"Do you have plans tonight?" He asked me while we were lying down in a picnic cloth.

It was a beautiful sunny day. The sun doesn't burn my skin, but it was enough for us. We went on a picnic. Honestly, he asked me if I was available and if I have no other plans, I told him I have none and I intend to spend this day with him, and he was already prepared for a picnic.

He's such a man.

"I have no things in mind, why?"

He just replied with a smile.

"Where are we exactly?" I asked him when we arrived at somewhere unfamiliar to me.

It was only 30 minutes away from the picnic spot from earlier. A bit far from home...

"You will love it here. Trust me..." He said, and he offered his hand to me.

I gave a second to look at his hand and back to his face. I smiled and took his hand. He immediately intertwined it with his. I was almost taken aback to it, but I remembered that we were already a couple.

"Whenever I feel happy, I always go to this place. Because I can't help but overthink that after being happy, there will be a cost..." He said and sighed.

His smile always takes me aback. For so long, for how many fictional stories that I have read, I always wanted a guy that is tall, muscular, rich... Cold. I don't know but cold guys attract me so much, in stories or books at least. Kaiden almost had all the things I wanted in a man... Except that he smiles a lot, he is so kind.
