002
-Hello there! - a colleague she had known from the very beginning of her job as a prison psychologist greeted her with a cheerful hand wave. She nodded and replied with a simple "Morning". - Where are you going, head doctor? Shouldn't you come in an hour?
-No - she kept her voice emotionless, trying not to show that she was slightly irritated. "How long is he going to stalk me?", she wondered. "A dash of consideration for my introvert nature would be very pleasing..." - I have a session with Ash Lynx, as you probably know. You are my stalker, after all.
-A stalker? - His eyes became wider. - Aren't you a little bit overdramatic? I don't come over under your windows to take photos of you while you are sleeping or something. If I did such things I would be one of your clients, not one of your mates from the job.
She shrugged her shoulders with a fixed expression, giving him a sign that his monologue did not convince her.
-But besides your shameful accusation, I think I am obligated to inform you that Ash Lynx has been discharged. A few days ago, I think. - Devastation on his colleague's face told him that she didn't know that. - Higher-ups hadn't told you that?
The woman shook her head, still in shock. "Ash Lynx. Discharged... By whom?".
-Who bailed him out? - She asked, her voice was shaking audibly as her fingers clasped strongly on the papers in her hands.
-Some guys came here and gave a proper sum of money. I saw them when they were taking that blonde boy out. Two of them looked like foreigners. But that's not our business, is it miss Freud?
She nodded but felt low, as if someone put heavy stones into her soul.
-But what about my results? I was told to...
-I think leadership will give you another man to examine. Don't worry about it - he tried to cheer her up.
-I see... It seems I have a free hour then - she said with her eyes on the ground. Before the man could say something she walked away in a fast tempo.
The day went normal. But late that night she was contemplating about particular blonde boy.
On the balcony, with soothing cigarette smoke around her slender, almost naked body, she couldn't understand the situation. She looked up to the sky, which was full od little, shiny flecks here and there. She moved the cigarette from one corner of her mouth to another.
-Where did you flee, Ash?
Little did she know... He wasn't that far away from her...
