Soooo I decided to do this just to give some info about me. It's nothing super personal but I thought it would be nice to share some facts.

The person who tagged me was Feniksiara (I hope to God I spelled that right) and the rules are

So, breaking a few rules, but...

10 Facts About Me

1. I am currently writing this while there is a thunderstorm outside; and I am absolutely terrified of them. I think part of it is a startle reflex, and the other is just a sensory overload kind of thing (bright light, loud noises)

2. I actually am studying to be in the medical field, specifically a surgical/operating room position. While I admire nurses, you gotta be a special kind of person to do that - something I am not.

3. Psychology is my major, and I find that I do have a knack for listening to people talk about their problems. But as a profession... that ain't for me either.

4. I have blue eyes - with heterochromatic centers, which are very common, that are yellow - but my sister swears up and down that they are blue-green. If anything, I think they're blue-grey, so she's clearly the crazy one.

5. I hate confrontation. Hate it. But for some reason I gotta open my big mouth and start fights I can't win. Mostly debates - I don't try and go for the first fights.

6. I am also scared of the dark, I literally have nightmares about it, but I can't sleep with a nightlight on because the light distracts me.

7. I enjoy hunting, and had shot competitively for two... three? Years. Unfortunately my team did not have a collegiate squad so I could not continue to pursue that path. My college is located too far away for me to conveniently travel back and forth for practices anyways.

8. I do live in the United States. I will say I don't live on the coast, but that only narrows it down to, like, 30 states that I could possibly live in.

9. I am a cat person, but am not opposed to dogs at all. In fact, I have two family dogs and they are absolute sweethearts. But I have always grown up with cats and thus they own a special place in my heart.

10. I can't speak a foreign language to save my life but I have "learned" three French songs that I had no idea what the lyrics mean (okay, I looked them up, so I have some idea) but I imitate the sounds and pretend that I'm fluent. I also know the English version of "Here" by Junna so when June started singing it I blew my roommate's mind until I confessed that I truthfully had no idea what the literal translation was.

Honestly I'm not really "writing" anything right now. So I guess I can share an idea I've had:

I'm sure most of y'all can tell that Ratchet and Megatron are two of my favorite bots. Whirl is also one of them, and I'd say those three tie for first place in my list of favorites. BUT, Transformers Prime - wise it's Megatron and Ratchet, hands down. I've also been enjoying stories that have a lot of Jack angst (that sounds like such a dirty word and it makes me uncomfortable writing it like that but "angst" just means: a feeling of deep anxiety or dread, typically an unfocused one about the human condition or the state of the world in general).

Soooooo, it hit me one day. A spark of inspiration, one that was quickly destroyed by laziness and unmotivated fingers. I wanted to write my own Jack-centric story because I have been inspired by other good stories to do something, but it never really settled on a solid plot that I thought was unique and could call my own. Until I thought of "Flying Mind."

Jack sends Miko and Rafael back through the Groundbridge with Fowler while he stays behind to get the data drive that downloaded the Iacon database from the Nemesis. As we all know our boy gets in trouble when Knock Out wakes up from stasis, but Ratchet saves the day by giving a second opinion.

I thought what would happen if Ratchet couldn't make it through the Groundbridge back to base?

So now I have the barest of plots, the thinnest of threads, running through my mind where Ratchet and Jack become Decepticon prisoners, and the pair have to work together to survive whatever Megatron has in store for them. Clearly, there would be a lot of manipulation, some torture . . . And I do like the idea of exploring Jack and Megatron's interactions. Clearly the human is very much like Orion Pax, perhaps even Optimus Prime, so what would Megatron think of that? Nothing good, probably.

So, that's my stuffs. Hope you all liked reading it, and I might do one of these again, it was kind of fun! We'll see.
