichiro but they weren't confirmed until Tanjiro brought up the fact how Muichiro left suddenly last night to 'go on a walk'.. which only connected the dots even more.

"Tanjiro..do you think that..Muichiro could've been..the reason of Kanao's death..?" I asked him until his face turned white.

"No..no, that can't be possible..I mean he did seem upset when he saw us together but that doesn't mean he's behind this..does it..?" Tanjiro said clearly he wasn't taking it so well.

"Tanjiro calm down..I'm not saying that it's true I'm just saying it as a theory..Talk to him about it. Your the only one besides Yuichiro that he would open up to.." I said before grabbing my things giving Tanjiro a hug and leaving.

I need to get to the bottom of this..and fast..

Tanjiros pov

So many questions were racing through my mind and they were all revolving around Muichiro..there's no way he could've done that..he changed for the better...

I sighed deeply until I saw the front door open and it was Muichiro. We made eye contact for a while before he put the grocery bags down and headed towards me with a worried expression.

"Hey are you okay..? You look like you just saw a ghost.." Muichiro whispered gently placing his hands on Both sides of my facial cheeks while looking me in the eyes.

"It's-..nothing.." I said holding onto his hands as I sighed deeply.

"You sure it's nothing..? Cause it seems like something." Muichiro asked one more time.

"...where were you last night..? I know you say you went out on a walk but the same night you left..Kanao was reported dead.." I said looking into his eyes for any sign of guilt or fear of getting caught but all I saw was slight annoyance..

"Is that why Nezuko came by today..? To try and ruin out relationship again?" He groaned before getting up and storming off.

"Muichiro come back.. I'm not saying that it was you who killed her. But you could be a suspect.." I called out to him but he ignored me and slammed the door behind him.

I sighed deeply thinking about how I could fix this situation I got myself into but I still couldn't shake the feeling that Muichiro was trying to avoid the question because I was getting closer to the truth..
