The next morning after the events of the perverse day, I was the first one to walk up in the center so I quietly left the center with my pokemon in order to get some training in with my newer members since I only had the for a few days. So to get ready for the gym, we are going to work on your stamina since the more you have, the longer you can last in a fight & your speed since some of you will need that speed for the next 2 gyms" I told my team since some of them looked like they wanted to know why we were up are 5:30 in the morning, after I finished speaking my pokemon let out a roar of determination before the went to work. Out of all my pokemon, Rin was train the hardest since she was using the currents from a nearby river to strengthen her body.  I quickly went to workout since I was going to need a strong body to use aura well.

Time skip 2 hours.

After training for the past 2 hours, I had gotten my pokemon back to their balls before I headed back to the center. When I entered the center, I had given my pokemon to one of the center's Chancey so my team would get a quick cheek up before I quickly taken a shower. After about 12 minutes , I had gotten my team back with a full clean bill of health before I got breakfast for both myself & my pokemon. After a while the girls joined me for breakfast though it seems like they aren't morning person's, after about 30 minutes we were ready to head though mount moon. Before we left the center the girls got their pokemon a clean health bill & Nurse Joy thanks us for our help with both team rocket & Onix before she gave use a reward which was $20,000 poke-dollars each for us to use on our journey.

We then started to make our way though the mountain which was more alive with the pokemon moving about without a sense for fear since Onix was no longer attacking out in rage." According to my rotom phone, we should have about 20-40 minutes of walking left to do before we reach the end of mt.moon" I told the girls as I looked up from my phone only to sweat drop when I saw the the girls did not hear me as they were in girl talk mode so I had put my phone back into my pocket and kept walking. We had made our way out of Mt.Moon & according to the signs, Cerulean City was a about  two day walk at the most from Mt.Moon. Thankfully the road was fairly flat so we made great time before night fall, as the sun was setting I quickly set up my camping capsule while the girls went to get some water & firewood since I was going to do a cook out for dinner. With Ash's help I was able to get the grill & air fryer set up by the  time the girls got back so I started to cook dinner right away while the girls feed the pokemon.

I had made some hot dogs & burgers with some french fries since I wanted to show off my cooking skills that seemed to follow me from my old life & as soon as the girls started to eat, they gave me praise for cooking such a filling & yummy dinner. Very soon all the food I had made was gone which surprised me since I made so much food, the girls started to wash the dishes or dinner while the pokemon played & trained with each other. I had told the girls I was going for a swim in one  of the lakes that where by ware we had set up camp & just in case I had brought Rin & Gem with me since some water pokemon might attack me while I'm swimming.

I had gotten to the lake before I let out Rin & Gem before I quickly changed into my swimsuit & started to swim in the lake. It was nice to take some time  to myself since one must have rest  in between both training & traveling other wise a person body with break under the pressure. The next morning we had got up early  & made breakfast before we headed out to Cerulean city which thanks to the map on my rotom phone  was about 3-4 hours which mean we would get there around noon. As we walked along the road Me,Yellow,Leaf & Serena were challenged by some trainers who thought that since we came though Mt.Moon, we are trainers that only had 1 gym badge to our name. I was not shocked when the girls beat 8-15 trainers each which was nice since not only did they get some experience & training for their newer pokemon on their teams but also they learned new moves or evolved.

For Leaf, her Bulbasaur learned  Solar Beam & Energy Ball which raised some eyebrows with me but Leaf told me later that she had two 1 time use TM's that she used to help her starter with the basic's of the moves. Her Metapod evolved into a Butterfree & gained moves that the species normally gets upon evolution, her Poliwag  evolved into Poliwhirl & learned new moves as well, I also scanned her Poliwhirl with my phone.

Poliwhirl,the Tadpole Pokémon. A Water type. Poliwhirl can live on land or in the water. Its skin always feels slippery. Staring at the swirl on its belly can result in drowsiness.Its highly developed muscles allow Poliwhirl to move efficiently on land, but it is even more agile in water.

Yellow's pokemon learned new moves with Chu-Chu unlocking her egg move Volt tackle & Talon learning Drill run & Gust after watching a few pidgey & spearow use gust during the battles. Unlike the other girls, Serena not only thanks to the battles got her Fennekin to learn flame charge & Flamethrower but also got a male Fletchling from a passing flock to join her team since the flock was passing by, as she was getting to know her new pokemon I scanned it with my dex.

Fletchling,the Tiny Robin Pokémon. Although Fletchling's chirp is quite beautiful to hear, it is relentlessly tough with those who enter its territory.This Pokémon is normally calm, but once it enters battle, its hormonal balance changes and it becomes aggressive. Fletchling can be found in both rural and urban areas. They once had a huge territorial dispute with Squawkabilly. Fights broke out all over town.

While my pokemon did not get new moves,they did get experience that some of them needed since 5 of the pokemon I have on hand were going to be used for my next two gym battles. After a quick rest we made our way to the city which at that point was about a hour away,we quickly were able to get Cerulean city, rent rooms at the pokemon center which were thankfully  right across from each other. Yellow & Asia went to the market in order to get some things that they as healers & breeders need in order to do their profession & pick up new tricks to use, Leaf & Serena  went to do some poke-jobs which mostly were to deal with some pokemon that were causing some trouble with the fishermen, while they were doing that I had signed up for my gym battle which was scheduled for 3 days from now.

Time skip 2 day Later

I was just minding my own business with Luna after I took on the nugget bridge challenge which unlike the games had 40 trainers & if you beat all of them, not only will you get 10 nuggets if you beat the first 10(which I sold since I pasted a mart & got some backup money for emergency) but also I had gotten to my shock was a  Bulbasaur that was sent to the lab under my name by the group in charge of the nugget challenge as a hidden prize. Just the day before I had helped officer Jenny stop a team of rocket grunts from stealing & Selling a Squirtle from the center but when I took the pokemon back to the center, I found out that the squirtle was a wild one that had been living at the center for a few weeks.

Suddenly I hear sounds of a battle nearby at one of the battlefields in the city which I was going to pass by when my Aura tugged me towards that battle. I got the battle just in time to see a charmander that I recognized as a female panting while facing a knockout rattata with the referee announcing with the crowd roaring" And with that Rattata is unable to battle & with charmander is still standing, which means that the winner is with 20 wins in a row trainer Cross!". I was surprised & quickly looked over to see that the trainer was indeed Cross from the I Choose You movie.

" Is there anyone who can give me a real challenge?" Cross asked with a slight smirk & argent tone in his voice that I knew all to well, I looked around to see no one was stepping forward which was not a surprise since no one had came close to beating Cross... so with that in mind I walked forward to the front of the crowd & said with a pokeball in my hand & Luna next to me" I'll take you on if you want".Cross's smirk faded & looked over at me on the other side of the field sizing me up & while he was doing that, some of the trainers in the crowd started to talk.

Cross begin before I interrupted with" Skya use Agility then Quick attack end this quick".Cross never got to finish the order because Skya moved so quickly that she tackled charmander while Cross was speaking , charmander then stumbled back to him stopping right at his feet with swirls in it's eyes.

"C-Charmander is unable to battle which means Pidgey is the winner,& the victor is Jacob Ketchum!" The Referee said with a bit of awe in his voice. Cross was shocked that lost so easily after wining so many battles in a row, he felt something tug his leg causing him to look down to see charmander looking at him with an apologetic look that caused Cross to become angry. It was at this time that I saw Cross's Midnight Lycanroc was standing behind him though I could tell that it had a small scared look on it's face & what happened next showed why.

"Get away from me you lizard!" Cross said  before he kicked charmander away from him which caused everyone to gasp in shock at Cross's actions, almost immediately Skya landed and moved in front of charmander in a defensive stance. I quickly went over to charmander with Luna quickly using heal pulse to help charmander before I looked at Cross & asked with a small growl " What did you do that for?! Charmander only lost once out of 21 battles & thats mostly because Charmander was exhausted, what you should have done was recalled charmander & switch to another pokemon like your Lycanroc!" 

"That's the problem it lost the battle, when it should have won like the other 20 times.Why should I waist using one of my stronger pokemon against a newbie like you, I don't have time for this I got places to be" Cross said before he brought out charmander's pokeball, placed on the ground before he smashed it shocking very one who was around before he quickly left with his Lycanroc. Heartbroken Charmander started to cry as she fell to her knees on the field but before many tears fell from her eyes, she felt herself get picked up from behind & she turned her head to see that the trainer that beat her old trainer so easy, she was surprised to see that one of his hands was glowing faintly which to her felt nice."I'll so sorry little one, this was not suppose to happen to you" I said looking down at the charmander who was crying & whimpering into my chest while Luna & Skya made sounds to comfort her before she drifted off to sleep. I quickly returned the girls before I took charmander to the pokemon center & boy let me tell you what... Nurse Joy was not happy when she saw Charmander, not to mention when I told her that her old trainer abandoned her & just left after she lost a battle.

Miss Joy quickly took charmander before she took her to one of the treatment rooms leaving me in the lobby for a few minutes before I decided to held over to the phone's & called my parents & Professor Oak who was being vised by Gary. As soon as they saw me after answering  they asked me whats wrong to which I sighed before I told them them what has happens in the last three days & to say that mom was trying to cheer me up while dad & Prof'Oak had a very angry look on their faces while Gary left to building to he could let out his anger without damaging the lab. After we talked for a good 20-25 minutes before they had to get back to work since I had called them during their breaks, after I hanged up the phone I was using before I went over to Nurse Joy who told me that I could see charmander the next day to which I thanked her for the update before I went outside to see Asia who had volunteered to watch most of my pokemon while I was out, I let Luna & Skya out who went over to where my other pokemon were & started to tell them what happened before I went over to Asia & leaded my head on her lap which was soft & not to mention that she gently ran her hand through my hair.

Time Skip next day.

I stood outside the Cerulean gym ready to take on the gym leader which would ether be Misty like the games & anime or a sub for her & if thats the cause then it would be a 3v3 battle, I was hoping that the girls would be able to watch the battle but they are doing at the last minute since we are leaving the city after lunch , about as much poke-jobs as they can as well as much food as they can get from the store.(To my surprise was that they brought alot of cooking items but the biggest thing was 4 meat grinders & alot of bowls) 

I quickly enter the gym & head to the lobby desk before I showed my ID & thankfully the lady who was on the day shift of the lobby told me that Misty was waiting at the gym field through the door to her right, I thanked her before I walked in to the arena. Misty was waiting for me & when I got to were challengers stand in her gym, she said with pokeball in hand" Welcome challenger to the Cerulean City gym, I'm the gym leader Misty Williams".

I got out one of my pokeball just as the Ref said "This will be a 2v2  Match between the gym leader Misty & the Challenger  Jacob Ketchum from Pallet Town, only the challenger may switch their pokemon,please send out your first pokemon"

"Misty calls Staryu!" She said as she let out her first pokemon, I scanned it with my dex to see if any information could help me.

Staryu: The Star shaped pokemon. A water type. The core shines in a rainbow of seven colors , a core that is valued by some as a type of Jewelry.

I put my dex away before I thrown out my pokeball while saying"Skya I choose you!" & Skya appeared flying in the air as I caught her pokeball." Staryu Vs Pidgey,Battle begin!" The Ref said.

"Staryu use water gun,rapid fire" Misty ordered quickly just as I ordered" Skya use Agility & double team to avoid getting hit!' Staryu quickly fired water gun in a fast pace while at the same time Skya made copy's of herself while using agility to make those clones move around rapidly as a way to try to make Staryu to make a mistake, it was a before minutes of the game of cat & mouse before I ordered" Use  sand attack to blind it",Skya rapidly flapped her wings which lunched sand into the air around Staryu,which not blinding it but also slightly hurting too but before long Misty commanded " Use Rapid spin to dispel the sand quickly!"

Staryu spun very fast to remove the sand but not fast enough to dodge Skya who used a well timed Aerial ace which not only knocked out Staryu but also gave Skya the push to evolve into Pidgeotto. I scan Skya to see what new moves she had gotten while Misty returned Staryu.

"Staryu is unable to battle which means Pidgeotto is the winner" The Ref said. Making a quick decision I return Skya & told Misty who had a confused look "Even though Skya did not take any damage, I was not going to let her battle so soon after evolving besides.... my other pokemon has not battled yet,Rin I choose you!" & called out Rin who look like she was ready to fight in her element.Misty nods her head before she returned staryu before she throws out a pokeball saying" Misty calls Starmie!" & out comes a blue starfish that was bigger then Staryu, I quickly brought out my phone to scan the new pokemon.

Starmie, the Mysterious Pokemon, It's central core glows with the seven colors of the rainbow. Some people value the core as a gem.

" Starmie Vs Magikarp, Battle begin!" The Ref said.

"Starmie use swift while spinning with rapid spin!" Misty ordered while I order Rin to get into the water to avoid taking to much damage, Starmie was much faster with it's a attack then it's 1st stage form since Rin was able to get into the water but not before she took some hits from the swift attack. Thinking fast I ordered "Rin, use water gun while moving so that starmie can get a fix on you!" & just as I say that starmie started to fire another wave of swift but thanks to Rin's training of swimming against opposite water currents she was able to quickly avoid the stars  while she returned fire. This went on for a few minute's & just when starmie looked like it was starting to tire, Misty ordered "Starmie use Power gem while using rapid spin!".

I was so surprised at the command that starmie was able to quickly fire it's attack which was red in color & hit Rin dead on, she was sent flying from were she was to  the edge of the field. Just as Rin shock of her dizziness, Misty ordered starmie to use thunderbolt & at the same time I'd shouted in worry for Rin to avoid it but the attack was too fast since starmie was close  & just when the attack was about to hit her, Rin glowed with the light of evolution. I took out my dex just as the light faded & there stood Rin as a  Gyarados who looked at starmie with a very angary look.

Gyarados: The Atrocious Pokémon, a water & flying type. Brutally vicious and enormously destructive. Known for totally destroying cities in ancient times.

Gyarados: Rin: Female,Ability: Lightning Rod & Intimidate,type Water.Move set:Tackle,Dragon Breath, Water gun,Sunny day,Rainy day,water pulse,Hyper beam,Twister,Crunch, Chilling Water,Scary face, Aqua Tail

"Rin use Crunch & Ice fang together while Starmie is stunned!" I ordered & to my shock Rin despite her size was able to move very quickly that she was able land her attack on starmie which sent it flying into the edge of the battlefield feinted.

"Starmie is unable to battle & Gyarados is the victor, which means that the challenger Jacob Ketchum of Pallet Town" The ref announced which caused me to sigh in relief  but before I could move, Rin came over to me & rubbed her cheek while wagging her tail like a dog since I was giving her very good scratches. Misty came over with a smile on her face before she hand me the badge while saying "Congratulations on beating me challenger, heres is the badge of this gym the Cascade badge. if your looking for the closet gym then I recommend Vermilion city"

I thanked Misty for the battle & the badge before I returned Rin  & headed back to the pokemon center. When I got there, I gave Rin & Skya to nurse Joy to have a quick cheek up before I went over to the girls to show off my new badge to which the girls were happy to see me with,after about 20 minutes of waiting I was called to pick my pokemon but just as before I could leave the counter, I was knocked to the ground by two blurs. I was surprised to see that it was the charmander & squirtle I had helped days before, I heard Nurse Joy giggle before I looked over to her & she told me that these two wanted to go with me so I caught them both, before I went over the teleporter & sent over to the lab Luna,Skya,Rin,Riolu,Nyx & Gem so that they could take a break before I brought my new Bulbasaur & the pokemon that I had saved back in Viridian city Poliwag, thankfully Prof' Oak told me she was cleared from medical leave.

Me & the girls then quickly packed up our things before I turned in our room key to nurse Joy before we started to head out of Cerulean city to Vermilion city which depending on the time of year,the weather & if a person is using a pokemon guide would take between 9 days to 3.5 weeks at the least. Along the road to were we could stop for the night I'd looked over my four new pokemon's moves & was trying to think of a name for them but I could not at the moment.

The last 7 days have been a long road with some crazy things going on for our little group as we traveled. The first thing that happened was that like the anime we ran into AJ & Giselle & while the encounter with AJ was the same, Giselle was much worse then her counter part when it came to how she acted but what took the cake was when she challenged both Leaf & Yellow to a battle which caused Leaf's Bulbasaur & Yellows starter Ash to evolve into Ivysaur & Charmeleon  & as soon as they did I scanned them as did the girls to see their new moves

Ivysaur: The seed pokemon, a Grass & Poison type,When the bulb on its back grows large, it appears to lose the ability to stand on its hind legs.Exposure to sunlight adds to its strength. Sunlight also makes the bud on its back grow larger.

Charmeleon: The Flame Pokemon, a fire type.It has a barbaric nature. In battle, it whips its fiery tail around and slashes away with sharp claws.If it becomes agitated during battle, it spouts intense flames, incinerating its surroundings.

Giselle was so angry that she lost to(in her mind) two trainers that were weaker then her that she smashed the pokeball of her Cubone & left the area leaving cubone alone & hurt but thankfully me & Asia we able to treat cubone of her injures, after that I scanned her while Asia caught her.

Cubone: The Lonely pokemon,a ground type.When the memory of its departed mother brings it to tears, its cries echo mournfully within the skull it wears on its head.This Pokémon wears the skull of its deceased mother. Sometimes Cubone's dreams make it cry, but each tear Cubone sheds makes it stronger.

The second thing that happened was that we came across Damion who had just abandoned  a Mankey,he was shouting & insulting it since he said he got her from a poacher  that told him that she had some T.M moves  all the while Leaf was recording him & just as he was about to leave, the girls jumped on top of him & started to give him a trashing while I went over & started to treat Mankey. After a few minutes the girls got off Damion & tied him up & call officer Jenny, I had just finish treating Mankey & scanned her when officer Jenny arrived with a few officers. 

Mankey: The Pig Monkey Pokémon,A fighting type.It lives in groups in the treetops. If it loses sight of its group, it becomes infuriated by its loneliness.It is extremely quick to anger. It could be docile one moment, then thrashing away the next instant.

We were escorted to the Pokemon Center & just in time since a rain storm was coming in fast & hard, we had given our  & Damion's pokemon to Nurse Joy as well as tell her what happened, after we told her she had a very scary face. After Joy left we gave the officers our statements & showed them the recording of what Damion has done to which after the recording had stopped playing, Officer Jenny told us that Damion will serve time & before she left the girls asked if they could adopt some of Damion's pokemon since Jenny told us that his pokemon were being sent to a therapy center in order to heal from the trauma. Jenny talked with Nurse Joy who gave us the ok but told us that most of the pokemon could not travel so they would be sent to the lab in order to heal. Out of all of Damion's pokemon, Leaf had taken in a Nindorino  & a Female Poliwhril she named Maya,Yellow took in a female Sandshrew,Male Raichu & a Nidorina that feel in love with her Nindorino so she sent him back to the lab for some R&R. Serena had taken in two female eevee that had the seemlier move set as Yellow's eevee(which was a surprise) & a male machop that she sent back to the lab.Asia had taken in two pokemon eggs that were in Damion's backpack & I had taken in Mankey who I'd name Arcee because of her spirit. We had spent the next hour getting to know our new pokemon while the story was passing before we moved on to Vermilion city though along the way I trained the pokemon that I was going to use in the gym & my other pokemon lightly in order to get them use to training.

Mankey: Arcee: Female. Type: fighting. Abilities: Vital Spirit & Anger Point.Moves:Focus Energy,Lear,Bulk up,Swords Dance,Fury Swipes,Swift,Strength,Cut,Low Kick,Low Sweep,Brick Break,Rock tomb,Fire Punch,Ice punch,Thunder Punch,Drain Punch,Shadow Claw,Poison Jab,Double Team,Hidden Power,Iron Tail,Rock Smash,Mud-Slap.

Time skip 3 days.

We had just gotten to Vermilion city at around 9 P.M at night so we went  & checked into the pokemon center right away before we went to our rooms that were to our surprise  joined together. I was in the shower thinking over how much my pokemon have been improving, the 3 starter Pokemon & Arcee were coming along nicely with both training & their recovery which to my surprise, they were training with not only my pokemon but with the girl's pokemon, even going as far as to help Talon evolved into Fearow. I heard a sound from my room so I left the shower to find that in my room was Leaf,Yellow & Serena all in their underwear. All three of the them have looks of lust on their faces so I knew that I was not going to sleep to night.

Time skip 2 days.

I had entered the Vermilion gym with the girls ready to take on Lt.Sarge though I will admit that I was nervous since from Vermilion gym forward challengers are allowed to use a full team  against the gym leaders since Pewter & Cerulean gyms were beginner level for new trainers starting. I was escorted to the battlefield by a gym trainer who announced that a Challenger has come to the gym while the girls went to the stand to watch & on the other side of the  battlefield  came out the gym leader,Lt.Surge who had a smirk on his face before he spoke "Welcome challenger to the Vermilion City gym, I'm the gym leader Lt.Surge & for this gym & the rest of the gym's in your gym challenge you may use a full team of pokemon, hope you give me a challenge!"

We each got out one of our pokeball 's just as the Ref said  just as she got to the ref booth "This will be a Match between the gym leader Lt.Surge & the Challenger Jacob Ketchum from Pallet Town, only the challenger may switch their pokemon,Trainers please send out your first pokemon"

" Voltorb Attention!" Surge said as he called out his first pokemon which was a big Voltorb & as soon as it came out I scanned it to see what I was facing.

Voltorb: The Ball Pokemon,It rolls to move. If the ground is uneven, a sudden jolt from hitting a bump can cause it to explode.It's usually found in power plants. Easily mistaken for a Poké Ball, it has zapped many people.

I knew who to send out first as this pokemon asked to be first for the next gym & I was going to keep that promise," Sandshrew I require your help" & called out my first ground type pokemon. "Voltorb Vs Sandshrew Battle began" the Ref said. "Let's kick things of with some defense, Voltorb use Light Screen then use charge" Sarge ordered to which voltorb  did right away with it's eyes glowing pink before it's body glowed yellow "Great, this battle just got a bit harder" I thought before I ordered" Sandshrew use sand attack before using Rollout to hit Voltorb while he can't see". Sandshrew thrown sand at Voltorb before he rolled into the ball, going at a fast speed in order to hit Voltorb. "Voltorb use Rollout as well, meet sandshrew head-on" Sarge ordered, Voltorb started to roll fast before he meet sandshrew head on & a few minutes nether gave a inch. "Sandshrew use Iron defense, then use poison sting & powder snow at the same time!".

"What!' Sarge exclaimed not expecting a ground type to know a Poison or ice type move from a Newly trainer during his first year as a trainer, voltorb took the attack head on & was sent flying into the ground near sarge hurt but still able to battle. A plan started to form in my mind that could give me the win so I went though the first step, I took sandshrew & one other pokeball out from my belt before I said " Sandshrew return" before I thrown out my second pokemon "Geo stand by for battle" & called out my geodude who held her arms in a boxing position.From the Stands I heard Yellow ask" Why would Jacob switch to Geo to finish off voltorb instead of using Sandshrew to finish the fight?" but before anyone could give a guess, I'd ordered  "Geo use Rock polish & Iron defense before using Stealth Rock to shake things up & finale use brick break & Rock smash to knock out Voltorb!". Geo glowed slightly before lunching spikes all over the battlefield & then moving fast, she smashed both her fists into voltorb which sent it flying before it landed which caused a small smoke cloud before the cloud faded to show Voltorb with swirls in it's eyes.

"Voltorb is unable to battle which means this this round goes to the challenger, gym leader please call out your next Pokemon!" The ref said while using the ref flags. Sarge looked shocked for a few seconds before he laughed and said just as he returned voltorb & took out a great ball " Not bad for a greenhorn, not only have you taken out my first pokemon but you also have a fresh trooper & have set up a terrain advantage. but..." Sarge had a more serious face before saying " it's time to level the field, Geodude to the Battle front!"

I was a little surprised to see an Alolan geodude instead of a magnemite & just as I scan the geodude with my phone two things happened, first being the spike hitting geodude & second was the fact that the gym trainee's that I could see had both a shocked & surprised looks on their faces.

Geodude,Alolan form, The Rock Pokémon. Its stone head is imbued with electricity and magnetism. If you carelessly step on one, you'll be in for a painful shock. 

Before I could give a command, Surge's geodude glowed silver before coming at Geo with a fire punch that as soon as I saw it, I told Geo to dodge it to which she able to since she was faster but she did get hit a little bit which made me worried since alolan geodude's have a big move pool to use. I quickly ordered Geo to use fire punch to counter the second punch of sarge's geodude & for a while it was a stalemate between the two but it was at that moment I ordered Geo to use one of the moves that she got while training with the fire types of the group which was flamethrower, which sent Geodude flying but just as I ordered Geo to use bulldoze to either weaken or even knock out geodude, when the attack hit geodude full force a bright light shined which took me & Geo off guard since when the light faded there was no longer an alolan geodude but a alolan Graveler. I heard one of the girls pokedex read the entry while I was trying to think of a way to slow it down.

Graveler, Alolan form, A rock & Electric type. The Rock Pokémon. When it comes rolling down a mountain path, anything in its way gets zapped by electricity and sent flying.

As soon as I heard the information I'd ordered Geo to use both fire smash & Brick break in hopes of taking graveler's health down a good chunk but just as the attack landed, Sarge ordered graveler to user Flash cannon which knocked out Geo since the attack as point plank."Geodude is unable to battle, challenger please call out our next Pokemon" The Ref said why using the flags,  I though about who to send out next  before I send out Sandshrew. In the stands I could hear Asia ask why would I send out sandshrew when he was hurt but Leaf said that I must have a plan to win given the fact I always have a plan. I ordered sandshrew to use Iron defense & Fissure in order to knock Graveler off balance  which happen quickly with graveler looking a bit dizzy so I ordered sandshrew to put all of his energy into a  Brick Break  to which he did & just as he was about to attack, the world stopped for a few seconds when Sarge order Graveler to use a point-blank thunderbolt & just as the attack moved towards sandshrew at the last moment... only did sandshrew dodged that attack & land his own which knocked out Graveler but he also glowed with the light of evolution.

"Graveler is unable to battle with Sandslash as the winner,gym leader call out your final pokemon" Ref said as I scanned my new pokemon & it's move set.

Sandslash,the mouse pokemon. The drier the area Sandslash lives in, the harder and smoother the Pokemon's spikes will feel when touched. It climbs trees by hooking on with its sharp claws. Sandslash shares the berries it gathers, dropping them down to Sandshrew waiting below the tree.

I  heard laughter & looked up to see Sarge return Graveler before he took out a pokeball & started speaking " I will admit greenhorn you put up a very good fight & even got one of your pokemon to advance but now it's time to make a comeback, Raichu come on out" before he calls out his ace pokemon Raichu that served with him during his time in the army. I heard a pokedex from in the stands read raichu's entry.

Raichu, The Mouse Pokémon. Its tail discharges electricity into the ground, protecting it from getting shocked.If the electric pouches in its cheeks become fully charged, both ears will stand straight up.

I knew right away that this was going to be a hard fight since this is one of the Pokemon Sarge has that served with him during his days in the army so even though raichu  will fight at 5-15% of his full power it should not be underestimated. 

"Raichu vs Sandslash battle begin!" the Ref said.I started to form a plan in my head so I ordered "Sandslash Defense Curl,Iron Defense & Hone Claws as long as you can" as sandslash glowed white with silver  Sarge ordered" Raichu use thunder punch over & over again, keep sandslash from moving".Raichu used thunder punch & over the course of a few minutes of switching both hands to attack with, never giving sandslash a chance to move all the while Sandslash's attack & defense are being increased  many times over which is phase 1 of my plan. Just as Sarge ordered raichu to use Iron tail, I'd put phase two of my plan into motion when I ordered "Sandslash use Baton pass". Raichu miss with it's tail as sandslash glowed before he returned to his pokeball while I throw out Thalia  who wanted a shot at raichu since she heard of him while at the lab before she became my starter.

But before I could give a command, Thalia surprised everyone by ramming raichu right in the chest  while using Volt tackle but before Sarge could make a counter attack, I quickly ordered " Thalia use calm mind before combining  Thunderbolt & Physic to send Raichu flying!". Thalia's eyes glowed before firing a thunderbolt that had pink color surrounding it at Raichu & raichu was able to avoid it.... mostly since raichu's left arm was hit."Raichu use Thunder full power, take that pikachu down" Sarge ordered  to which raichu quickly followed & lunched the thunder right at Thalia which would have hurt her badly.... if I had not used phase 3 of my plan.

"Thalia use Iron tail to ground yourself then use charge  as much as you can!" I ordered to which Thalia quickly did just as the thunder hit her, going though her body & into the ground through her tail but something unsuspected happened after the fact. Just as Raichu stopped firing the attack, Thalia was surrounded in armor of lighting & Thunder which made the finisher of the battle epic. "Thalia use quick attack to get in close then use Iron Break!" I shouted out to which Thalia moved so fast thanks to the armor because of her lighting rod ability, that Raichu had no hopes of dodging just as Thalia's tail that had both iron tail & brick break on it, slammed into Raichu & send it flying."Raichu!" Sarge yelled out to his partner in hope that he could still battle but Raichu was knocked out.

"Raichu is unable to battle with Pikachu begin the winner, that means that the challenger Jacob Ketchum from Pallet Town has won the Gym Badge!" The Ref announced just was cheering was heard from the stands & Thalia runing over to me & jumping into my arms Saying" We won Jacob, We  beat Sarge!" & started to rub her cheek on mine in happiness just as Sarge came over after he gave his pokemon to a trainee to take them to the recovery room.

" Never in my years as a gym leader as anyone beat me the way you did solider" Sarge said with a small before he handed me the gym badge before saying " heres is the badge of this gym the Thunder badge. If your looking for the closet gym then I recommend Celadon city,just head to Lavender town & you should find you way there". 

I thanked Sarge for both the battle & the tip before I made my way out of the gym where I saw that the girls were waiting for me, I looked down at my new badge & said " 3 down & 5 to go"

That is the end of this chapter my readers...boy this took alot longer to do but then again with everything that been going on in my family that last 5 weeks, I'm happy to finish this chapter up. Now that that is out of the way let's get to the questions my readers.
